(IsraelNN.com) According to a report on Middle East Newsline, President-elect Barack Obama has dispatched his "senior foreign policy adviser", Robert Malley to Egypt and Syria to outline Obama's policy on the Middle East. Malley reportedly relayed a promise from Obama that the United States would seek to enhance relations with Cairo and reconcile differences with Damascus."The tenor of the messages was that the Obama administration would take into greater account Egyptian and Syrian interests," an aide to Malley was quoted as saying. The aide said Obama plans to launch a U.S. diplomatic initiative toward Syria. Malley met both Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Syrian strongman Bashar al-Assad "to explain Obama's agenda for the Middle East."
F-16s for Egypt
Aides to Malley also said that Obama told Mubarak that the United States would maintain military and civilian aid and sell advanced F-16 aircraft to Cairo. Egypt has not ordered F-16s in nearly a decade.
Malley was an advisor to President Bill Clinton and played an active role in the Camp David summit with Ehud Barak and Yasser Arafat. He later published an article in which he laid some of the blame for the failure of those talks on Israel's doorstep.
International Crisis Group
In May 2008, Malley said in an interview that he had been in regular contact with Hamas, as part of his work for a conflict resolution think-tank called the International Crisis Group. This aroused ire and concern in pro-Israel circles, and prompted a spokesman for Obama to say that “Rob Malley has, like hundreds of other experts, provided informal advice to the campaign in the past. He has no formal role in the campaign and he will not play any role in the future.”
One of the sponsors of the International Crisis Group is billionaire George Soros, who sits on its board and its executive committee. Other members of the board include former United States National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and former general Wesley Clark, who called US support for Israel during the Second Lebanon War a "serious mistake" and said that "New York money people" - a phrase interpreted by many as a reference to Jews - were pushing the United States towards a confrontation with Iran.

As for Robert Malley, he was asked yesterday by the inimitably nasty-voiced Lyse Doucet for his opinion on Blair's idiotic call on the new Administration to get cracking, and to "solve" what Blair does not realize is "unsolvable" but perfectly manageable -- if Israel does not surrender any further tangible assets (the heights of Judea that control the historic invasion routes from the East, the tiny bit of strategic depth that keeps Israel from being sliced easily at the eight-mile-waist it was forced to endure in the 1949 Armistice Lines which the robert-malleys of this world would like Israel to be pushed back to, for then the Slow Jihadists of Fatah, who differ from the Fast Jihadists of Hamas only in matters of timing and tactics, can slowly ratchet up the pressure on Israel: using up, or even poisoning, the aquifers on which Israel increasingly depends, ceaselessly attacking its citizens in the "West Bank," undermining its economic wellbeing through continuing Arab boycotts whenever the spirit moves the Arab Muslims (and it will move them, starting about a minute or a day after Israel signs away anything else), and even using the "West Bank" just as Gaza has been used, to continue to launch attacks that no treaty can stop, only the presence of Israeli power.
Yes, Robert Malley was on the BBC yesterday. Why? Because Lyse Doucet, the woman with the hardest, nastiest-sounding voice in the world (quite amazing she is kept on as a speakerine), a voice that outdoes itself in its hardness and nastiness (she could be given a villain's role in any BBC production, with a voice like that) when she discusses anything having to do with Israel, likes to have the world hear Robert Malley on the Middle East. First she presented Blair's bright and self-assured vaporings about "the Quartet" and the need, now more than ever, to quikcly bring "peace" by simultaneously "meeting the Israelis' need for security" and the "'Palestinian' need for" the Israelis to return essentially to the 1949 Armistice Lines (giving up control of invasion routes, the heights of Judea, aquifers, and of course much of Jerusalem). And when Blair was done reminding everyone that the brining of such a "peace" would "meet the grievances" and therefore "calm down" the Arabs (and presumably reduce the threat from Muslims everywhere, in India, Thailand, in Paris and Amsterdam, in Birmingham, Luton and London) chose to have as her on-call "expert" on the Middle East none other than Robert Malley. No discussion of who Robert Malley is, or what it is that makes him so suspect, not a hint of his backgrond, or of his laboring for years as a sly propagandist for the Muslim Arabs.
No, it was roses, roses, roses all the way, and he was simply "Robert Malley, program director for of the Middle East at the "International Crisis Group."

So somebody tell me ... it's not like it was a huge secret that Obama has always favored terrorists, and especially the 'Palestinians' (who he had dinner with several times and even toasted on one occasion)... so why on earth would so many Jews vote for him???
It's almost like they were blinded to truth, or were hypnotized. (Some are talking now about the hypnotic tones and words that Obama utilizes in his speeches. I wouldn't know - I can't stand listening to him for more than 5 minutes at a time, since he talks in circles, yet never actually SAYS anything.)

I also thought it was fishy that Obama recruited Rahm Emanuel as chief of staff as a token Jewish spokesman as a first step to disguise his true intention. Chief of staff has to concentrate on domestic issues. The important foreign policies would be given to Islamic/Arab sympathisers. This is frightening me into believing that Obama is truly a Muslim practising Al Taqiyya(deception for the greater good of Islam). Is Obama a successful Manchurian candidate after all?
