Terrorism experts believe Mullah Omar is hiding in the Pakistan city of Quetta, possibly with the help of the country's Inter- Services Intelligence agency, the report added.

If true, Bush has at last reached the bottom. Mullah Omar must be given justice (killed) for his role in 9-11. I know there will always be those who will replace him, but it still matters that he pay the price for killing our people.

Respectfully, I disagree. I believe killing is bad, intrinsically. Further, I think it's a rather poor Return on Investment.
Instead, I think we should capture the guy alive, put him in a suitable cage, and carry him around the world on display, showing everyone that this will be the fate of genocidal Jihadists.
