Faith Freedom hacked

The Cyber War has intensified this week. As we have seen here many times, jihadists, Islamic supremacists, and their allies and dupes are afraid of the truth. They will vilify, ignore, or do everything they can to silence their opponents, rather than engaging them in open discussion or debate. And so they have now taken down the fearless and courageous ex-Muslim Ali Sina's site, Faith Freedom, yet again. Ali has a standing invitation on his site: Prove me wrong and I will take this site down. But they can't prove him wrong, so all they can do is try to shut him up.

I know next to nothing about how all this computer business works, but I know enough to know that Ali needs a very strong firewall. His organization is composed of volunteers, and he has no funds to do what is necessary to combat these cyber attacks, which the cowards have launched several times against Faith Freedom over the last few years. If you can help Ali Sina and Faith Freedom in any way, please contact him, or if you have any difficulty in doing so at this time, contact me at director@jihadwatch.org, and I will see that he gets your message.

It seems that the URL for that site is www.faithfreedom.org and indeed I can't connect to it right now.

An effective strategy is to create a list of donors who pledge to donate $100 (or some other amount) every time the Faith Freedom site is brought down by Jihadists. List the names (or anonymous if that's what people want). Each time a donation is generated show Ali holding a check and a sign saying, "Thanks generating support for this site Jihadists".

If there are even 20 people committed this means $2000 is donated to the site through the actions of the Jihadists. If there was 100 people, I doubt these scum-bags want Ali to get $10,000, so they will stop.

Ask Ali if he likes the idea, I'll be the first to pledge. What's his paypal donation information?

James Martel - $100

James, are you by any chance related to Charles Martel? :-)

Why is the Pentagon not paying for www.faithfreedom.org? What is that site worth? How many dozens of planes, how many thousands of tanks? Are they idiots?

James Martel, count me in for $100

My thanks to Ali Sina for his efforts. I pledge to give $100 every time faithfreedom.org is taken down, starting now.

First of all I would like to thank Robert for all the support that he has given to FFI in all these years. Every time we had a problem he was there like a rock standing behind us. I am honored to have him as a friend.

Now to answer James Martel! FFI is not in need of money. All of us work as volunteers. No one is paid for his services. Therefore the little donation that we receive goes a long way. We use it mostly to pay the lease of the server.

As for the firewall, it is a very expensive, but mostly ineffective way to stop DoS or rather DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. We need some innovative strategy. I contacted a friend and supporter of FFI. He agreed to help. Other friends have also offered advice and technical support. We probably will have to buy more than one server and have several mirrors of our site.

We will be back. This does not deter us. It just proves that we are hitting them hard. They are basically telling us that they are afraid of us. That is good news.

With each opposition we grew stronger. As a matter of fact I was quite unknown until I faced my first opposition. My first site was hosted by Tripod.com. Suddenly Tripod.com pulled the plug on me and ended my site. They received a few complaints from Muslims and acted swiftly to appease. All my files were destroyed. They did not even give me a warning. As the result several sites wrote about me and offered their support. Suddenly I came out of obscurity to light. With every opposition FFI became stronger. This time we are devising better strategies. We will be more visible and less vulnerable.

Defeat is not an option. The price of our defeat will be paid by millions of innocent people who are not yet born. That is a high price and I am not agreeing to this deal. We will fight until we get rid of this curse. Thank you again Robert and thanks to all those who support FFI.

Bravo Ali! I too would throw in $100 into the hat. Buona fortuna.

Dear Ali, 1000% I'll support you! To stop Muslims spread out violances. I've waiting FFI back again!

Regards,

To Ali Sina...Thanks for being Ali Sina, and thanks to your volunteers for being your volunteers...

good news! the site is back up. score another for the ffi crew!

James Martel asked what the paypal link is to donate to FFI.

On the following page there is a paypal link: http://www.news.faithfreedom.org/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=153

There is also info there about donating anonymously via hyperwallet.

Hi FFI,
I've sent my $100 as promised. I appreciate your humility in being reluctant in accepting money, but please remember that the cost you guys is much more than my $100. I've got training in fund raising and the first thing to understand is that there are lots of people who want to give you money.

Yes, do get the technical protections you need for your servers, however I must reiterate that other activist groups have used the "donations to deter hacking" quite effectively. I recall that an effective method the pro-abortion movement used against we prolifers was to pay a donation whenever certain people showed up to protest at abortion clinics. It demoralized some pro-lifers since they knew that planned parenthood would get hundreds of more dollars if they showed up. While I loathed the success of the campaign, it was peaceful and effective political method.

So, I'd recommend you put up a "Anti-Hack Supporters" logo on your page. List my "name" as promising $100 for any significant hack event. Others have also pledged $100, but I know there are dozens more that would pledge $10. If the Anti-Hack support reached $1000, I suspect that this would have a real impact. If the jihadists knew you'd get $5000 if they brought down your server, I doubt it would ever happen.

As for the money? Use it for firewalls, pay for bandwidth or just put it in the bank for a rainy day/legal fund. If it never gets used, pass it on to someone who is fighting some sort of tyranny.

Sharing the fight against tyranny,
James Martel
