A man driving a mechanical digger has carried out an attack in Jerusalem and has been shot dead, the Israeli emergency services say.Police say the driver rammed other traffic before he was shot dead. Eleven people were reported injured.
The driver's identity was not immediately clear.
Earlier this month, a Palestinian driving a similar vehicle killed three people and wounded dozens of others in Jerusalem before being shot dead.
The attack took place in a busy part of central West Jerusalem, close to the King David Hotel where US presidential candidate Barack Obama will be staying on Tuesday night during a visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories....

In one of my "Street Survival" books there's a picture of a cop pointing a gun at some bozo in a bulldozer, as though that was supposed to be just what the doctor ordered.

Well, if this "Heavy Equipment Jihad" keeps up, Senator Obama might get an up-close look at the "Religion of Peace" right outside his hotel window.
