Pakistan: Court grants custody of Christian girls to Muslim kidnappers

Because they converted to Islam, you see. More on this story. "Pakistan: Court Grants Custody of Girls to Kidnappers," from Compass Direct News, July 18:

ISTANBUL, July 18 (Compass Direct News) – A Pakistani couple has appealed a court decision to award custody of their two daughters, 10 and 13, to the children’s alleged kidnappers. The court based its custody decision on the girls’ conversion to Islam.

Judge Main Naeem Sardar ruled Saturday (July 12) that Saba Masih, 13, and Aneela Masih, 10, had become Muslims, invalidating their Christian parents’ right to legal guardianship.

He said that because the parents are Christians and because the girls told the court that they adopted Islam, their relationship has ceased,” lawyer Rashid Rehman of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) told Compass. Under a common interpretation of Islamic law, a Christian cannot have custody of a Muslim....

They really have all the angles figured out, don't they?

The judge doesn't think the testimony of the girls is needed. He takes the word of the kidnappers that they converted. And since he is a muslim that is fine with him.

The girls might have said the words in fear of their life and that is ok with the judge because he is muslim.

Even in islam a girl should be allowed to testify in person.

Europe will soon have sharia courts. Will the kidnapping start soon after? Or will it take a slightly higher percentage of the population before it starts?

Where is the international outcry about this?

And even Mohammad did not force his wives to become muslims and some of his captive wives did not.

According to the HRCP’s most recent annual report on human rights in Pakistan, “crime against children, especially kidnapping,” remains a serious problem. In Muzaffargarh district, where Aneela and Saba Masih lived, 24 children were freed in March 2007 from a “mini-jail” at an Islamic seminary, where they had been tortured and sodomized, the HRCP reported.

According to Rehman, religious minorities are an easy target for kidnappers both because they are typically underprivileged and because of religious bias against them.

“Local police and judges have their subconscious mindset that if you help Muslims [in such cases], it’s a very noble cause and a very religious cause,” the lawyer said.

What if it was Jews who kidnapped a 10 year old Muslim girl in Israel, forced converted her, raped her, and the judge allows all of it to happen?

Then would the BBC care enough to cover this story?

"...invalidating their Christian parents’ right to legal guardianship."

nothing invalidates a parents rights of legal guardianship of minor children...

The Christians need to arm themselves and relearn those old lessons on how to defend and protect their rights...but in Islamic dominated countries where Islamic law is allowed the Christians have no (repeat no) rights..

this is a good reason to Ban Muslim Immigration and to ban Muslims from practicing their brand of their evil laws in your country..

Nothing good have come to your country by allowing Muslim Immigration..I repeat..Nothing..

Islam's legacy of 1400 years of kidnapping and forcibly converting children is alive and well in this 21st century. Sickening evil not-a-religion Islam reveals itself starkly in how it treats children and animals, not with love and compassion, but with kidnapping and brute force. Islamists have lost their souls to their evil Cult.

Gee, ain't sharia law grand?

(For muslims, that is?)

However, in all seriousness, it amazes me how on the one hand, islam gives its followers a free pass to all of man's baser instincts--murder, pedophilia, etc., and yet, on the other hand their followers claim moral superiority over the West.

Our great ally in the war on terror seems to be good at setting human rights iniatives like this.

Those poor little girls.

I think I know one reason that many females voluntarily wear the "big black bag" in Islamic countries: Nobody can tell if you're young or old, pretty or not. There's less chance that the manimals would grab a girl, rape her, and have her choose between punishment for adultery and "marriage" to her rapist.

Shyamsunder

The basic idea of inflicting CONSEQUENCES upon the Ummah, for its gross misdeeds, is a good one.

I couldn't, however, condone what Sikhs chose to do in the case you describe (Though under the circumstances, seizing the Muslim women as bargaining chips to trigger a 'prisoner exchange', to get back the Hindu girls who'd been grabbed by the Muslims, was a master stroke; it wasn't as if the Muslim women were going to be permanently enslaved or imprisoned or even 'converted', it was purely about getting the kafir women back). BUT:

We could do much, much more to make it easier, quicker and safer for dissident Muslim girls in kafir lands - who are entertaining thoughts of apostasy, who don't want to be forced to marry, who don't want to wear hijab, who are falling in love with nice Jewish/ Christian/ Sikh/ Hindu/ Buddhist/ secular lads and want to marry them, etc and so forth - to flee the Ummah and join the kafir.

