Not unlike this ongoing case in the U.S. The jurors were told the defendants were following "a fundamental form of Islam." All their attempts at political correctness aside, will heads roll and accusations of Islamophobia fly over that choice of words?

Prosecutors believe two doctors accused of mounting car bomb attacks in London and Glasgow were motivated by Islam, a court heard today.
Bilal Abdulla, 29, and Mohammed Asha, 28, are accused of terrorism motivated by "a fundamental form of Islam", potential jurors were told.
Speaking at Woolwich Crown Court, Mr Justice Mackay said jurors must try the men on the facts alone and not on any prejudices, beliefs or personal opinions.
He said the men are charged with conspiring to murder and cause explosions in attacks on London's West End and Glasgow Airport over two days last summer.
Abdulla, of Glasgow, and Asha, of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, deny the offences.
The judge said: "The prosecution case is that both these defendants and a third man called Kafeel Ahmed, who died in the third of these incidents, were terrorists motivated by their belief in a fundamental form of Islam.
"It is essential that the jury that is to try them makes its decisions based solely on the evidence it hears and it is given in this court and not based on any prejudices, beliefs or personal opinions the members of the jury may have."
Mr Justice Mackay was addressing potential jurors before the case begins tomorrow. It is expected to last between eight and 10 weeks.
Members of the public selected for jury service were told the two defendants worked as doctors at several NHS hospitals.
They were told Abdulla worked at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley, outside Glasgow.
Asha worked at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge; Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli; Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
Potential jurors were told they may not be able to serve if they or a close relative had been treated by either of the doctors or if they knew any of the witnesses in the case.
They were also asked if they had been the victim of a terrorist attack or worked for the police, Crown Prosecution Service, Prison Service, Armed Forces or security services....
It would seem that they don't want anyone with any real knowledge of Islam to be involved.
Strange...I would have thought that would be an asset for understanding the motivation of these would be murderers.
Islam is a lie and truth and the occasional Predator drone is killing it.

That excludes a lot of people. Are followers of the "religion of peace" allowed on the jury, or is that a racist question? Is no knowledge of Islam at all a precondition?
The big question, "WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO KILL US"
So let me get this straight:
If you've been raped, you cannot be a juror in a rape case. If you ever been robbed, you can't be on a jury against a robber. If your wife has been murdered, you can't be on the jury against a murderer.
This society has come to its natural end.
We're finished. Bankrupt. Totally.
Hmmm, here in Her Majesty's Southern Hemispheric colony we use the British Justice system, but we don't "screen" jurers. Each side is allowed a few (I think 3 or 4) challenges during jury selection, but the potential jurer just walks from one side of the court to the other. Typically, fat people are rejected (as a fellow potential jurer and fat person told me - she was right). No screening, certainly no interviews.
The sole solace in the incidents is the ineptitude of these kamikaze doctors.
Imagine their poor patients.
We have to be grateful to islam for perhaps causing or at least aiding their ineptitude, so blinded by the precepts of this evil ideology that they were incapable of successfully completing their "mission".

The prosecutors should ask the defendants what their names, Abdulla and Mohammad, mean, and what those names mean to them.
What does it mean to a Mohammadan to be named after the object of his devotion?
Abdullah...Slave to Allah...The slave does the bidding of the master. Those biddings can be found in the Quran...
And devotion to the perfect man and role model Mohammad, who's examples of behavior in doing those biddings, can be found in Quran and numerous hadith.
The prosecutor should ask the defendants to explain these things to the jury, but they won't. And if a potential juror lets on that they know these things, they will be dismissed.
Jury selection is a crafty craft. There are experts who hire out just for jury selection.
This process is not justice served, it is justice manipulated...
They should just request a set of suitable Jurors be sent over from the local mosque, Or even more appropriate since this is is basically an Islamic Matter. Allow the Muslim Clerics to adjudicate this matter in their (now legal) Sharia Court. (I hope they aren't reading this cause they might think this IS actually their most "correct" course.)

Jury selection has been politicized everywhere.
If they are going to bar anyone who has ever been treated by the doctors then why not anyone who knows the doctors? Why only those who know the witnesses? If you knew anyone on those trains you can't serve?
How long will it be until a plea is made that such cases be directed to a sharia court or tribunal?

That 'fundamental form' of Islam, judge, is the true 'form' of Islam; Islam as Muhammad concocted it to be; Islam as it was intended to be followed; the Islam it's adherents are required to unquestioningly accept and practice.
That most of the world's Muslims are not fully compliant does not in any way change what Islam teaches, prohibits, and demands.
Here's a little challenge for the judge:
Explain what that 'fundamental form' of Islam is, and why Muslims should not be fundamentalists.
It's their belief system, judge.
Start explaining.
Maybe we going about this the wrong way. Let's embrace our Islamic soon to be brothers and their Jihad. I figure the revolution will begin about 5 sec after the first homosexual or woman or apostate is stoned.
The implementation of Islam and thereby Sharia would be a very interesting fight after the darlingness wears off.

They have pleaded not guilty to attempted mass murder - they only meant to blow up a few buildings as a protest. You have to admit they have a nerve but I suppose the lawyers will make a lot of money out of it.

If I were the counsel for the defense, I would try to keep anyone who ever played the flaming poop in a paper bag prank. It's the same thing, just on a smaller scale (with the doctors playing the poop), and the prankster might empathize with my client.
Slow and deliberate death by ones own hand usually is defined as insanity, but in the new age of political correctness run amok it is heralded as a truimph of multicultural diversity! The sun has set, cheerio mates....
Perhaps Brits should provide "positive screening" to make sure the jury has POSITIVE views about Islam, terrorism and religiously-inspired violence - then they can get off scott free AND PROVE ISLAM IS A RELIGION OF PEACE!
