Jihad group claims Mumbai attacks

Whew, glad it was a little-known group. I was starting to think was well coordinated and part of something much larger. Once they apprehend these guys everything will be fine (again).

The Deccan Mujahdein. Islamic terrorists. Wow it is funny that every article so far excludes the word Islamic but only uses terrorists. The truth will always win. Not only does this make those who cover the truth but it also makes them party to the perpetrators. Denying and overlooking the facts is in effect saying that we agree with what they are doing. Something has gone very wrong in the world and our leadership.

It seems to me that Islam gets a free ride here as well at the cost of women, children and men going about their daily business. These killings will begin to add up more and more. It is the reality and Islamic terrorists will keep killing and non Muslims are expendable. Their lives are worthless as long as we do not mention Islam as the cause of terror and appease the Muslims.

Little known group. Now they are really are known. I thought we had known this for the past 1400 years. Islamic Jihadis, the Mujahedins etc. The are so many Islamic terrorist groups it is amazing that all the moderate Muslims are doing nothing about. I mean I wonder what do these moderate Muslims are doing anyways?

"The Indian community in Australia has expressed shock at the terrorist attacks in India's financial capital Mumbai.

"At least 78 people have been killed and more than 200 injured after terrorists armed with automatic weapons and hand grenades carried out the attacks across the city this morning.

"Some Indians in Australia are concerned for the safety of their relatives.

"India Club president Shubha Kumar says her niece had a lucky escape from the Oberoi, one of the hotels that were attacked.

"My niece was staying there so I tried to contact her, but I couldn't find her, so I rang her father and she advised him that the Oberoi hotel people, the staff, took all the residents very swiftly out to the safe place," she said.

"They took them down to the basement and then took them out to the street and made sure the people were safe. They were very good in doing that."

"Other targets included the Taj hotel, the city's main Chhatrapati Shivaji railway station, the Cama hospital and the Cafe Leopold, near the Taj Hotel and perhaps the most famous restaurant and hang-out for tourists in the city."

Mass murder...just one more repercussion of illegal immigration from Bangladesh.

Yes, I'm relieved as well. It is quite likely that as this group does not have any relations with al Qaeda, thus this terrorist atrocity has nothing to do with Islam.

The repercussions are keenly felt in Assam (bombings, shootings etc - the standard Islam thing), where the indegenous population is now almost a minority due to illegal immigration from Bangladesh.

As an Indian, I am outraged at these despicable attacks, and also angry at my govt for engaging in the kind of dhimmi appeasement which has only emboldened these predators to attack us again and again.

This time the terrorists are calling themselves "Deccan Mujahedin", and the last time they called themselves "Indian Mujahedin". The fact that they are going out of their way to brand themselves under local names makes me smell a rat. Their naming formula seems to be
"(Insert-local-name-here) Mujahedin"

So next time they'll call themselves "Mumbai Mujahedin", "Calcutta Mujahedin", "Bangalore Mujahedin", or "New Delhi Mujahedin", etc, etc.

I think that hardliners from Pakistan's ISI and also Taliban/AlQaeda types are behind these attacks, just like they blew up India's embassy in Afghanistan a few months ago, as corroborated by the CIA.

But ask yourself -- why would some local killers be so interested in US and British passport holders?

Well, we've managed to catch some of them, so we'll soon find out what's going on.

The common denominator is Pakistan + Muslim.

I hope India responds with a crushing blow.

And hopefully if someone in India gets a call from Ms. Condi Rice that says 'please refrain aggression towards Pakistan', I hope that person tells Condi 'where to stick it'. And also points out that these Pakistan trained terrorists were targeting 'American and British' citizens too.

This is as depressing as it is expected. But think of it, most people have a pretty good impression of India, especially the high tech, modern Bollywood version compared to any dirt scum Muslim hole. I noticed the same exact thing. Liberals have tried to brain wash the country into thinking that Muslim extremists are NOT a problem. Unfortunately, they ARE a problem. They have been messing with the United States since the beginning of the country.

Based on past experience, I would say that they are currently explaining that Christians are just as bad because of the Crusades. I simply cannot see how the world, including American and European PC weenies, can stand by when non-Islamic sub-cultures (that once were the dominant cultures of those areas) are destroyed. Rank hypocrisy.

Of course, when it is Jews or Christians being killed or forced to assimilate and have their sub-cultures annihilated, then it's okay.
