Celebrating Christmas is a sure way to have fun with your family and loved ones. Besides, if we analyze Choudary's moronic words, Christmas can keep one away from the obvious islamic path to idiocy, barbarism, misogyny, ignorance, inferiority, stupidity and the rest of the pile of excrement that is dumped one one's head whenever they truly accept allah (the non-existing.)

So, in the name of keeping away from that path and celebrating the superiority of Western civilization, I would like to wish all of us here who read and post at Jihadwatch a Merry Christmas. Even non-muslims who don't believe in Jesus Christ (as myself) sure can and should enjoy themselves and have a good time with as many of their loved ones as they can.

I will forego forgiveness and wish an eternity of hellfire and punishment upon Choudary. If anything is evil and infernal it is this ghastly prehistoric specimen who calls himself a lawyer. He is an outlaw and it is an indication of how lost and degenerate the UK has become that he hasn't been incarcerated for life, given his seditious, and hateful pronouncements.The law of the land is not being upheld if this monster is still roaming free and the police and CPS are guilty of dereliction of duty and endangering the British people as a result. What a terrible mess!

Bush started the practice of having an Iftar dinner at the White House. It makes sense for the President to light a White House Christmas tree --for Christmas has acquired the status of a national holidy -- and to celebrate those days, holy or celebratory, that correspond to his own beliefs, or at least to those beliefs that he claims to possess, may have to pretend to possess.

But, at the very least, Muslims now sit with non-Muslims at a White House Iftar dinner, and some are also careful to invite non-Muslims to Iftar dinners as part of their ongoing and carefully-planned Islam Outreach Campaigns. Often times, most of what you adressed is exactally what I encounter in the heat of debate between myself (a christian) and the islamic-sympathetic and/or non-christians. Freedom of speech in the U.K. is a thing of the past except for muslims, who couldn't freely practice their malevolent, vile religion without spewing invective against non-muslims, so they get away with threats of violence, inciting jihad, and a variety of assorted seditious hate speech. Non-muslims, including and especially the indigenous people of the U.K., are subject to arrest for hate speech for even mildly criticizing islam or muslims, or any other "minority" group.

If you think everyone enjoys free speech in the U.K., you haven't been paying attention. As for your assertion that Mr Choudary should be excused for exercising his right to free speech on British soil, be aware that any non-muslim that dared to talk about muslims by using words similar to those that mohammedans use freely in that country to refer to infidels (and preach hate and physical violence against them, something Mr Choudary has done countless times as well) would be arrested faster than you could possibly say halar pig. Speaking of Hanukkah and the Maccabees...did you ever encounter J M Stracszynski's cult sci fi show, 'Babylon 5'? One of the lead characters is a Jewish woman. At one of the most ominous points in the series, I think at the end of the final episode of season 2, entitled 'The Fall of Night', there is this powerful scene: you see her in her quarters, lighting the Hanukkah lights.

Just to let everyone - especially those in the UK - know that creeping dhimmification hasn't got very far in Australia as yet.

My husband just got back from late-night shopping at the local giant shopping centre/ shopping-town (a mega-mall).

While there, he heard Christmas carols resounding through the halls...not emanating from the muzak speakers, but from a small group of real live carollers representing one of the local Baptist churches. They were strolling around the centre, warbling Christmas carols - and handing out leaflets inviting anyone who was interested, to the various Christmas services at their church. So long as Christmas carols can be sung in a public place without anyone being accused of 'offending' Muslims, we can still call our territory our own.

The likes of Anjem Choudary would have a *fit*.

Oh, and people might be encouraged to hear the story of a female friend of mine who lives in a major Aussie city in a district where she frequently meets Mohammedan students - some of them Saudis.

If she encounters males with fully-veiled females in tow, she lets them have it, both barrels - polite but deadly. She points out to them that although their females are 'legally' permitted to cover their faces in this country, such covering is SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE, indeed, offensive. (The rest of her approach to such Mohammedans as she encounters, reminds me very strongly of Fr Zakaria Botros' head-on tactics...she is, by the way, a very devout High Anglican Christian).

"Good on her," as you would say, DDA. I wish I had the nerve to do that. I'm more inclined to walk right toward them, pushing them to the side of the road. Of course I'm always on my bike, though, so that's just a fantasy.

It was Larry MILLER, btw, not Larry King. Larry Miller is a great old stand-up comedian. I always liked him. He was the voice of the boss on the Dilbert cartoon, too. Larry Miller is way too good for CNN.

On Second thought, a "turkey dinner" for both thanksgiving and Christmas in the U.S. is the result of a major marketing effort before and after WWII to increase turkey consumption due to new breeding and growing methods.

A traditional Christmas Ham still holds forth in many house holds. What if just a couple of hundred people shared the joy of the season and sent him a Christmas Ham? My apologies to any Jewish readers, but maybe he's just so uptight as he's never had a good ham and cheese sandwich for leftovers on Boxing Day.

Who, putting on a Christmas pantomime of 'A Christmas Carol', will be game to make up their Scrooge to look like Anjem Choudary?

If one wanted to be really, really naughty one could do a full-scale remake of Dickens' story, in which the Scrooge figure is an arrogant bullying Muslim and Cratchit his oppressed non-Muslim employee.

The happy ending would involve Muslim Scrooge, as a result of his terrifying and enlightening dreams (e.g. the Ghost of Christmas Past = an encounter with his pre-Islamic ancestors), apostasising from Islam and announcing to Cratchit and family his conversion to Christianity: cue general rejoicings.

Things in the UK are at such a pass that the scenario of an arrogant and domineering Muslim boss 'Scrooge' and an unhappy Christian employee would be all too believable.