Such girls would be encouraged to apostasise altogether (not by beatings and drugging and rape and brainwashing, such as Muslims employ, but by using good psychologists, trained in 'cult deprogramming', to tell them, gently but relentlessly, over and over, the plain truth about Islam - log them onto Ali Sina's Faithfreedom!; give them Wafa Sultan videos to watch!).

Let Muslim girls in kafir lands vote with their feet...I think quite a few would bolt, if they knew they would be safe from their former co-religionists. What humiliation for the Ummah!

And we will never begin to beat this thing until and unless, whenever we hear of abuses such as the kidnapping, rape and forcible 'conversion' of girls like these (no matter whether the girls be Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist or animist) and other abuses against kafir minorities, such as daylight robberies, destruction of kafir places of worship, lynchings, beatings, murders, trumped-up 'blasphemy' charges, kafir governments inflict consequences.

First of all: closing down of mosques in kafir lands. Hit the Muslims where it hurts - by removing their military bases, their symbols of dominance and power. State very clearly that every time we hear of a kafir girl being seized by Muslims, or of any other gross abuse of kafir human rights by Muslims, a mosque inside a kafir land will be seized and flattened by the kafir, never to be rebuilt, and its associated cleric or clerics deported on a one-way ticket.

Other consequences that could be inflicted if the abductions, rapes, forced marriages and 'conversions', and other abuses, continue to happen? - cancellation of 'aid', suspension or cessation of diplomatic relations, trade boycotts, and deportations of batches of Muslims, beginning with the known inciters of jihad, the convicted criminals, the illegal immigrants and other non-citizens; 'citizen' Muslims who had committed major crimes in the ordinary sense, or who had been convicted of taking part in jihad terrorism, could be stripped of that citizenship, and deported.

I suggest furthermore, that any kafir reading this, who is going to be at the Olympic Games, in China, should consider standing up and ostentatiously turning their backs, when the Pakistani team steps onto the field during the parade in the Opening Ceremony; all other majority-Muslim countries that are fielding teams should receive the same treatment. (Make sure you cheer and stamp LOUDLY and wave flags for the teams of those countries currently assailed by Jihad - Thailand, India, Philippines, Israel, etc.). Afterward, tell your homeland MSM outlets why you have done so.

Of course, I should make it clear I am well aware that there is no kafir government currently in power anywhere, so far as I know, that is anywhere *near* having the moral and political courage to even consider any of the possible disciplinary measures, against the Ummah, that I have outlined, such as shutting down mosques in kafir lands, as punishment for Muslim kidnappings of kafir girls (and other such abuses) in Muslim lands.

But each of us, individually, can choose, for example, to NEVER BUY any product that comes from Pakistan - rugs, furniture, rice - nor patronise any business in the kafir lands that we know to be owned by Pakistani Muslims.

If we know a Pakistani Muslim, in, for example, the workplace, we should confront that person with the sad story of Anila and Saba, and let them know that we regard with utter contempt those who kidnapped them, raped them, and forcibly 'converted' them; let them know that in our eyes this deed has covered Muslim Pakistan not with glory but with a black mark of indelible shame.

And we *could* write to the Pakistani Ambassador in our home country, explaining what we are doing, and stating that it results from our shock and disgust at the way in which the Pakistani judiciary acquiesces in gross abuses of human rights.

PS - There is a branch of the Mothers Union in my parish. I will be sharing this shocking story with them, and trying to find out their level of awareness of the widespread and ancient Muslim practice of kidnapping, enslaving, raping and 'converting' non-Muslim children (not only Christians but children of all varieties of Kafir).

The Mothers Union is an old Christian womens organisation and has branches world-wide; it should have 'contacts' in high places in various kafir countries.

All kafir groups should be lobbying angrily together on behalf of ALL kafir children snatched by Muslims.

This story - as also the spectacle we have recently seen, of the Arab Muslims' hysterical adulation of the child-murderer Samir Kuntar - throws into stark relief the sheer ugliness of Muslim amoral supremacism.

