Bill Clinton: Bought and paid for

Clinton for sale

By posting this am I saying that Bill Clinton is different from any other powerful politician, in taking money from foreign donors who obviously hope to influence the political process? No, in this Bill Clinton is not singular. But look at this list: $10 million to $25 million from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Between $1 million and $5 million each from Saudi businessman Nasser Al-Rashid, Friends of Saudi Arabia, the Dubai Foundation, and the governments of Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei and Oman. And the New York Post here is worried about money from India keeping Hillary from being kind to Pakistan! Has anyone stopped to ask whether or not all these millions coming in from Muslim states might be helping make Bill (and Hillary?) soft on the jihad?

"Bill Clinton Releases Donor List," by Chuck Bennett for the New York Post, December 18 (thanks to James):

Former President Bill Clinton released a list of donors to his private foundation this morning after resisting making the names of his Saudi Arabian and other foreign benefactors public for years.

The moves comes as Sen. Hillary Clinton prepares to become Secretary of State under President-elect Barack Obama and highlights the potential conflicts of interest she may face when sits down to negotiate with heads of state of foreign countries.

For instance, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia itself donated between $10 million to $25 million to the William J. Clinton Foundation, the nonprofit that manages his presidential library in Arkansas as well as donate to charities around the world.

Foreign governments directly donated at least $41 million.

In addition, Saudi businessman Nasser Al-Rashid gave between $1 million to $5 million, as did the organizations Friends of Saudi Arabia and the Dubai Foundation.

Other Middle Eastern government donors include Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei and Oman - all of whom gave between $1 million to $5 million. Norway donated $5 to $10 million while Italy and Jamaica gave between $50,000 to $100,000.

Also on the list are influential Indian politicians and businessmen which critics say could hurt a Secretary of State Clinton's perception of being an impartial arbiter between India and Pakistan.

The list also underscores ties between the Clintons and India, a connection that could complicate diplomatic perceptions of whether Hillary Clinton can be a neutral broker between India and neighbor Pakistan in a region where President-elect Barack Obama will face an early test of his foreign policy leadership. Well, then this makes perfect sense...

It's just so depressing, the extent to which oil money from the Arabian peninsula has corrupted our institutions.

Who ever controls the gold controls the world. Well the Islamic movement is going strong and they want to influence the world yet again and use their money to buy into and influence the non Muslim world. Money buys everything, more importantly those willing to sell their own country out. It has been the case throughout history. Islam has taken advantage of the weak and bought people who would sell out their own. This tactic was used in the past when the Islamic Jihad was moving across Asia and Europe.

Say it ain't so Bill!

I am soooo shocked, I guess politicians dont even need to meet the ethical standards of crooked baseball players that took $ to throw the World Series.

More scandals to come courtesy of Chicago, Gov Blogo, Emanuel, Jessie Jr, and now Big Bill, remember Chicago gave us the Daley machine, the Teamsters Central States Pension Fund, and Black Sox. Hold on to your wallet.

Lazar - excellent info. Let's not forget his administration sent Madelaine Albright to North Korea, where she was dazzled with shiny beads and mirrors. I am not sure if it was China or N. Korea, but Loral Space Systems was allowed to be part of a "Chinese Satellite" launch, where the rocket crashed (possibly on purpose), and all western personnel were kept away from the crash site, so that Chinese Engineers could remove any motherboards that survived, and not only reverse engineer those, but possibly glean software data as well. Think our Aegis Missile defense and Command and Control Naval systems aren't compromised? Think China and North Korea can't hit Alaska, Hawaii, and most all of the west coast with intercontinental ballistic missles? You would be thinking wrong. They now can. I am amazed that several thousand Americans have not descended on Clinton and all of his previous cabinet and beaten them to death fro what they have done to us.

