I assumed he was but the press failed to make it clear. With the British govt's stance on a lot of things Muslim it wouldn't surprise me in the least if an Englishman had done it. After all, he wanted to talk with them on the Iraq war and GW's policies. You don't have to be a Muslim to hate America, Americans or Christians.

Yet more evidence that no Christian leader or clergyperson or scholar worthy of the name should have deigned even to reply to a letter written by such a bunch of supremacist, lying propagandists, so many of them demonstrably and virulently haters of Jews.

Once it is known that the US has identified likely targets, the people pack up and move. There are supposedly dozens of nuclear installations in Iran.
