A case has been registered against the accused father for killing her daughter.

I really meant to say that such reports are "boring" to us (i.e, those of use who can read.)

Why would she return home and take poison? She was probably hunted down, dragged home, and murdered. Maybe the restorers of honor get more respect for killing their blood relatives in the family home, or in house murder is more prestigious. Who knows with these lunatics.
Why do they bother reporting these atrocities since even Pakistani lawmakers consider them "time-honored islamic traditions" that must be respected. And under islamic law, a parent is allowed to kill his child with impunity. Maybe these incidents are reported to inform the community that the family name has been cleansed of its offensive stain and a celebration is imminent.

Notice, though, that the full text of the article is quoted above. You may also notice that the source is from a Lahore, Pakistan newspaper. The complete tone of the article is akin to something that might read "...43 people were killed today when a bus ran off a mountain road..."

A point that should be made, for the benefit of people new to this site, now or in the future:
Under sharia, Muslim law, a Muslim woman is not permitted to 'marry out'. She cannot marry anyone but a Muslim. This seems to be based on Qur'an 60:10 - "Believers, when believing women seek refuge with you, test them. Allah best knows their faith. If you find them true believers, do not return them to the infidels; they are not lawful to the infidels, nor are the infidels lawful to them".
The merest hint that a non-Muslim man and a Muslim woman are interested in each other (with the man having no intention of converting) has, on many occasions, led to the murder of one or both parties by Muslims.
(There was a case discussed at this site, not long ago, in Iraq, where a young Iraqi Muslim girl was suspected of having fallen in love with a young English soldier with whom she had had a few chaste conversations in an official setting - result, her father murdered her out of hand. Similarly, not long ago, in Pakistan, a Christian lad was murdered by Muslims after forming a relationship with a Muslim girl. In Texas, a Muslim taxi-driver murdered his two daughters, Amina and Sarah; it was suspected that he did so not only because they were too 'westernised' in manner and dress, but because they were dating non-Muslim boys).

One should always be forewarned that what passes as trite or trivial in the MSM is never the full story (i.e., no background, no context).
A well-educated JW/DW'er knows very well how to read between the lines; thus he/she is fully able to fill in the blanks that any journalist (**cough**) can not/will not do.
Now, there's a father who loves his daughter, huh? Islam is pathologic.

we need some voices in Washington.and at the state level . We need a list of all politicians really understanding the danger and the religion of Islam.

In Tennessee, one man Vijay Kumar ran his campaigh on the fight agaisnt Sharia law. He got 30% of the votes .It is a start but even the Republican party is on the verge to elect a woman Marsha Blackburn, a corrupt and totally ignorant and the national media are using her to speak out for Sarah Palin and Mccain.
I had the opportunity to talk with her assistant, Scott about Islam . It is awful. The man did not have a clue and was as arrogant as it can be.
When you put together corruption, ignorance and stupidity the result is your enemy is growing in power.
