FOUR bombs killed at least 32 people and wounded scores in busy districts of Baghdad overnight as Iraqis shopped and broke their fast for the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, police said.A car bomb exploded in a car park in central Baghdad's busy Karrada shopping district, followed quickly by a roadside bomb nearby. The double strike killed at least 19 people and wounded 72, police said.
A short time earlier a bomb exploded in a parked car in Baghdad's Shurta neighbourhood in the early evening, killing at least 12 people and wounding 35, police said.
At about the same time another bomb attached to a car in the nearby Hay al-Amil neighbourhood killed one person....
allah is great! allah made me create those car bomb for ramandan, so i could kill unbelievers, in his name. isn't allah wonderful?
Maybe, in the case of the car bombs, it's just the cars they don't like. Islamic Motors is probably backlogged on orders (they have to do all that washing and praying, and then there's the weakness the employees feel, from "fasting", during this "holy" month).
These are just a few extremists, expressing their dissatisfaction with the long wait for their new halal cars.
Seriously, though--has anyone been keeping a body count, since Ramadan began?

Cultural Equivalence Moment
Every Muslim holiday seems to be an orgy of death and destruction throughout the Muslim world. I know of no other culture on Earth where such violence is the hallmark of the holiday season. And even in places where Muslims are not the majority, holiday security measures are beefed up, not out of fear of fanatical Christian/Buddhist/Hindu/Jewish/Bahai/etc. suicide bombers, but out of fear of Muslim mujaheddin.
