The jihad will not be canceled for low ratings...

...even as the short attention span of the mainstream media and the popular culture turns elsewhere.

Jihad never sleeps..

Jihad is so popular in the culture of 1.5 billion Muslims elsewhere that I am very surprised it is not popular among Muslims here. Or is it just the MSM keeping quit about it.

I'd like to comment but Idiocracy is starting now

Spot on, it's because "our" Moslems are so thoroughly assimilated that the women are all watching Oprah or following the doings of Brittany and Paris; and the men are all getting ready for the football season. Sure it is.
Or maybe, as you say, the MSM is keeping mum on the subject.

It will be recalled that from the time of their publication in late September 2005 until the storm boke in early February 2006, the affair of the Danish Muhammad cartoons flew completely under the Western media's radar. What's brewing now is the campaign against "Islamophobic" free expression, demands for the criminalization of which will be heard worldwide during "Durban II" in Geneva next April. Will a newly inaugurated Obama administration and a filibuster-proof Democrat Senate be in place to act on them?

I never thought of Oprah, Brittany, and the Football season. I'm sure they are popular with Muslims.
