Karachi, 24 Sept. (AKI) -- The alleged mastermind of last Saturday's deadly truck bombing of the Marriott hotel in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, has emerged.The suspect, Qari Zafar (photo), has become part of Al-Qaeda's hardline Takfiri inner circle. He enjoys the protection of Pakistani Taliban commander Baitullah Mehsud and is believed to be hiding out in the lawless South Waziristan tribal area of North West Frontier Province.
Zafar is not only the suspected mastermind of the Marriot bomb blast, but has created a network which will shortly target strategic installations belonging to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency, military headquarters in Karachi and police stations across the country, according to security officials.
"Zafar is behind the planning, arrangement of transportation and procurement of explosives for the attack against the Marriott Hotel on 20 September,” a top security source told Adnkronos International on Thursday on condition of anonymity.
"Some of his men have been arrested in Punjab which further confirms his involvement in the whole scheme,” the official added.
The connection to Zafar was established from phone numbers found on the mobiles of some of those arrested in Punjab.
According to security agencies, the chances of arresting Zafar are slim as he rarely moves from his alleged hideout in South Waziristan to visit the various cities of North West Frontier Province.
To most Pakistanis he is an obscure figure, and is considered by security agencies to be a ghostlike figure whose trail went cold after he managed to escape from custody last year.
But he is known to international intelligence services which credit him with fox-like cunning and great bravery when organising and carrying out attacks against identified targets....

This is a list of known Pakistani terrorist leaders from 2004...in the middle tier, number 15 is Qari Zarar...Now I am not in the Pakistani Police Department, but this list of names presents a lot names I would suspect are associates of Qari Zarar...
Lists of Sindh’s top terrorists sent to president and PM

KARACHI: The Sindh Police has prepared two lists, one of most-wanted terrorists and the other of middle-tier terrorists involved in high-profile cases, and it has begun trying to arrest them.
The lists contain names of terrorists who belong to various jihadi and religious organisations and have been included in a report presented to the president and the prime minister, sources informed Daily Times. The most-wanted list contains the names of 21 terrorists and the middle-tier list names 19 terrorists. Amjad Husain Farooqui alias Haider Farooqui alias Arif s/o Muhammad Afzal of the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LJ) is at the top of the most wanted list.

The Sindh Police has also listed 222 activists of various religious organizations in Sindh under schedule 1V of the Anti-terrorism Act of 1997, barring them from leaving the police limits of their residence without police permission. No one has violated the restriction so far, sources said.
The listed activists belong to the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, Tehrik-e-Jaferia Pakistan, Laskhar-e-Jhangvi, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish Muhammad, Sipah-e-Muhammad Pakistan, Imamia Students Organizations and some others.
Sindh Police sources said all these activists are either from Karachi or Sukkur. Of the 222 activists, 134 are from Karachi

Mastermind? More like master-psycho.
Like racism, Islam conditions it's followers to degrade and de-humanizes the ones that don't belong.
The Muslim that resists this conditioning suddenly becomes a moderate, and, on the other side, the master-psychopath is the hero.
These guys get waaaaaaaaay too much credit.
One need not be a "mastermind" to pull off a caper like this; one only needs to know basic security practices and the counter-measures that can defeat them. That requires, more than anything, the ability to pay attention. If they can read the directions on a macaroni box, they can build a bomb.
With sufficient intel, all that's left is the commitment to pull the trigger.
And so they can be detected and defeated. They leave subtle clues before any attack that are discernable to any eye that cares enough to watch.
Fear not.
Right undaunted...there are no 'master minds' in Islam.
Slaves are not allowed to have 'master' anything. Any muslim who claims a master mind, is an apostate. There is only one 'master mind' in Islam, and that is Allah.
Allah is the mastermind, the rest are just henchmen.
Some henchmen pass on Allah's orders to other henchmen. That is the extent of muslim masterminding...

If this man did indeed plan and command the bombing of the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad, then I hope that copies of this photograph are starting to appear all over the noticeboards of the Army and the Intelligence Service of the Czech Republic. Indeed, I hope those evil eyes are appearing in the centre of the target practice boards of the Czech Army.
For if this man commanded and planned the bombing, he is responsible for murdering, among others, the Czech Ambassador to Pakistan, Ivo Zdarek.
And since the Czech Republic has come up, in the shape of this murdered Ambassador, and just possibly an English-reading Czech person may stumble across this website, let us recall that two years ago an inquisitive Czech made a documentary, inside the Czech Republic, which revealed exactly the same disturbing two-facedness, in the Muslim community there, as was revealed by the two English 'Undercover Mosque' programs.

In October 2006 Czech authorities uncovered a jihadist plot "to kidnap dozens of Jews in Prague and hold them hostage before murdering them".
Also relevant to the Czech Republic - another article from the Prague Post, July 2004, concerning a Czech citizen named Milos Kejzlar who was opposing the building of a mosque in the resort town of Teplice.

Kejzlar had been horrified by the behaviour of [Muslim] Saudi Arab tourists in the town, just after 9/11:
"Milos Kejzlar angrily recalls the reaction of visiting Arabs in Teplice following the events of 9/11.
"The people of the town were very surprised to see a great number of [Muslim] Arabs here celebrating in the parks and the restaurants after they learned what happened in the U.S.," he said, downing shots of slivovice at his well-kept house in a leafy suburb.
'Shocked by some Arabs' response to the destruction of the World Trade Center and flooded by constant media coverage of terrorist plots, Kejzlar concluded that a mosque a few blocks from his home was a bad idea.

Note well, any Czech non-Muslim citizen who may have stumbled across this site.
The jihad is waged not only in Pakistan, where Ivo Zdarek died in the flaming ruins of the Marriott Hotel.
Jiri Ovecka found that the preachers of jihad openly voice their hatred and contempt for the Infidel, right there in Prague, inside the mosque, when they think the Infidels can't hear them, though outside, in public, they may wear a smiling mask.
The jihad exists in potentia on the soil of the Czech Republic, among the Mohammedans who dwell there, and among those wealthy Arab Muslim tourists who come to Teplice to take the 'cure' at the spa (did Kejzlar succeed in his campaign? - or did the Muslims get their mosque?).
Why do the media insist on using the term "mastermind" to describe the crude characters behind such attacks? It's just not that hard to set off bombs and murder innocent people. No master's degree needed.
