Iranian newspaper: "That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy"

Not everyone in the Islamic world is Wild About Barry. Why not? Because "the Democrats are like a snake that kills you slowly without you noticing." And because Obama "will never manage to change the structure of the American regime, which was established by capitalists, Zionists and racists." In other words, Obama will never be able to replace the U.S. Constitution, with its guarantees of freedom of speech and equality of rights for all, with an authoritarian Iranian-style Sharia system that tramples upon those and other rights. Let's hope not, anyway!

"'That black man will never change US policy,'" from Israel Today, November 6 (thanks to all who sent this in):

While most in the Muslim Middle East have expressed satisfaction, if not outright joy, at the election of Barack Obama as the next president of the United States, not everyone shares that optimism.

Egyptian daily newspaper Al-Qaradhawi warned that it didn't matter who the presidential candidate was, because "the Democrats are like a snake that kills you slowly without you noticing."

The article said that Arabs should not think that just because the Republican Party is typically portrayed as anti-Muslim that the Democrats are any better.

Iranian daily newspaper Jomhouri-ye Elsami went after Obama himself with a headline reading "That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy."

According to the article, "the most that that black man can do in the White House is to replace some of the staff and change some ceremonial procedures. He will never managed [sic] to change the structure of the American regime, which was established by capitalists, Zionists and racists."

The Beirut Daily Star wrote that while Obama may be sincere in changing US policy, he will face "an entire subculture that operates within the American political arena...widely known as the 'Israel' or 'Jewish' lobby" that he will be unable to overcome.

I see they've been reading their Mearsheimer and Walt over in Beirut.

This guy knows American democrats better than American democrats know American democrats.

Defend the US Constitution one of the most remarkable document ever conceived by some of the greatest men.

"That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy."

Geeze...What a bunch of bigots! What a bunch of racists!

What a bunch of idiots, too, to think that US "policy" can be changed by one man...

"That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy."
Almost as embarrassing as listening to David Dimbleby, hosting election night on BBC America calling Obama "black face".

Aside from that why dont the moderate muslims (must be millions of them) overthrow or force the imams and the religious fanatics in their communities to shut up or at the very least snuff them out.

Where are the youth of Iran (apparently they love America?) where are their protests, even their attempts at taking out Ahmandinijad by force?

Why haven't the moderate muslims in the west demanded equal rights for all religions in the ME and rights for gays and women?

Their silence is deafening. All I hear everyday is "rights for Muslims" "Islamophobia" "evil America" "9/11 was caused by American Imperialism" "I'm suing because I touched bacon".

savsiv,

Re: U.S. Constitution

As that particularly Deep Thinker, Whoopi Goldberg--who, apparently, never heard of the Thirteenth Amendment--said, "Do I need to be worried about being a slave again?"

[laughs in scornful derision]

"the Democrats are like a snake that kills you slowly without you noticing."

I think "a snake that kills you slowly" is a great metaphor for Stealth Jihad(TM).

Just out of curiosity, has anyone here ever heard of a snake killing a human being, without his being aware of it? The analogy fails.

I thought there was no racism in Islam or that Muslims are of a singular race, no?

I hope that Jesse Jackson has read this.

After all, when he said that "Israel's interests wouldn't be the US top priority in the Middle East in an Obama administration", he showed he didn't know squat about A-rab and Persian racism.

Had he known anything about it, he wouldn't have spoken out against the only country in that region where blacks are considered actual human beings.

There you have the best reason there is for not looking to the world for guidance on whom they will find most desirable. No one satisfies them. Never again be taken in by the idea that "we have to send a message to the world". Most people on this site weren't but a lot of good people were. Vote your own interests and to heck with world opinion. Take care of the USA first and foremost. The rest will sort itself out.
If ever again we need to "send a message" it should be that Americans will stand up for themselves.

PMK...If ever again we need to "send a message" it should be that Americans will stand up for themselves.

I agree, but electing Obama President sort of throws a wet blanket on that party. The party of defeat and surrender is now in charge. The Islamic world celebrates it's victory. At least a lot of them.

There are some who are not buying into a smooth talking would be Messiah hypocrite, filthy kuffar, no matter what color he is...as in the article.

I don't buy into his Messiahship either...

The struggle against Islamism and jihad continues, but we are in an even less advantageous position, due to the 'supreme ideology of surrender' that has taken hold in Washington...

'supreme ideology of surrender'...Maybe I should have called that 'The Politics of Fear'...Good title for a book, but it has probably already been written...

As Whoopi Goldberg ... said, "Do I need to be worried about being a slave again?"

