Kurt Westergaard, the creator of the most notorious cartoon of Muhammad, the one with the bomb in his turban that can be found in the sidebar at left, has drawn this Christmas card for The Free Press Society.
It says: "(Self)censorship only makes the truth more convincing."
Ytringsfrihed = Freedom of speech.

I'd like to see THAT card on the Hallmark shelves.
Westergaard is a horrible artist. Just goes to show it's not what you do it's what you say that counts.
I don't think he's a "horrible artist."
It's both what he draws and what he says that is important and convincing.
He should talk. He prevented Geert Wilders from showing his famous bomb in the turban motoon in the movie Fitna.
Magne tak to Kurt Westergaard. You are a very courageous guy.
But how far has this sinking ship Europe have to go?
We won't surrender, we won't submit.
Dear Americans, you guys saved us from the nazis, now you've got to save us from these terrible head bangers.
You're the only ones to do the job decently.
Love
Here, from my 'Cartoon Rage' clippings file, are the ipsissima verba of Kurt Westergaard, 73, spoken after he had been targeted by jihadist assassination plots.
1, from a report in Jerusalem Post on 12.2.2008
http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1202742136549&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull
'In a statement on Jyllands-Posten's website, Mr Westergaard said: "Of course I fear for my life when the police intelligence service say that some people have concrete plans to kill me."
"But I have turned fear into anger and resentment."
and 2, from a report in the Wall Street Journal, around the same time:
'Denmark's security service uncovered a group it said had diagrams of Mr. Westergaard's house and apparently planned to slit his throat as he slept.
'The service offered to send him and his wife on a Caribbean cruise.
'He declined. "I'm an old man with a stiff neck. I can't bow my head to anyone," he says.."
Mr Spencer, retailing that story,
http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/020152.php
highlighted Mr Westergaard's defiant statement - "I'm an old man with a stiff neck. I can't bow my head to anyone" - and remarked: "Bumper stickers should be issued".
Let's think about those two statements again.
"I'm an old man with a stiff neck. I can't bow my head to anyone".
"I have turned fear into anger".
Well said, Mr Westergaard.
Glædelig Jul, Kurt Westergaard! Keep safe and strong in the New Year!