Think the Monica Lewinsky incident is still a joke? We had Bin Ladin in our sights, way before 9-11 doing some "falconing" outside of Khandahar, Afghanistan, with a UAE prince, and because of the Ken Starr investigation, Clinton gave a no-go order to a sub-launched Tomohawk Cruise missile, for fear of hurting his "Clinton Library Donations" from that region, not to mention speaking fees. He is most directly responsible for the deaths of 3000 plus Americans on 9-11 and more, in my opinion.

As I've said to my history students for years, never forget to follow the money. A great deal of why humans do what they do is rooted in how much green paper (or its equivalent) can be acquired. The Clintons are not only no exception to this rule but exemplars of this often ignoble aspiration. And I say this as a full supporter of capitalism, but there are some things more important than profit; things like patriotism, love, honor and duty. Sadly, these often take second place to the almighty dollar.

Muslim money is just one part of the equation. Bill mand Hillary are ideologues. Both, along with Obama and most other members of our government, don't know the first thing about Islam and what it teaches, but they do know that Islam is a peaceful and highly moral religion, equal in every respect to all other religion. They know that because their ideology tells them so.

Take away the money and it won't change their stance on Islam one bit. Thay are willfully ignorant and determined to stay that way. Period.

I hate the Clintons.

They deserve to be hated, like Fascism, Naziism, and Islam.

"Think the Monica Lewinsky incident is still a joke?" --No More Ham, Ed

I never thought that. The "I never had sex with that woman" lie spoke LOUDLY about the immorality of the U.S. President. A Cheater on his wife, and a Liar about it.

Interesting that the NY Post thinks the U.S. should be a "neutral broker" between tyrannical, terrorist-exporting Pakistan, and democratic, constitutional India. I suppose they think we should be likewise between North and South Korea.

The feather in his cap to get those donations....just some harmless dawa in our public schools:

Clinton -- the man who defiled the Oval Office and his sacred marital vows by letting Monica perform oral sex on him. I can't help but think of that vile act every time I see his face or hear his name. Bill is a disgrace, would someone please yank this photo?

These countries, goverments, and people are paying Clintons Library, as they would any other Presidential Library for access to connections.

The Presidents and their Libraries should be registered as 'Lobbying' groups. Either they report as lobbyists and disclose their finances or they have zero contact and access to Washington politicians.

They are all guilty, Carter, Bush 1, Clinton, and Bush 2 is currently getting things lined up.

This is just like the 501 (c)(4)'s that the Governor of Illinois just got busted trying to set up for his wife, to guarentee a big salary for something in return.

Isn't there a law against foreign money donations to high profile governing persons in the United States? Wouldn't it be a loyalty and a security risk to American interest and its people?

Just a thought.

In the distant past, people who betrayed our country did it for ideological reasons. For whatever reasons they had, they tended to believe that our system was wrong and the other side was actually the good guys. Beginning sometime in the mid to late 20th century, that began to change. Remember those guys that we caught back in the 1980's selling secrets to the Soviet Union? Now it is done for money as well.

I am not saying that this applies to Clinton or any of our present day leaders. I am only pointing out that our society values things differently today, and in a representative government like we have in the U.S., we can expect our leaders to be like us.

bill got head, we got AIDS and Obama is not the cure. Thanks fo the death sentance.

After all Bill did for these people, a hundred million or so was worth it...

Gosh. Remember how Hitler and Stalin silenced any dissent? We went to war over that - the whole freedom of speech/right to challenge thing.

Thanks for deleting my previous comment. Nice to see you're following Grover Norquist's Stalin-worship by deleting the opposing view.

By taking Saudi money Clinton is giving approval to more jihadists, more madrasaas, more hate and terror mongers , in short he is approving Saudi and other extremists version of the Islamic world order!!

So then.....

Your soon to be secretary of state, put there to protect the USA is actually in cahoots with the enemy? The Clintons are for Islamisation of the USA then? Lets face it, taqiya from the Saudis is certainly working isn't it, especially on the Clintons?