Shyamsunder has told us how the Sikhs chose to respond, on one terrible occasion, when confronted with a particularly dreadful example of what A Carlebach called Islam's "blasphemous disregard for all that is sacred to the civilized world".

If we reflect on Dresden, the WWII razing of Berlin, and Hiroshima, we see also what the defenders of civilisation have had to do, when faced with whole populations that were wildly intoxicated with hostile and inhuman belief-systems.

I provide the following four links in an attempt to further illuminate the broad issue of the human vs the antihuman.

The first, 'A Civilisation of Deception', examines the results of Islam's "permission to lie" and the normal chaos of an honour-shame society that appears not to have any real sense of either truth or troth.

http://antiprotester.blogspot.com/2006/04/life-in-iraq-part-ii-civilization-of.html

The second is a brief but powerful account of the Siege of Malta in 1565, and the manner in which the Knights of St John of Malta resisted a Muslim fleet. Jean de Vallette would, I think, have understood Shyamsunder's Sikhs.

"THE KNIGHTS OF ST JOHN OF MALTA
History's bloodiest siege used human heads as cannonballs

jean de Vallette's ferocity defended from the Muslims the gate behind which, among many other things, lay the cradle containing one-year-old William Shakespeare.

My third link answers the question implicitly raised by the first: what do you DO, *how* do you respond, when faced with a society of Cheats, with people who live by the principle of 'Screw the Other Guy'? Open it up and scroll on down.

In a nutshell:
"You retaliate against those that take advantage of the common trust. In other words, you punish the cheaters."

Scale that up to Kafir vs Ummah; the Ummah being to the nth degree , on all the available evidence, both textual and historical, what this author calls "Cheaters".

And here is the fourth: G K Chesterton's masterly account of the war between Rome and Moloch-worshipping child-sacrificing Carthage, entitled, "The War of the Gods and the Demons".

http://www.worldinvisible.com/library/chesterton/everlasting/part1c7.htm

"Something far different was felt at the time and on the spot as it is always felt by those who experience a foreign atmosphere entering their own like a fog or a foul savor.

"It was no mere military defeat, it was certainly no mere mercantile rivalry, that filled the Roman imagination with such hideous omens of nature herself becoming unnatural.

"It was Moloch upon the mountain of the Latins, looking with his appalling face across the plain; it was Baal who trampled the vineyards with his feet of stone; it was the voice of Tanit the invisible, behind her trailing veils, whispering of the love that is more horrible than hate.

"The burning of the Italian cornfields, the ruin of the Italian vines were something more than actual; they were allegorical.

" They were the destruction of domestic and fruitful things, the withering of what was human before that inhumanity that is far beyond the human thing called cruelty.

"The household gods bowed low in darkness under their lowly roofs; and above them went the demons upon a wind from beyond all walls, blowing the trumpet of the Tramontane.

"The door of the Alps was broken down; and in no vulgar but a very solemn sense, it was Hell let loose.

"The war of the gods and demons seemed already to have ended; and the gods were dead. The eagles were lost, the legions were broken; and in Rome nothing remained but honor and the cold courage of despair."

It must have felt like that, too, for the people of the high Hindu civilisations, when the Muslim hordes entered India through the mountain gates, or came up from the ocean, and began to lay all things waste.

Under those circumstances, when one faces the kind of being who - as Chesterton put it elsewhere, in 'The Barbarism of Berlin', describing the Prussian supremacism that was one ancestor of Nazism - "laughs when he hurts you, but howls when *you* hurt *him*" - and who simply does not comprehend the principle of Reciprocity in the form of 'Do as you would be done by', it may be necessary for Reciprocity to take a bleak and bitter form: "Be Done By As You Did".

I cannot condone the rapes of the Muslim women in the Punjab (though I would accept their being seized and held hostage).

But I would not weep if the Indians did to the Muslims of Kashmir, what the Czechs did to the Sudetendeutsch after WWII; nor, knowing what I know about the historic Hindu death toll at Muslim hands, would I weep if the Indians chose tomorrow to raze every mosque in India, and to send back to Bangladesh all those Bengali Muslims who have illegally crossed the borders into India.
