Iran has secretly paid Iraqi insurgents hundreds of thousands of American dollars to kill British soldiers, according to a leaked government document obtained by The Telegraph.The allegations are contained in a confidential "field report" written by a British officer who served in Basra during one of the most dangerous periods of the conflict. The report, which has never been made public, shows the full level of Iran's involvement in the insurgency for the first time.
The document states that the Jaish al-Mahdi (JAM) – also known as the Mahdi Army – one of the most violent insurgent groups operating in Basra, used money from Iran to recruit and pay young unemployed men up to $300 (£150) a month to carry out attacks against the British. Agreed...
This story will never see the light of day in the American media. There are forces here that are in such denial about Iran that they will actively bury this information so we don't have to confront a nation that indeed has been carrying out a variety of acts of war against the U.S. and her allies for several years now.

Iran's chief prosecutor said bombers who caused a deadly blast at a mosque in Shiraz had confessed of links to Israel and the United States, the ISNA student news agency reported on Friday.

Just about anywhere. I have never been to the USA but used them everywhere from Argentina to Romania, I expect they might even accept them in Iraq. They could also save them for when they move to the UK and claim asylum.
goes to show, even in the Muslim lands, the American dollar reigns supreme, their money is worthless.
It says something when your mercenaries or soldiers would rather be paid in the currency of the enemy. Maybe the soldiers are just getting accustomed to the future.
