In fact, the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 bars firearm possession not just to felons but to anyone convicted of a crime for which he could have been sentenced to a year or more in prison.
Of course, this won't keep this creature from scoring for noise on the black market. I will send a letter to Judge Battani as per her appeal.
How many people are getting threats like this and just ignoring them? The more people complain, the more it comes to the public awareness. The more likely we are to have a shift in public complacency about islamic bullying.

I'm sure MANY politicians, celebrities, and media types are getting threats from muslims. Why wouldn't they be? But don't publicize it as traditionally even hinting of a threat/stalker has been a bad move, seen as inviting copy-cat acts.
There are also the bribes and payoffs. With so much oil money around, what's a few million $ here & there?

F this, and F that, rape, murder, various kinds of violence, most of the time just projectile vomiting into the general mass of the internet, but sometimes specific as in this and other cases. Whenever possible, these individuals need to be prosecuted, to the full extent. They must be 'slapped' with the message, that maybe that's ok in Pakistan, but your not in Pakistan'. You are now in jail.

She's the only mainstream Republican screaming out against Islam, not merely Jihad or Shariah. If most GOP pols were where she is on the subject of Islam, neither the GOP nor we would be in the mess we are in.
She's also one of the few to oppose the party line on a variety of subjects - Israel, Iraq, Pakistan, et al. I particularly love how she takes on brain-dead GOP cool-aid drinkers, like Hannity, Fanchon Stinger, as well as anti-Semitic Republicans such as Buchanan. Not to mention how freely she breaks with Bush, Rice, Chertoff, and routinely takes on ICE.
Debbie is one of the few remaining courageous people in this Land of the Cowards. But look at all those American dhimmi cowards in the media, in the State Dept., in the Pentagon (!), in the top ranks of the US military (!!!), and all those cowardly American jurors acquitting jihadist after jihadist after jihadist in New York City, Chicago, Tampa, Miami, Dallas and Seattle.
