Islamic law should replace Constitutional law
Those two pictures were taken at the Muslim Day Parade in New York City yesterday. Urban Infidel has them and many more. Pamela also has many photos.
Both pictures show signs from The Islamic Thinkers Society, the New York jihadists who have threatened my life and called for Sharia in the U.S. This is a small and marginal group, but I wonder why the Parade organizers didn't disavow them or tell them they couldn't march.
It's also interesting that Sheila Musaji, the editor of The American Muslim, told me Friday, "I don’t know any American Muslims who are not staunch defenders of the separation of church and state (the non-establishment of religion)." Then two days later a group of Muslims in New York marched in the Muslim Day Parade with signs calling for the replacement of the U.S. Constitution with Islamic law. Ms. Musaji, you really ought to get out more.
A final question: which do you think would be more likely to be labeled as "hate speech" by the American intelligentsia: the signs above, or this one?

It is unbelieveable that I'm seeing these signs in the United States of America.
Also, Islamic "Thinkers" - that's too funny.
Things have gotten waaaaayyyyyyy out-of-control. Understatement.
>>A final question: which do you think would be more likely to be labeled as "hate speech" by the American intelligentsia: the signs above, or this one?
Oh, RS's sign, that's for sure. Most Americans, it seems, couldn't care less about 9/11 or OBL. In fact, it's almost an obscenity to even mention them - like you're sick or twisted for even thinking about them, or for caring.
Meanwhile, the Islamic "Thinkers" signs would no doubt be seen as cute and cuddly, and anyway, they don't mean it! And no, I won't read the Koran, and you're a Hater for even suggesting that I should.
Thanks for the link, Robert. Much appreciated.
I've added some video links.
You must see the video where the Islamic Thinkers are being removed from the post-parade street fair and actually cite the Constitution for their right to free speech. Priceless.
Clearly Robert, yours is the one they would call hate speech. After all, you impugn all Muslims just by having Osama's picture on a poster with the word terrorism on it. "Know your enemy"? Clearly you are making all Muslims your enemy. The PC crowd will never let truth get in the way of their condemnation of you and the work you do for all of us (including them).
I would ask the holder of that second poster (what's your way of life?) if you don't seek to be under a Constitution and your answer is Quran then
WHAT IN THE NAME OF ALLAH ARE YOU DOING HERE?
It's those champions of the oxymoron again...the Islamic Thinkers. Good for a laugh!

OMG. That's incredible. They're citing the Constitution while marching against it. Good God.
Oh, I'd like to see that video. Why were the Barbarians "removed?" But, I'm thrilled to hear it!

Really!
You know how Khomeini said, "There is no humor in Islam?" Well, there ain't no "thinking" either! lol
darcy,
The 'barbarians' were removed because they are radicals. They are also not allowed to march in the official parade. But I still have to ask, why in the heck was that black islamic flag of jihad allowed IN the parade--TWO years in a row.
I also want to add that as much as the marchers objected to the foreign policy views of the conservative protesters, they had NO objection to the Islamic Thinkers signs--save for one lone man who confronted them.
And Bloomberg wants a third term. Crazy world.
Remember when we looked forward to the Columbus Day Parade this time of year, instead of the "Muslim Day" parade? Oh, the Columbus Day parade is still around (for now), but it has really become just an Italian-American celebration--mostly, we've become too embarrassed to celebrate any actual European acheivement.
Here's the Muslim vision for the future of NYC--and an inspiring one it is:
http://www.themodernreligion.com/assault/bow_NY_muslims.jpg
The use of the word "kufr" is a hate crime. It is no different than using the n-word.
Well, that "Islamic Thinkers" line almost made me pass coffee through my nose, what a laugh!! hahaha.
Aside from that humor, it's shameful that we have to see this on our own streets, with no one objecting? Deport them all, I'm sick of it.
Once again, if you don't like it here, go home.
No Sharia here!