Posted by: John C

Gee, I didn't know that Whoopi ever was a slave. Was she rescued from the Sudan, or Somalia, or Saudi Arabia, or Mauritania?

With the Obamanable Showman in charge, and such weak opposition to the Islamic conquest, we all need to worry about becoming slaves.

"the Democrats are like a snake that kills you slowly without you noticing."

Iranians worried about a "Stealth Crusade"? From their lips to Allah's ear!

duh_swami,

What's done is done. We fell into the trap of "repairing relations with our allies by electing Obama". This election is past. We can't change it. All we can do is look to the future and be sure we never fall into that trap again. Democrats are a lost cause but Republicans have to be willing to take a chance on someone they believe in rather than nominate "the guy with the best chance to win", which is what Democrats did in 2004. Some who believed in Howard Dean "wanted a winner" and so they settled on Kerry. Republicans should have learned but they did the same this year. It's a surefire recipe for defeat.

If you want to REALLY get yourself worked up, check the link below. It suggests that McCain got so caught up in the idea of America electing its first black president that he felt he just couldn't stand in the way of history. He made sure to run a terrible campaign in order to ensure Obama's victory. The irony is he almost won anyway. Were it not for the financial meltdown, Obama might have gotten far fewer votes in key states.

Iranian newspaper: "That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy"

Hey, wait, isn't that hate speech?

duh_swami, it has been written. It's called 'The Politics of Bad Faith' by David Horowitz.

PMK, McCain lost because he's a wuss politically. Hillary was more conservative in terms of immigration, national security, and everything but spending. When Republicans water down their principles, they lose. Compare Bush 1988 to Bush 1992. He 'reached across the aisle' and got all 'compassionate' after having raised taxes. When hawks run, they win. Reagan was told to half-ass it or lose and he won by historic margins twice. Same with W, although he didn't turn out to be the hawk he presented himself as. That's why we need a real rightist next time, like TANCREDO. That's also why I think Bibi will win in Israel, aside from all indications pointing in that direction.

Principle trumps flash. McCain has no principles. That's why he lost.

duh_swami, it has been written.

That almost sounds the the intro to a spiritual tract LOL.

Fortunately for the world and unfortunate for me, most of the 'great ideas' have already been thought.

Every time I think I have an original, I find that someone, some time thought it first.

I would write a book on duh swami's greatest thoughts if I ever had any.

Yeah I read that previously. It's within the realm of possibility. I wonder how he got Palin to go along with that, or maybe she didn't know...

It would seem inconsistent that she would deliberately deny herself a better job and a chance at the top one...

But who knows, I'm just fishing...

duh_swami,
Palin probably didn't care. This was her chance to step into the national spotlight. She relished it. Bill Kristol was the only one I heard mention her name before she was nominated. She was a nobody. Now she's a Republican star.

jdamn,
That's the whole point. McCain WAS a wuss. He didn't want the job enough to fight for it. He thought he deserved it. That's the point about not nominating the one who's next in line, which is what the GOP has done for quite a while. McCain has no principles. So what about the people who voted for him? They voted for the guy 'with the best chance to win'.

Tancredo? He's a QUITTER! I wanted him too but the man dropped out before Super Tuesday, never giving Americans a chance to vote for him. He's another one who didn't really care. The longer he stayed in the race, the more convinced I was that he was really serious and that this wasn't just a vanity thing. He could have skipped NH and Iowa and gone to the real America - where people work for a living and aren't accustomed to being courted by politicians for two years running. It's time for NH and Iowa to lose their status or, since that's not likely, for the rest of the country to agree not to take any notice of who wins there. Make IA and NH irrelevant.

PMK: Palin probably didn't care. This was her chance to step into the national spotlight.

Well she did that all right. I wonder how much a losing VP candidate gets paid?

I doubt a VP candidate on a losing ticket is an automatic frontrunner next time around. Otherwise it would have been Quayle confronting Gore in 2000, not Bush.

I think it's a pity that Palin got a mudbath in what was obviously from her standpoint that her time wasn't right (and let's look at it on its own merit, rather than compare her experience to Obama's) - her inexperience, her executive decisions have not had time for everyone to see whether their ramifications are good or bad, her daughter's pregnancy, et al. Great candidate, but really bad timing.

As for the Iranians, they are such racists. Can we now get the NAACP and with them the ACLU and all those myriad Leftist groups to get on the team and call for Iran's nuke facilities to be knocked out? After all, it's not just that the Iraniand are guilty of anti-Semitism, or ethnic cleansing, or Jihad, they are guilty of far worse - racism. That alone is a justification for their entire nuclear program being destroyed, along with their military.
