UK: Woman arrested for terrorism charges is released

Reading this article, one would think that she's just a regular run-of-the-mill-terrorist. However, towards the end, the report "boldly" indicates that she was "connected to certain political or ideological causes." Bet you she was a Nazi, huh? Maybe a nihilist? Sort of like this guy, who followed a "unique brand of ideological hatred."

"Woman arrested for terrorism offences is released," from the Guardian, November 7:

A WOMAN arrested along with two men in connection with terrorism offences has been released without charge.

The 20-year-old from Rotherham was one of three people arrested on Sunday morning after specialists from the Counter Terrorism Unit in Leeds were alerted after police investigating a burglary in Aston, near Sheffield, found "suspicious material" inside the property.

Last night South Yorkshire Police confirmed she has now been released without charge over the terrorism offences but bailed for drugs and burglary offences pending further enquiries.

Since only the latter two are intelligible from a secular paradigm.
The two Rotherham men, aged 34 and 37, also arrested on Sunday, remain in police custody and officers will continue to search one of the men's addresses.

Last Sunday anti-terror police swooped on addresses in Aston and Swallownest and made the three arrests.

A search of the Aston house suggested links to a property on Alexander Road, Swallownest, also near Sheffield, and when officers raided the home in the early hours of Monday they also discovered more items of concern.

The nature of the material has not yet been disclosed but an army bomb disposal unit was called to the Swallownest address on Wednesday.

Materials likely to cause concern and trigger arrests under the Terrorism Act include explosives but also items connected to certain political or ideological causes or anything which suggests an intent to cause harm.

Police chiefs say investigations between the Counter Terrorism Unit and the South Yorkshire force are ongoing at this time.

She wasn't a Nazi but this guy was

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/7714563.stm

How do I know he was a Nazi?

Well, he has a Waffen SS UK members book, whatever that is?

He also had explosives.

Sorry I know this is off topic but It's odd when Muslim terrorists they always have propaganda reading material on them and maps, and so did this Nazi.

I don't see her name. Would it be Mrs. Abdul Abulbul Amir?

Law enforcement should be required to describe suspects as fully as possible so as to allow the community to place a crime in context. Attire, name, whether the crime was committed in support of or justified by a particular ideology. You know the KKK, Nazi, generic anti-Semitic or Islamic supremacist groups.

How else is the community to put the pieces of the puzzle together? If someone commits a violent act while shouting allahu akbar - it is not a hate crime, but attempted murder, insurrection or both.

Reminds me of the time Israeli terrorists were caught in the act of trying to blow up the George Washington Bridge but later released without facing any prosecution whatsoever.

Reminds me of the time stupid anti-Israelites tried to blame every dastardly deed that ever happened on the Joo's...

Right Jonathan?...You remember that don't you?...

Jonathan - maybe you should post this info on your own website: Israeli Watch

yep - looked around - todayscatholicworld.com is a whack-job site

Hey Jonathan - rumor has it that Martians are really behind 911 and that aliens posing as humans run the White House. Now go to work investigating that one, would you? Thanks!

"The arrests are not related to Islamic extremism."

The woman and her husband had ordinary English names.Goodness knows what they were up to - drugs and burglary seem to come into it.
Unfortunately the way the MSM withhold any details concerning the background of arrested suspects as a standard procedure nowadays, it is easy to jump to conclusions. It sometimes looks as though traps are deliberately set so that people who make the wrong deductions from such scant information can be shown up as bigots, while the usual suspects look like victims of prejudice.

There has been no shortage of Jonathans, Bensons, Abullahs, and other trolls of note, since the election...Is Obama sending them?

Surrender, Genocide… or What?
by El Inglés

One option El Ingles did not include is violence in countries of origin (the significant bombing of major centers in the Middle East) to remove any hope of 'back up' to the Muslim immigrants in the UK or elsewhere. If the West is forced to such a step, I would hope the lack of funding, moral support and direction would help to dissipate threats within host (non-Muslim) countries.

"Is Obama sending them?"

Yes, the woodwork has spoken.

"Certain ideological causes."

Uh-huh. Coming from The Guardian, the dhimmi paper that had the word ISLAMOPHOBIA in its headline about the proposed Swiss ban on minaret-building, what else can one expect?

Maybe, like Yvonne Ridley, its editors might think that Abu Hamza is just a very misunderstood sweet man.

A middle-east potentate who bought Manchester City
soccer club, has just announced that he will 'inject' 5 bn pounds into the purchase of new players and other amenities.

The people of Pakistan after earthquakes, both physical and political, face hunger and other calamities. I have yet to read of any injection of middle-eastern money into the purchase of food etc for the people of Pakistan. However the wicked West, the red cross, medicin sans frontieres will no doubt be called upon and will help as they have in such cases across the world for the last 50 years. ALthough of course being largely Christian they must expect to be murdered, like the young woman in Kabul.

"It sometimes looks as though traps are deliberately set---"

I agree, thanks for a very useful post.

Meanwhile the name Jonathan Pollard struck a chord so I googled it and found Jonathan Pollard is an American doing 25 years for passing secrets to Israel. I do not think this is the same one.

Isn't it amazing, how the press (everywhere, not just in the UK) struggles to hide the news?

I wonder if there's a new journalism course for it..."How to Say Nothing 101".

They get their hard cash from us and a flow of jihadists backed by Saudi petro-$$ from the Saudis et al.

duh-swami - you observed, above: "There has been no shortage of Jonathans, Bensons, Abullahs, and other trolls of note, since the election..."

I'd noticed that too: a sudden uptick in what I might metaphorically call 'boggart' and 'dementor' activity.

I think we should expect two main lines of attack.

First, lots of aggressive needling of the regular posters by transparently Muslim provocateurs such as A. M., in an attempt to make us say something that can be construed as 'extreme' or as 'hate speech'

Second, sneakier stuff - if the regulars here do not say, and cannot be got to say, anything truly awful, Muslim posters, or their enablers, posing as angry NON-MUSLIMS, will 'plant' nasty statements themselves.

There are all kinds of other things that may be attempted, but at the moment, those two, both of which could provide the wherewithal for shutting down Spencer on a charge of 'Islamophobia' are the ones we should watch out for.