Tanstaafl...Just for fun...Is it also a hate crime to use, Kaffur, Kafir, kaffir, as well as kufr. I use them interchangeably on purpose...I guess that makes me guilty of repeated hate speech/crimes...I don't feel any hate using the word kufr. In fact I like most kufrs and love a few. I am looking to kuffars to pull us out of the muck that is Islamic hegemony.
If we don't have the kaffirs on are side, who do we have? Three cheers for the kufrs of the world, may you/we persevere...:)

Clearly these Islamic Thinkers reflect the obvious and continuous nifaq (hypocrisy) while still trying to push their jahiliyyah (paganism) Ideology on us. But it still comes down to Americans understanding what they are defending against in this never ending aggressive ideology.
Muslims need to be told loudly that this is America and not Islam, there is no place for sharia in America whether it be domestic or criminal, any form of it should not be allowed in this country whether on a voluntary basis or not.

I just had to share this with you, especially in light of what is happening with the Church of Scotland and their support of Sharia law in Scotland. I have been in dialogue via email with their media relatons officer and I even pointed out this latest rally of JIHADIST in NYC (not the mention the ones in England). I submitted a query on their website (and I urge you all to do the same, one more western country that gives in to them is another one lost).
Here is their response to my query (his contact information is included):
Dear Angela,
Thank you for your email.
In response to the points you raised, I include comments made by our Church and Society Council convener, the Reverend Ian Galloway. I hope it explains the Kirkʼs position:
One of the indicators of the well-being of a society is its ability to celebrate difference and learn from other people. Another is how justice is administered and disputes are resolved. The advent of Sharia courts in Scotland should herald a time of reflection and interest not fear and outrage. What Sharia courts bring to our society is another method of dispute resolution. It is a particular group choosing to avoid the expense and time of using the Court System and instead resolving disputes based on a particular faith based ethical framework.
What is being brought to us is not some kind of parallel jurisdiction that replaces our legal system; rather it is a space, within a given community, for disputes to be resolved. That being said, the method and outcome of the Sharia courts deliberations must meet three crucial standards. Its rulings must not preclude recourse to the courts for the parties involved. The decisions must not break the fundamental tenets of the Human Rights Act upon which our legal system is now based. In that regard, the rights of women in particular must be respected. We would apply these standards to any method of dispute resolution, including to changes in our own laws and legal system and so it is for consistency that we would expect the same of Sharia Courts or any other dispute resolution system. From that common ground there is much to learn about the journey to peace amongst families, neighbours and communities.
If I can help you with anything further, please do not hesitate to contact myself.
Best wishes,
Gordon.

