Indonesia warns about upcoming German conference, insisting that there must "be sensitivity because such an event will only worsen misunderstanding"

Not to mention lead to Muslim riots meant to demonstrate that Islam is a religion of peace. Update to this story. "Anti-Islam congress counterproductive to interfaith dialogs," from Antara News, August 22:

Jakarta, (ANTARA News) - Indonesia, the world`s largest Moslem country, considers the pro-Koln group`s plan to hold an anti-Islam congress in Cologne, Germany, on Sept 19-20 to be counterproductive to interfaith dialogs, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said.

"Any plan to organize an anti-Islam congress would be counter-productive to interfaith dialogs which also involve European nations," Teuku Faizasyah said on Thursday.

The Indonesian government, along with other ASEAN members and other countries through bilateral relations had been active in holding interfaith and cultural dialogs to solve differences and avoid misunderstanding, he said.

Ahhh, the word that always creeps up whenever Islam is under discussion, as Islam is apparently the perpetually misunderstood religion -- especially by Muslims.
"We hope there will be sensitivity (on the part of the congress` organizing committee) because such an event will only worsen misunderstanding," he said.[...]

Last week, the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) expressed deep concern about the plan to organize the anti-Islam congress.

In its written statement, the OIC said the aim of the congress is to raise anti-Muslim sentiments in Europe which will eventually threaten peace and harmony among the Europeans.

The OIC also expressed hope that all elements of the community in Germany and the rest of Europe would be strongly opposed to the planned congress and reject hatred and racism.

Mohammedan anger is already exploding in violence. Just today 67 year old Hans-Martin Breninek, member of pro Cologne and member of the Cologne City Council, was beaten unconcious by a bunch of Turks. He was delivering infos on a pro Cologne booth on the upcoming conference. He is in hospital right now.

The "pro"-movement has already established itself in various German cities and federal states and will be competing in elections. The left and Mohammedans are howling.

Gott segnet und schützt Deutschland vor den betrügerischen moslemischen Wilden.

Amen to that, unerschrocken.

Lan astaslem!

"In its written statement, the OIC said the aim of the congress is to raise anti-Muslim sentiments in Europe which will eventually threaten peace and harmony among the Europeans."

The anti-Muslim sentiment is already extremely high in much of Europe, there is not much in the way of peace nor is their any harmony---

Ich werde nicht gehorchen.

Es ist der vollkommene Kampf: gut gegen das Übel. Wir sind alle darin zusammen und müssen einander ermutigen. Wenn einer von uns verliert, verlieren wir alle.

For those of us who don't understand Deutsch, could someone interpret? Thanks.

I will not submit.

It is the perfect fight: good against the evil. We are all in this together and must encourage each other. If one of us loses, we all lose.

Danke, undaunted. So true.

Oh really? Then why were Christian students physically attacked and forced out of their campus in Jakarta? Muslims Attack Christian Students Yes, those interfaith dialogs do nothing but allow Muslim leaders to lie to Christian, Hindu and Buddhist leaders.

Islamotards need to attend these anti-Islam conferences and to see and realize that they can't bulls&%t the world anymore (except Dummocrats) and we're on to their "conquer the world" agenda.

'Interfaith' means da'awa.

It means infidels have no right to prevent the spread of Islam or to create obstacles to the establishment of Muhammedanism in their midst, along with mosques and madrassahs and unchecked Muhammedan immigration.

If the kuffar misunderstand that, then the Muhammad-worshippers are entitled to run amok, to go carbequeing, to beat up and terrorize senior citizens and rape infidel women.

What is so difficult for the kuffar to understand about that?

Everyone who is against these foreign countries meddling in our affairs need to cast their vote for those who stand against it.

In Germany that happened to be the Pro-movement.

France just got betrayed by Sarkastiko, so I have no idea who they need to vote for.

Denmark has an established Anti-islam party already.

Britain has the BNP.

Research the relevant parties for yourselves and make up your minds without listening to the established parties who have gotten us to where we are now.

