A Muslim English teacher today pleaded guilty to threatening to blow up the giant Bluewater shopping centre.Saeed Ghafoor said he was going to bomb Europe's largest shopping complex using three limousines with gas canister explosives.
But when questioned further, the former English teacher said Bluewater was in Exeter, the Old Bailey heard.
When told it was near the Dartford tunnel in Kent, Ghafoor said he had not 'finalised' his plans, the Old Bailey was told.
Ghafoor, 33, of Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening to cause criminal damage.
He was remanded in custody for reports before sentencing next month.
The Bluewater centre was the target for a gang of terrorists led by Omar Khyam who were jailed for a fertiliser bomb plot last year....

Another blunder from our Keystone Cops. Not only did they not realise that one man could not drive three limousines simultaneously but gave away the true location of the Bluewater shopping centre.
As someone who resides in this part of the country, I cannot help but noticing in recent months that the UK's Johnny Jihad activity is moving from his traditional heartlands of Birmingham, Bolton, Blackpool, Beeston, Bradford, Blackburn, Bristol etc, to less ethnically enriched rural locations where the authorities do not regularly monitor the movements of the radicalised mentally ill broad strata of society.
I wonder whether the shopping centres Lakeside, Essex and Exeter's 'Bluewater' have not become entwined in this 'English' teacher's twisted mind.

Take note, ALL Infidels who inhabit 'rural locations', sleepy country towns, and the equivalent, all over the Lands of the Infidels. You may in fact be on the front line. If your kids attend a little one-teacher or two-teacher country school, in Canada, or Australia, or the USA...be on your guard.
If a 'little mosque on the prairie' pops up, you better keep an eye on it. If a rich sheikh buys a manor, or a ranch, or a cattle station...better keep an eye on it. Saunter past the boundaries. Keep track of who goes in and out. Monitor, for example, small plane and helicopter flights.
Perhaps, here in Australia, ASIO - and every local who is 'awake up' to the threat of Jihad and Sharia - should devote special care to monitoring, not so much the obvious - the Islamic colonies in Melbourne and Sydney, the notorious Lakemba Mosque and so on - as the *less* obvious... that cute little mosque in Alice Springs in the Red Centre, or that other little mosque in Darwin.
Final note: I hope the Authorities are keeping an eye on all our big shopping malls. Jihadis just LOVE to blow up supermarkets, souks, markets and bazaars (as in Jaipur, and over and over and over again in Iraq). So many targets...so many women, children, elderly folk, to be sacrificed to 'allah'.
