False accusations and injustices happen everywhere, but the fact that her accuser was a full-grown man and she was a little girl meant, in Iran -- given the general Islamic devaluation of women -- that the court was more likely to accept the absurd proposition that she would have been able to kill an eight-year-old boy by slamming him against the wall than it was to accept the much more plausible story recounted below.

Tehran, 16 July (AKI) - An Iranian woman arrested at the age of 13 is due to be hanged after spending 18 years in jail.Soghra Molaii Najafpour was sent to work as a maid in the northern city of Rasht, on the Caspian Sea, when she was nine years-old and accused of the murder of her employer's eight-year-old son, Amir.
She claimed responsibility for the murder of Amir in court , reportedly under pressure, and told the judge how she killed the boy.
However, her confession was contradicted by other evidence that raised doubts about her confession. She later said she had not killed Amir, but she was sentenced to be executed.
When Soghra was 17 years old, she was transferred to solitary confinement, where she was kept until she would be executed before dawn of the following day.
Soghra escaped execution after Amir’s mother could not bring herself to witness Soghra’s execution, and had requested that the execution be postponed until a later time.
Soghra, now 31, was freed by the General Court of Rasht after posting 6,000 dollars bail, according to a human rights website called SaveDelara.com.
After learning she was freed, relatives of the victim she allegedly killed filed an appeal to have her execution carried out.
However, according to the site SaveDelara.com, when Soghra was a maid in Rasht, she was subjected to sexual abuse and was repeatedly raped by Amir’s father.
The site claims that on the day of the incident, Amir’s father had once again attacked Soghra and was raping the 13 year-old when Amir walked in and witnessed the crime.
In an attempt to get rid of him, Amir’s father pushed the young boy away, and that is how young Amir hit his head to the wall, fell to the ground, and lost consciousness.
Soghra’s employer then allegedly forced her to dispose the boy’s body in a well because he could not bring himself to do so.
Soghra is now awaiting a date for execution in prison....
It increasingly appears to me that Muslims would prefer to systematically murder and destroy all those in a position to witness their barbarism and foul incompetence, rather than address directly their vileness. Here we have a perfect example of this loathsome state of affairs expressed in both a personal narrative and a society wide narrative of extermination to avoid facing the truth. The rapist father kills his witness son, and then compounds his atrocities by blaming and condemning his rape victim in order to avoid facing the consequences of his cancerous soul.
This trend is then reflected and magnified by the larger Islamic society which appears happy to oblige and excuse his crimes, anything to avoid looking too closely at the corrupt system
of it all. Commit barbarous crimes, blame the victim, and exterminate him or her if the opportunity affords itself.
This theme shocked me in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 where we witnessed a nearly endless parade of Muslims prepared to write and speak on TV explaining how they were the ultimate victims of 9/11. Upon blaming us after attempting to exterminate us, the Muslim scum of earth have since set about mass exterminating the truth in order to avoid confronting their transgressions agaist all that is proper.

How sad. The boy was probably trying to stop his father from hurting the little girl who was his age and possibly his friend. He probably didn't totally understand what was going on. How very sad. This woman must have such a burden of sadness upon her.
Are Muslims really this inhumane? No, the default position of a human being is to be revolted by this kind of story. That is why most Muslims, when pressed on specifics of Islam are embarrassed by it. Their humanity betrays their commitment to Islam. "In Iran young men are considered to be adults from the age of 14 and young women from the age of eight and a half, and therefore responsible for any crimes that they commit."
Evidently where young girls are concerned, they are responsible for any crimes that anyone commits.
Funny, seems like this is another one of those cases the feminists seem to have overlooked. Google the young woman's name and it would appear that only Islamophobe (say it proud!) sites like this are concerned.

I repectfully disagree with that. Not all people are in full possession of 'that' kind of humanity.
This 'humanity' is what is stunted and discouraged by Islam. It is what is 'given up' by Shahada, or lost by long term exposure, by being born into Islam. Islam doe's not 'give' anything, it takes away. And what it takes away is 'that' kind of humanity. There is nothing short of apostasy that restores it. No good muslim is in possession of any of it. Islamic humanity is very narrow and does not include kuffars, kufirs, kufrs, nor infidels either. In fact it does not include dar al-harb at all.
Everything evil happens in dar al-harb, or because of it. There is nothing, and no one to treat humanely.

It's time for believers to get busy in the spiritual realm as well as the temporal realm, IMHO. If I remember correctly, the Pope called for a great fast leading up to one of the great battles of Christendom against islam (Leptano or the seige of Vienna, prehaps) and the fast was cited as a reason that the Europeans prevailed.

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I agree with you about Islam itself, but when I say that Muslims, when pressed, often show a humanity that is unrepressible even by Islam, I mean it has nothing to do with Islam, it is there in spite of Islam. Think of fictional Darth Vader, whose humanity finally overcame the evil of the Dark Side. Or the real Nazi diplomat in China who saved 100,000 Chinese in Nanking from slaughter by the Japanese Army.

They claim there that the murder occured when she was 17, the victim was some woman related to Delara, Amir was her boyfriend who talked her into admiting guilt.