And IGNORE the mainstream media. They are shills for the establishment Euro-socialists.

The last country that should be criticizing the spread of "racism" is Indonesia, where Muslim killers have murdered so many Christians and pagans no one can count. Besides the ones listed here, look what the Islamosavages did in East Timor. It's like unmitigated gall and hypocrisy are pillars of that faith

And while the OIC whines and snivels, all some of can say is: ten years of daily conferences of this kind would not be enough.

Presumably this one will be a test case. If the Eurabian powers that be allow it, hope can follow.

Oh there's more than just "protest".

Gates Of Vienna has the report in English:

http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2008/08/elderly-anti-islamization-activist.html

"and reject hatred and racism."

Oh, the Mohammedans are finally being told that?!

Bravo! (sarc on)

Reject "Hatred and Racism"

Amen...

Along with rejecing "Terrorism and beheadings and forced Sharia Law"

Right you are, MM! I can only add western New Guinea to your list. This area was not considered part of Indonesia when the Dutch gave up rule of that ocuntry. The New Guineans were quite distinct ethnically from the Indonesians, and historically had never been part of any of the kingdoms of different parts of Indonesia. It was intended by the Dutch to become a separate country. Nevertheless Indonesia seized it in the 60's, and ever since has been pursuing ethnic cleansing on a major scale: murders, land-seizures, and settlement of hundreds of thousands of Javanese on the stolen lands. It's all very similar to what the Sudanese government is doing to Christians and pagans in southern Sudan, and to what Pakistan and Bangladesh have been doing to their Hindu and Christian minorities.

Correction: Any plan to organize an anti-Islam congress would be counter-productive to Islamzation not interfaith dialogue.

The last time I checked, Koln was in Germany - so what gives Indonesian Muslims the right to intefere with the internal policy of a European country?

Furthermore, the German Government has a duty NOT to get involved. That's called freedom of expression - something Muslims all over the world want to see slaughtered.

Better dead than Muslim.

Dumbles; that was beautiful. I'd never heard that song in German before.

This reminds me of an interfaith dialog I attended in Malaysia. The panel consisted of a Catholic priest, a Hindu, a Buddhist priest and a Muslim professor.

The Muslim professor came late, after the program eventually started (they had waited awhile for this man before beginning). He gave his spiel on his faith, took a couple questions and left. He did not explain or bother to stay to hear what the others had to say.

From the article:

"In its written statement, the OIC said the aim of the congress is to raise anti-Muslim sentiments in Europe which will eventually threaten peace and harmony among the Europeans."

Run that through the Islamspeak translator and perhaps it should be understood like this - "the OIC said the aim of the congress is to encourage non-Muslims in Europe to resist the imposition of Muslim dominance and sharia law; if such resistance occurs, Muslims will use all necessary force in order to crush it."

Or, more briefly: 'don't you dare oppose our program of conquest...sit down and shut up...OR ELSE!!"

For any and all resisters of Jihad in Europe, (and irrespective of whether the group named in the article above is problematic or not),
Koln/ Cologne is a very good rallying point.

Why?

Look no further than *this*, for example:

(the site is well worth exploring - click on the 'virtual tour' link and then under that, on 'important works' and 'windows' (stunning!)

or this

The alternative names of the city - French and German, both going back to the Latin 'Colonia' (identifying it as a pre-Christian-era Roman Colony town) - place it in between the 'Latin' and 'Germanic' cultures.

The potted account to be found at wikipedia appears to contain a reasonable amount of 'hard' information. As always, caveat lector, but just these wikipedia links fill one with awe at the depth and richness and variety of European NON-MUSLIM history, culture and art.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cologne

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Cologne (contains a nice picture of a map of Roman Cologne according to the archaeologists' best guesses)

and a site run by the city itself:
http://www.stadt-koeln.de/en/koelntourismus/geschichte/artikel/01222/index.html

Basically: it's a spectacular city with a glorious cathedral, an ancient university, and - essentially - all those wonderful things that Islam hates, hates, hates and seeks to pillage and destroy.
