"Olmert: Nasrallah Is Scared to Death of Me," from Israel National News, July 10 (thanks to Dennis):

(IsraelNN.com) In an interview with the Nazareth Arabic-language daily al-Sinara, PM Ehud Olmert (Kadima) declared that “everybody knows Nasrallah is afraid of fighting Israel. He’s scared to death of me.” Olmert reiterated that he wouldn’t hesitate to launch a similar response against Hizbullah if they attacked Israel again.

Olmert said that the most important result of the 2006 Lebanon War was the “quiet” in northern Israel. Recent reports, however, including official reports by Israel and the UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon, show that Hizbullah has massively re-armed itself and returned to most of its former sanctuaries in the area.

Of course, Fantasy-Based Policymaking is going on in Washington as well as Jerusalem.