This is sad news, very sad news. Here was me thinking; "Well, the UK maybe f*cked, but at least the American Constitution will protect the people". I predict that Obama will start rewriting it in the same manner that Blair & Brown in the UK have been rewriting our laws to accommodate Islam. Some people will argue that the American Constitution will never be changed and I'll always say never say never. I'm sure 20 years ago in the UK people never thought one minute of Islamisation of the UK and a Labour party being elected that would completely destroy the country.

I am reminded of the poignant words of the Brilliant Douglas Adams(Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy):

It is a well-known fact that those people who must want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it... anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job.

How easily the public are duped not only from false prophets but also corrupt politicians, who are no longer the same breed as those from our past.
How long will this mockery of justice, politics and society go on I wonder?

In Malcolm Gladwell's book 'Blink', chapter six, 'seven seconds in the bronx: the delicate art of mind-reading', he discusses the work of Silvan Tomkins and Paul Ekman, who worked out what one might call a dictionary of human facial expression.

Slick Willie Clinton gets a mention.

'Ekman recalled the first time he saw Bill Clinton, during the 1992 Democratic primaries. "I was watching his facial expressions, and I said to my wife, 'This is Peck's Bad Boy', Ekman said, 'This is a guy who wants to be caught with his hand in the cookie jar and have us love him for it anyway. There was this expression that's one of his favorites. It's that hand-in-the-cookie-jar love-me-Mommie-because-I'm-a-rascal look. It's A. U. twelve, fifteen, seventeen, and twenty-four, with an eye roll {this being the code Ekman had worked out for assorted muscle moves on the face - dda}.'

'Ekman paused, then reconstructed that particular sequence of expressions on his face. He contracted his zygomatic major, A. U. twelve, in a classic smile, then tugged the corners of his lips down with his triangularis, A. U. fifteen. He flexed the mentalis, A. U. seventeen, which raises the chin, slightly pressed his lips together in A. U twenty four, and finally rolled his eyes - and it was as if Slick Willie himself were suddenly in the room.

'"I knew someone who was on Clinton's communications staff. So I contacted him. I said, 'Look, Clinton's got this way of rolling his eyes along with a certain expression, and what it conveys is, 'I'm a bad boy'. I don't think it's a good thing. I could teach him how not to do that in two to three hours' {!!! -dda}.

'And he said, "Well, we can't take the risk that he's known to be seeing an expert on lying.'"

'Ekman's voice trailed off. It was clear that he rather liked Clinton, and that he wanted Clinton's expression to have been no more than a meaningless facial tic.

'Ekman shrugged. "Unfortunately, I guess, he needed to get caught - and he got caught". END QUOTE.

Not caught enough, it appears. He got caught over Monica...but what of the rest of it, to judge from the article posted today!

Amar Singh is a crooked politician from the left-wing Samajwadi Party, and has links to Muslim organized crime in India. His party, the Samajwadi Party (SP), is a leading campaigner for Muslim issues in India. His party always campaigns against the police if a Muslim gets arrested, and always accuses nationalist parties of being hostile to Pakistan:

This rat is worse than a dhimmi - he's a traitor. He's a Benedict Arnold, or Jaichand. He's a corrupt crook. He's a sellout. He'd sell his own mother for a dime.

Remember the Dubai ports deal...

Bill Clinton, Bob Dole, Jimmy Carter, and both Bushes joined forces and supported it...

I am for some bipartisanship, but not like this...

Clinton. No better, no worse than the next in their collective complicity, whether unwitting or not, to support the Jihad and to undermine the principles of western democracy and all things non-Islamic.

Tragic, yet all too real.

Oh the Clintons and their scandals.

Comet,

A picture is indeed worth a thousand words. Nice find, and a Merry Christmas to you and yours, good Sir.

My money is on Bill, atm.

Does anyone have a date for this Saudi cash transfer ? Was it before or after 9/11 ?

Lastly, expect GWB to do the same for his library at SMU.

Thanks.