THEN MY RESPONSE TO THAT:
Dear Mr. Bell,
I appreciate you taking the time to write me back on my query. Thank you.
I know you are learned individuals. I respect that you are all concerned about communities having cohesion and peace. However, I do not have to explain to you that their court system as well as their political system is based on their religion. I would hope that you are all not receiving your education and answers about their faith, politics and judicial system solely from their imams and educators. I urge you to read what the Koran and the life of Muhammed have to say. My young niece has studied both and has educated me on many things that I did not know or took for granted purely on the word of a muslim.
I am not trying to sound like a Christian fanatic; however, we are in very perilous times. To think that they would have our best interests at heart in their court system or the best interest of a woman in their courts is ignorant and you are blindsiding yourself, sir. They are not looking for community cohesion or expansion into other countries solely for a better life for themselves and their families. They are taught that Islam is the only way and all others must accept or perish. The more the west gives them and gives into their religion and culture (albeit, they are one in the same), the more we lose of our cultures, politics and religions. To them there is only one religion, Islam. Have you seen what has happened in England? Have you seen the protests and the placards those protesters were carrying? "England your 9/11 is coming", "Death to all Non-Muslims", etc. A very frightening scene. Not a peaceful people but one that believes that their way is THE ONLY WAY! Yesterday, in NYC there was a Muslim Day Parade. Look online at the placards they were carrying. IF the Americans vote for McCain they are kufurs (nonbelievers and we know what the Koran says about nonbelievers), member of the Islamic Thinkers Society support the overthrow of the US government and that the Koran should replace constitutional law. The same thing will happen in Scotland. They will not settle for just having Sharia court, they will want more and more until every country they are in is run completely by them and Islam (for that encompasses everything, religion, court and political). Do not think that for one moment that you are supporting moderate muslims. Even they are afraid of the fanatics and give into their way of thinking. Therefore, there is no such thing as a moderate muslim.
Please, I urge you, I beg of you all to reconsider. Look deeper, study more, because once they have your support and they have a stronger foothold, there will be no turning back the tide once everyone realizes they have made a grave mistake! And it is not a mistake anybody should be making. Do not forget the history of the muslim movement, the Crusades. Etienne Gilson (French Thomistic philosopher and historian of philosopy) once said: "History is the only laboratory we have in which to test the consequences of thought". Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. -- George Santayana (was a philosopher, essayist, poet and novelist, from Reason in Common Sense). I know I do not need to remind you of these quotes. The business you are in, you are fully aware of these. If Scotland and the kirk give in, that will be one more country that falls to them.
I am asking you to ask the Church of Scotland and Scotland to rethink this. If I sound afraid, that is because I am, sir. I am very afraid. And fear is not something to be ashamed of. It should give one pause, to think and evaluate all options. If I have made you afraid of what I have written, that was not my intention. My intention was only to make you open your eyes wider to the reality of what is happening!
Sincerely,
(my name omitted)
AFTER WHICH, I ONLY RECEIVED A SHORT RESPONSE OF ... Thank you for your views.
MY FRIENDS... I APOLOGIZE IF I SOUND LIKE HENNY PENNY AND THE SKY IS FALLING. But it IS! I am retired military, I have seen and encountered first hand what these people are capable of. If any of you have not been afraid yet, you should be. Maybe some of you think that being afraid is not the answer, education is! Well, education alone is not enough. Standing up to the "horde", not giving into them and they way, is what will protect us. Robert posted on here excerpts about the Crusades... remember your history!!

Duh,
duh swami, what does your partisan post have to do with the topic at hand? If you want to be a good little talk show clone and obsess over what someone said, go ahead but not here. Morrisminor...I profusely apologize to you for being OT, and injuring your sensitivities. I should have posted OT...I had no idea you were so ...sensitive.
Having said that your insulting tone is to be expected, but uncalled for...I will watch for it in the future...
I want the first image emailed to all Obama supporters who claim that he will "improve America's image in the middle east." What have they based that on?
Saoirse,
I too wrote Mr. Gordon Bell. I hope I was polite, but searing. Thank you for his e-mail.
If anyone else has e-mail addresses for those making these grievous error, post them so others can communicate with them. Let's pop their insular, ignorant or self-deceiving bubbles.
Hey, these guys are moderates. In England, they'd be burning our flags and threatening to behead anyone who critised them.
I saw some video from the Parade on Atlas' YouTube Channel. Robert linked to it above ("Pamela"). It was horrifying. People screaming 'baby-killers!' at Jews (which is doubly interesting given the fact Arabs were stoning Jewish babies in Acre while he was saying that), babies in black hijabs and niqabs, cultish chanting of the thraot slitting cry 'Allah-hu Akbar!,' just all sorts of horrible foreshadowing if we don't act against this. I saw some UAC banners too, which was encouraging. I do hope that Muslims take their advice and that all three of them who are legitimate citizens don't vote.
Is it also a hate crime to use, Kaffur, Kafir, kaffir, as well as kufr. I use them interchangeably on purpose...I guess that makes me guilty of repeated hate speech/crimes...I don't feel any hate using the word kufr.
-duh_swami
If you don't feel any hate then it's not a hate crime. Hate crimes are based on the feeling of the person doing it and the person hearing it. Blacks can call one another the N-word and not consider it hate speech.
When a Muslim calls you kaffir (or a variation) you know where that comes from and it's not good.
Using the standards they have set for us, it should only be hate speech (crime? I don't know.) for a Muslim to use that word. I would put "infidel" in the same category. We can call one another infidels but no Muslim can.
The Liberals will go insane! This is THEIR definition of hate speech.
MorrisMinor is a hardcore Democrat dhimmi. He said I should be wearing a tin foil hat for suggesting the simple truth that Obama is only an American citizen because he married a real American citizen and that he's a shady liar. most of his supporters aren't even claiming that anymore and are doing the fingers-in-their-ears, 'Change!,' 'McCain is Bush even though he never agrees with him!,' 'lalalalalal I can't handle the truth so I'll keep my head up my ass and insult everyone who is honest' thing.
Actually my posting Malkins link was on topic. The muslims parading are engaging in a political action, much the same as the liberal political action, as displayed on Malikins site. The hate is exactly the same...
To illustrate who some of Obama's supporters are, what they say, and what they believe is pertinent to the topic, because liberals and Mohammadans are on the same page about Obama...The Islamic idea of not voting for any kufr wont fly very far. Mohammadans will vote for Obama...
Those who have been arguing that Mohammedans support Obama due to his religion(Islam)/allegance(Muslims)/associations(Khalili)/et al based on public statements Mohammedans both within and outside the US have made should also see the above signs where both McCain and Obama are perceived as inimical to the Ummah. Of course, that doesn't mean that either of them are, but it's wrong to judge Obama on what Mohammedans think about him.
Don't forget - in 2000, candidate Bush had more Mohammedan support than Gore because he spoke out against profiling of Arab-Americans (read Mohammedans) and secret evidence, and once 9/11 happened, they all perceived him as an enemy. Similarly, just because Obama is viewed favorably by the Ummah doesn't mean that that's what will materialize.
Question for Musaji - which do you prefer - Batil or Haqq?
HMM Infidel Pride...I doubt the Mohammadan vote will save the day, or swing the election anyway, at least not this time...maybe later...

