ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - About 2,000 Islamist women gathered at the radical Red Mosque in the Pakistani capital on Wednesday and vowed to raise their children for holy war, days after a suicide bomber killed 18 people after a similar rally.Chanting slogans of "jihad is our way", burqa-clad women, some with babies, listened to fiery speeches from the daughter of the mosque's jailed cleric on the eve of the anniversary of a commando raid on the complex in which more than 100 people died.
"Our mujahideen (fighters) laid down their lives for the enforcement of the Islamic system in Pakistan. We are left behind to carry forward their mission," the daughter of cleric Abdul Aziz told the tightly guarded rally in the mosque compound.
Several thousand men attended a similar rally on Sunday to mark the anniversary of the July 10 commando raid that ended a week-long siege that began when gunmen from the mosque clashed with police.
Shortly after the Sunday rally ended, a suicide bomber attacked police who had been guarding the gathering killing 18 people, all but three of them policemen. [...]
But there was no trouble on Wednesday as the cleric's daughter, who did not identify herself, told the crowd to steel their families for holy war.
"We should prepare our children and men for jihad," she said.
The crowd responded with shrill chants of "we are ready" and "al jihad".
Aziz was caught during the siege last year trying to slip through a cordon dressed in a woman's burqa. His brother, Abdul Rashid Ghazi, who was also a mosque cleric, was killed.
Ghazi's widow, identified as Umm-e-Hassam, said President Pervez Musharraf should be punished for ordering the crackdown: "This man is the enemy ... I want this man to be severely punished before I die," she told the rally. [...]
Aziz's wife, identified as Umm-e-Hassan, said they had nothing to do with the attacks.
And now here's something for those who wonder why I'm unimpressed with the condemnations of terrorism issued by Muslims in the West:

In a September 1934 speech to the National Socialist Women's Organization, Adolf Hitler argued that for the German woman her "world is her husband, her family, her children, and her home." This policy was reinforced by bestowing the Cross of Honor of the German Mother on women bearing four or more babies.
These pronouncements are one example of why I refuse to think of Muslim women as somehow being victims of Islam. They only appear like victims to blinkered Western minds which imagine what a Western woman would feel like lurking under a burka. That is a form of fantasy and projection. Lurking under those burkas are lionesses who rear the warriors of Islam with fully Muslim minds. Make no mistake, Muslim women are not the first victims of Islam -- they are the Breeding Corp of Islam itself, the hands that rock the cradle who vex nightmares into the world.
So: suicide bombers are targetting rallies of women who promise to raise their children to become suicide bombers. It doesn't get any better than this. Talk about the snake eating its own tail!

The contrast of how most western mothers see their children and Islamic mothers see theirs, is a startling, but not new. Everything is for Allah, so if you throw your baby into Allah's bottomless pit, you have done the right thing.

Gee, Max, I thought they were doing their best to de-populate the world; on a large scale in Iran, Iraq, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Biafra, Algeric, the Sudan; and on a smaller scale in NYC, Madrid, Bali, Bombay, etc. Give them credit for trying.

Right. Allah is Mohammed the Warlord. Which is why Allah is a War god. Another reason to call them Mohammedans.
The ultimate true believers if prepared to offer up their children for their cult. But this is the face of Islam and there will be no dissauding the vast majority of such adherents. Exceedingly sad to say that this deeply sick belief system will be with mankind for a very long time to come and thus we must be fully prepared, those of us who love true freedom, to fight the Islamic ideology with tenacity, intelligence and courage. A good first step, which has not been taken by, oh let's see, the Western media, the overwhelming bulk of Western politicians, most all of academia and even much of the public at large would be to recognize Islam for the totalitarian ideology that it is and quit pretending it's just another religion.
Yep, that would be a great first step. And not just great but necessary. Still, I like looking at the glass half full (or at least one quarter full) and every year more in the West have come to see Islam for the malevolent phenomenon that it is. Much yet to do though. Much.
It would seem to me that if a woman willingly raised her child for jihad, she would make sure she formed no attachments to that child as it was growing up. Sort of like raising pigs for slaughter...you wouldn't want to name the cute little piglets. Could this be a contributing factor to families being able to kill their members? Notably brothers and fathers killing sisters and daughters because they themselves felt no attachment or deep love coming from their mothers, or for that matter, their fathers, either. Just a thought.
They'll raise their little brats for jihad, but they'd better throw lessons on hiding from weapons they can't see or hear until they strike, intensive first aid for violent trauma, and how to run fast even though they know it won't save them.
A woman who willingly raises her child for jihad shouldn't cry to Western news media that her child has been taken from her. She should rejoice when he dies. Let CNN see your smiling face as you tell about the children your son blew up that day. Let the world see your pride in having raised a wanton killer. Why should any of them seek revenge against Israel, the US or anyone else? Their child got what he and they wanted. He fulfilled the destiny his sick parents set for him. It is a time to celebrate. After which, every single one of them should be sterilized.

The millions Muslims murder is paltry compared to their birthrate. In India, Hindus had reduced their family size drastically but Muslims continue to have exceedingly large families. This is creating tensions, as Hindu nationalists are beginning to advocate large families again, simply to avoid being overwhelmed in the next 50 years. Muslims everywhere are at fault for overpopulation. It is not merely an accident with them, it is strategy. The ayatollah, bin laden, the Malestinians, now the Pakistanis. All are using babies as weapons.

Oh, I agree, Max. My point was how murderous Islamic societies are. Just in the last few decades the number they have killed rivals the number killed by the Nazis. And the truly terrible thing is that most of their victims have been non-Moslems.
As far as India goes, were I a Hindu Indian, I too would be advocating larger families. They're caught in a bad situation: to the west and east are the 2nd and 4th largest Moslem populations in the world, and in India itself is the 3rd largest. Yet their leadership seems just as oblivious to the danger as that of any Western country.
Just wondering, what kind of nursery rhymes these ladies will coo to the little angels..

Yes, Hindu India is in a predictament. The division in 1949? was incomplete. Now they have a murderous minority of Mohammadians. I've heard they have a very similar problem with political correctness as the West. The majority Hindus are discriminated against by government to appease Muslim demands.
