Human rights lawyers working on behalf of a 10-year-old Christian girl reportedly kidnapped by Muslims who then claimed to have custody because she "converted" to Islam have won a startling ruling for her to be returned to her parents.However, the judge said the girl's 13-year-old sister could "choose" either to be with her alleged kidnapper, a Muslim who said he "married" her, or her parents, and she chose the kidnapper, according to a report from Compass Direct.
Rashid Rehman, of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, said that is normal behavior for a 13-year-old, considering the circumstances.
"She was tutored and brainwashed by the family of her husband ... and naturally they made up her mind that her parents will hurt her and treat her inhumanely. In fact that will never happen. Her family is really peaceful, and remained so peaceful the whole time the case was heard in high court," Rehman said.
The judge's decision was based largely on the older girl's statement that she is 17, although her birth certificate indicates she is 13, and the court's ruling that the birth certificate would not be accepted as evidence.
WND reported a short time ago when the Pakistani court ordered the girls into a shelter while the case was sorted out.
The case hinged on the girls' disputed conversion from Christianity to Islam. The court ruled earlier that Aneela Masih, 10, and Saba Masih, 13, had not been free from external pressure when testifying they had converted to Islam.
The girls disappeared on June 26 while en route to visit an uncle. Their parents only found out about their location when Amjad Ali, a Muslim who "married" the older sister the next day, filed a court case against them for custody of the children. The claim was based on the alleged conversion to Islam, because under one interpretation of Islamic law, a non-Muslims may not have custody of a Muslim.
In July a lower court judge agreed, awarding the alleged kidnappers custody. The parents then, with the help of the human rights organization, appealed the ruling.
According to Compass Direct, the latest ruling came from Justice Malik Saeed Ejaz of the Lahore High Court and Center for Legal Aid Assistance and Settlement lawyer Akbar Durrani said it was the first time in his life that he'd witnessed the return by what essentially is a Muslim justice system of a juvenile who had "converted" to Islam to Christian parents.
"In my experience they have not given us the custody of minor girls even as young as 9 years old that have been declared Muslim," he said.
The high court justice called case participants into his private chambers, and said he would give the younger girl back to her parents but allow the older girl to choose her destiny.
Joseph Francis, chief of the CLAAS, said the verdict was good, but not complete without Saba Masih. The team of lawyers working with the parents now is weighing the possibility of take the issue of custody for the 13-year-old to the nation's Supreme Court.
The lawyers also reported that they had received threatening telephone calls apparently from supporters of the alleged kidnappers before the court hearing.
"They said, 'You should not be in court or you will be responsible for the consequences," one of the lawyers told Compass Direct.
I'm quite sure this mature 13 year old girl made the decision herself.
Even the lawyers representing her parents received threats. Who knows what threats, what coercion, what honeyed lies and promises were made to this young girl?
Who gets the Saudi prize of $7,500 for converting the 13 year old? Does the other $7,500 Saudi prize for converting an infidel have to be returned where as here, the Pakistani court has wrongly decided that the 10 year old as such must be returned to her parents. As the 10 year old child is clearly over 9, there is no crime in marrying, converting, having sex with or depriving the infidel parents of their 10 year old child. What if the prize claimant submits fatwas from 3 Saudi respeced immams that the conversion is lawful and hence the prize has been legitimately earned?
Islam is despicable when as here it allows its adherents to kidnap, rape, and then forcibly convert the victim voiding the felonies with the approval and power of its courts. Depriving infidel parents of their children allowing muslims to have sex with the hapless infidels is another despicable low even for islam which is a despicable moral scourage.
Notice there will be no sanction against the rapist for rape or kidnapping for the 10 year old. There will only be an order to return the infidel to her parents. This religion is a crime against humanity. When will the world stand up to this evil incarnate? We become accomplices to this madness if we do nothing organize to eradicate this evil!

Is this what Christian parents in the UK have to look forward to now that sharia law has been sanctioned in their country? Oh, I have no doubt that in the end UK courts will make the final decision(for now anyway), but don't you agree with me that the official sanctioning of sharia in Great Britain will be more than enough incentive for muslim men/youths to at least try to get away with it??? I'm not sure the UK courts will get involved since the Sahria court has jurisdiction if both parties agree. So if a 13 year old girl "agrees" to comply with the Sharia court, the UK court won't get involved.

These are the people from muslim countries that we should be taking in as refugees. We seem to have no problem bringing muslim refugees here to protect them from being attacked by other muslims, but we don't bring non-muslim refugees here to protect them from being attacked by muslims.

So the sacrament involved in conversion to Islam from Christianity of minor girls in Islam is simply penile penetration? How convenient for any horny Muslim man. And since this guy being a man, although I use the word very loosely, is much bigger and stronger than a thirteen year old girl who can easily be beaten into submission. I guess this is why Islam is so violent, because nobody in their right mind would allow this kind of crap in their society unless they were violently forced to accept it.
Since we as a people resist force and value our freedom, it is curious that we would ever let these people move into our countries. Why do we?

My priest doesn't know a lot about Islam - he's never read the Qur'an - but he has read the boiled-down version of 'Islam 101', that I put into the parish magazine, and I think that with things like this Anila and Saba story, and other stories of Muslim persecution of Christians that he's hearing from 'around the ridges', he's starting to get the idea that the image of Islam that is presented at 'inter-faith' hokum events, is NOT the whole picture, far from it.

I wrote a letter to a couple of my country's politicians, highlighting this disgraceful example of Pakistani Muslim gross violation of the human rights of Pakistani Christians, and urging that my country's government should raise the matter, in the strongest possible terms of disapproval, with the Pakistani government.
Even if we don't manage to achieve a rescue for these two little girls, if we can spread their case abroad, as widely as possible, then it can 'educate' people as to how Muslims very generally behave toward non-Muslims in those places where they, the Muslims, have a majority and/or political dominance.
It just occurred to me that the Koranic injuction that Muslim women's testimony isn't worth jack is redundant, since they live their entire lives under physical duress. It breaks my heart to see this happen to a Christian girl, though.
The thing is, and I know I shouldn't generalize, but even Christians in that part of the world are so thoroughly Islamized that they actually could very well 'honor' kill their daughter. Not because the rapists/kidnapperspedophiles say so, but because I know that Coptic families have been known to commit honor killings if their daughters engage in romantic relationships without marrying first, or if they hook up with Muslims. Pretty much. Islam is about war booty and supremacy. It was never about belief or feeling it in your heart. It's about looking 'moral' according to Islam's sick, twisted version of things.
