American citizens who are victims of terror attacks inside Israel can now take judicial action against the PLO in a US court, a federal judge ruled on Wednesday.According to Israel Radio, the judge rejected an appeal made by PLO, who claimed that judicial action could only be taken in Israel and that the organization had immunity.
The judge ruled that the procedure which followed a petition filed by victims of a terror attack and their families four years ago continue.
If this starts can the victims start laying claim to some of the millions that we are sending to the palis. Maybe start sueing CAIR and the Brotherhood?

As much as I empathize with the aims of the Judge and applicants, I also dread the can of worms this is opening. In theory at least (for eg), families of killed or wounded Iranian militants, fighting in Afghanistan or Iraq, would be able to sue Allied forces for compensation in Iranian courts.
No idea how they'd extract that compensation, the verdict being a foregone conclusion.
Yes, I know it's not an exact analogy, but this whole issue is breaking new legal ground.