Does tyhe US really need these. Isn't it time to send them packing to somewhere like Saudi Arabia or Pakistan, where they can live Sharia to their hearts content, and let the rest of us get along with our own lives free from Islamic intolerance.

The audacity of Muslims to parade in the twin-towers city. It is like spitting on America's face. And why not? Right after 9/11, POTUS did: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2001/09/20010917-11.html

Unless it is 'vote time' when he is a man of 'Christian Faith'. What is even funny is that Americans are so gullible. They fall for lies, no matter where it comes from.. Bush/clinton/Chertoff/Condi.. Being a good liar is is a trick of the clever.
Clever tricks work...That's why manipulators use them...
I tell people that the way to get over being tricked, is to get over being tricked.
But I think that is a little too Zen for most
Americans. They would rather just go to the mall.
From the video linked by Urban Infidel, it looks like the "Islamic Thinkers Society" did not march in the parade. They were on the sidelines with their supremacist message and, after the parade, attempted to set up a table at the post-parade event, without the required permit from the parade organizers. However, the organizers didn't want them and therefore kicked them out.
The organizers and security were completely unable and unwilling to dispute or criticize the ITS on theological grounds. However, the organizers are clever enough to realize that the ITS, although authentically and piously muslim, provides bad publicity, and therefore is to be shunned (at least when in the view of kafirs).

Darcy, this isn't your blog... thank God. So why don't you just STFU.
I mean, I respect Swami as much as anyone. But you, Darcy, have no right to tell anyone what to say here. To earn that right, you need to start your own blog and then issue commands from there.
Too, Swami is more than capable of defending himself.
So, put a sock in it... puh-leeeeeeze.
This is how our US Constitution will be replaced with American Sharia Supporters (ASS).
Today they are in hundreds, next year, under Obama Presidency will be in tens of thousands and before Obama leaves the White House, they will be in millions just like the Million Man March. They will be so emboldened and so violent that the Congress will raise the white flag again, here in the heart of America.
I hope you're wrong, American. But, I fear you may turn out to be right.
PMK and Alert,
Count me in on Tom tancredo. I would vote for him in a heartbeat.
I believe that we have a problem that is maybe too big to fix. First, it will take a master at public speaking to get past the MSM (like Reagan did). Sarah Palin has that ability but Tom Tancredo does not have that same God given ability. He knows this and that is why, I'm sure, he quit. It is an ability that you are born with. It cannot be learned.
Every time the MSM sees one of these type individuals with this gift at speaking to the public and who are on our side of things, they attack hard and early because they know the danger to them. They try everything to ruin their careers.
Now with the threat of massive illegal immigration and Islam, we need a person like this for our very survival. OB has this God given ability and will use it against us and in favor of illegal immigration and Islam to the MSM's delight.
I don't have the answer to this problem but I think that the problem needs to be stated clearly. Hopefully the right person will come along but the point of no return has happened in Europe and we are getting much too close to the point of no return for comfort.

