How is one "sensitive" to the "need" of a community to stone a woman to death?
Hypothetically speaking, of course. Just wondering how truly "prepared" Columbus is.
Indeed it is not the police that should invest time in "diversity training on Islam and Muslims", but rather Muslims who should go to classes on "diversity training on living in a pluralistic society".
It is amazing that we don't insist that muslims adapt to to world, not the other way around.

Among the dozens of reasons why this is absurd, one of them is that representatives of a radical Muslim entity are seeing the faces of police department personnel, even those assigned to anti-terror undercover work.
This is one of those 'duh' headlines, like 'Hamas front group indoctrinating students at a university near you...since the 1970s.' CAIR had long since infiltrated local law enforcement all over the place, especially in Central Ohiostan, Dearbornistan, and Northern Virginiastan. The really scary infiltration by Muslims and Ikhwan front groups is at much higher level of government. Read Paul Sperry's 'Infiltration: How Muslim Spies and Subversives Have Infiltrated Washington' if you never want to sleep soundly again. To my knowledge CAIR's shenanigans with local law enforcement consisted of how telling them how to do their job using euphemisms and how racist it is to target Muslims, which of course nobody in law enforcement buys anyway. I would imagine they were promptly debriefed after their visits from CAIR.
Like any amount of 'cultural sensitivity' will get you anywere with Somalis. The most telling accounts in this series of stories (http://www.t-g.com/topic/somalia) comes from law enforcement.
With leftwing liberals loons like Dennis Kucinich and Marcy Kaptur as their congressman,I don't have much faith that many Ohioans understand the threat that Islam and its sharia law is to our western culture.
No doubt CAIR doesn't have work to hard in maintaining its stealthy practices of taquiya, and kitman in the areas where these two congress folks have their voting base.
I have seen the charming literature that is put out to law enforcement agencies and it is a complete fraud and misrepresentation of what Islam really stands for.. in fact I still have a copy of it, and quite frankly it is appalling and disgusting to read when one knows the truth about Islamic teachings.

Wow, maybe it's time for NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) representatives to visit Columbus. They can help the local law enforcement officials to conduct diversity training on perverts.
