I wonder when will governments around the world realize that using these Muslims groups to destabilize other countries is just a temporary gain. Sooner or later they'll come back and bite you. Seems that governments never learn.

Actually, PakRocks, McDonald's and other American fast-food outlets are very popular in China. A particular favorite is KFC. I once questioned a Chinese-American friend, who had been to China a few times on vacation, about this; about why the Chinese, who have dozens of delicious ways of preparing chicken, would find KFC so attractive? His only answer was that they thought it was "modern" and therefore desirable.
The 2012 Olympic Games will be in Londonistan. Here's betting the Muslim "teams" are already planning to "medal" heavily.

My chief concern is that the Uighurs, who are stuck where they are because of the restrictions of the Chinese government, will find their jihad being assisted by foreign muslims travelling freely to the olympic games and attempting an attack in Beijing. And my other concern is that the Chinese government may try to assign culpability for any terrorist attack to the Tibetans.
I might be willing to concede that Micky D's and Burger King can cause heartburn, but no lizards were killed in the making of American fast food.

Well...I am Chinese. My family was from mainland China, fleeing to Hong Kong when the Communists took over. I now live in the US. I have absolutely no love at all for Communism and what it stands for. I abhor the lack of democracy, the lack of freedom of speech and religion, and the treatment meted out to peaceful populations like the Buddhists in Tibet.
However, if there is one thing on earth that I hate even more than Communism, it would be Islamic theocracy. At the very least, the present government in China is rational and is only concerned with making money, and harbours no intentions of spreading its ideology to the rest of the world by force. The same cannot be said of Jihad.
I don't normally approve of Chinese police tactics. But in this case, I hope the Muslim terrorists get all they deserve. And I hope they get what they cannot be given in the west.

the government in Beijing has been playing footsie with Islamic terrorists for a long time. If they saw them as a clear and present danger would they be doing what they are in Sudan? It's one thing to buy Sudanese oil, quite another to violate an arms embargo placed on the Sudanese government.