Uncalled for. It is you that intended to tell another (Darcy) what they should or should not type several weeks ago. You were wrong then and your personal grudge looks even more childish now.
I suggest going forward that unless Darcy addresses you personally, that you cease and desist from your infantile rants against her.
duh_swami certainly doesn't need you to come to his defense from another commenter (Darcy) who was actually supporting him.
You have better things to do, I am sure, like signing up people to take in prospective honor killing victims, don't you?
Regards.
Yea, "awake", I see your all-talk, no-action information over at my blog.
What I typed several weeks ago was imperative-voice advice that writing to the Chief of Police to tell him about honor killings was a waste of time and shouldn't be done. It was not directed at any one person but one person did misinterpret it and make quite a spectacle.
Get your facts straight.
Manmade laws? Hasn´t anyone told this dude, that the qur'an is manmade? - Made by an insane man or more...
It is unbelievable that these dudes are allowed to walk freely on US soil.
What's even worse is, that we have the same kind of idiots in Denmark.
We have the maniacs called Hizb ut-Tahrir.
They as well would like to displace our constitution with their sick and perverted sharia.
I suggest all sharia-lovers went home to sharia country number 1; Saudia Arabia.
No need to bother us with their doctrines and criminal laws.

My facts are straight. You carried on and on when Darcy actually did something, but something you did not agree with. Now you tell her off for defending duh-swami against morrisminor?
For a guy who talks about actions not words, you chose to criticize and belittle her, even though she did something.
I didn't know you had a blog, nor do I care that you do, but because you do, you seem to think that you have some special privilages here, like telling people what to do and say?
Get a clue, and quite frankly, get over yourself. I'm not the one preaching about what I think others should do and say.
That would be your corner of the market.
You're delusional.

Spot on,
While am quoting only a few lines from your post, it is interesting in it's entirity. I notice that while you 'would vote for him (Tom Tancredo) in a heartbeat', you go on to say that 'Tom Tancredo does not have that same 'God given ability'. What God-given ability does Tom miss? That of a 'master speaker'? I agreee that Tom Tancredo is not the best of speaker. However, speaking, important as it is, does not make that critical difference. The quality that makes a difference is that of clarity and conviction. While it is easy to be impressed by a good speaker, it is prudent to listen to the thoughts, clarity and conviction of the speaker. Remember, speaking is only a means of communicating. If one does not have substance, one can communicate nonsense, which may amount to nothing. Infact, may be worse than not speaking at all. That is what I find in Bush. His communication is good, but his thought, ideas, clarity and conviction leave a lot to be desired.
For confirmation, one only needs to look at Mahatma Gandhi of India. In his young days, Gandhi was such a poor speaker, he chose to keep quiet, lest he was mocked at / ridiculed. Obviously, Gandhi was not born with the 'God-given' ability of a 'master speaker'. Yet, his thoughts, clarity and convictions were strong enough to overcome the God-given ability of a 'master-speaker'. Infact, Gandhi often chose to keep quiet, when he was not sure. But when he spoke, he spoke with clarity and conviction. In his self-development, Gandhi got so clear and certain of his ability to think clearly and his convictions that he seems to have said:
"When truth speaks through me, I am invincible"
- M K Gandhi (1869-1948).
My point is that not only it takes more than the gift of the gab, to lead, the ability to speak comes way after the qualities of clarity, conviction and courage. Ofcourse, listeners should be able to distinguidh between well-spoken lies against crudely spoken facts. I for one will ALWAYS prefer the latter; hence, my faith in Tom Tancredo.
Hopefully the right person will come along but the point of no return has happened in Europe and we are getting much too close to the point of no return for comfort.

Sorry for the double-post. Please delete the former. Thanks.