Too bad he wasn't on the dhimmi of year list. The clinton ties to supporting islam go back quite a ways and this is no surprise.

purplemarbles: I am not a huge GWB guy but what clinton did while in office and since are not even close. The mistakes made during the clinton years, the unraveling of our intelligence agencies under his watch are reprehensible, at best. Clinton's are slimy ass socialitsa communcats that fit right into BHO back pocket. I do not recall any new administration coming in to be as pathetic as BHO's.The smell of corruption from Illinois and Chicago has already stained this "for change adminsitration" and the clinton's
are part of that corruption and stain, like it or not.

cometof1577: I thought that was a touching picture. Ha Ha! Thanks for the link!!!

What's with the half billion dollar presidential libraries? Our leaders make me puke. Bring back Calvin Coolidge.

The greatest monument to silent Cal is this grave
which is just as Alexander Woolcott saw it and admired it "With a pair of dime store American flags on either side".

ttp://www.flickr.com/photos/redjar/289376593/

Calvin Jr. went in the morning to see his father sworn in as president and was back at his job that afternoon bundling tobacco leaves. His boss said "If my father was President, I wouldn't be out her bundling leaves" and Cal Jr. answered:
"If your father were my father you would."

They are all guilty, Carter, Bush 1, Clinton, and Bush 2 is currently getting things lined up.

Look for Democrats pointing out how corrupt Bush is, which, we all know, he is to the bone. But the point is, Americans are happy just as long as the other party (Democrat or Republican) is attacked, not realizing. So what if the two tear the country apart? All Jihadists need is infighting (Dems v/s Repubs) and looks like Americans, starting with the white house, are falling over themselves to please their Islamic masters. For those who argue that no, they stand against Jihad, by paying taxes, which their corrupt POTUS give away as jizya to PLO. Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan and more Isamic countries, they, the citizns, are supporting Jihad, albeit unwittingly.
When a statesman in Tom Tancredo stepped up to protect America, Americans rejected him. Go Figure!
Finally, Americans should impeach their corrupt, spineless and timid politicians (no, they are not leaders), regardless of party affiliations: http://in.youtube.com/watch?v=73KIpzrUXI8

This is despicable, but not surprising! Djimmy Carter got $30,000,000. Bush senior $10,000,000. Bush jr. Unknown! The Saudis do not discriminate against infidel republicans or infidel democrats. They give to any leader in power to buy influence and worse!

The money these savages throw around to corrupt, manage and manipulate our puppet Western governments is despicable. The same corruption exists through out Europe. How else can we explain the cozy paralysis of the western nations to cashier and throw out the marauding muslims. Our leaders are corrupt! It should has become apparent that as muslims are constantly in the Western face and inflict atrocity after atrocity against western civilization and while islamia commits war provocation after war provacation without the least reaction, from the west, we come to find out our leaders are bought and paid for. The West will not retaliate against islamic provcation because our leaders are corrupt and bought and paid for. Lackies of the jihad. Traitors, scoundrels, thieves and crooks. Our western leaders are bought and paid for! One western leader as bad as the next.

It should be illegal for a foreign government to make any payment to any leader in a Western country. Foreign corrupt interference in our society should be a crime. Legislate the illegality for a foreign government to pay any money to our officials or their spouse or affliated person or entity! Let us overthrow our corrupt politicians and elect governments that will declare war back on islamic civilization.

Clinton, in that photo, looks more insane than his icky wife.

Life is good, despite the two of them.

But, for how long?

And here is how slick-Willy returned favours to his Islamic masters: http://www.blessedcause.org/clinton.htm

As for Bush, well, evryone knows Bush's failed businesses were financed by Al-Riyadh. What better way to return favor by:
- Ridding of Saudi's worst enemy, Saddam.
- Covering up for Saudi involvement in 9/11.
- Increasing student's visas for Saudis.
- Taking Saudi terrorists as 'allies' in the phony 'war-on-terror'.
- Adopting Bandar in Bush family.
But So what, Clinton was worse. Ain't it, Repubs?

Ok, I kind of liked Clinton, but this makes one retch. Not that it's exactly a revelation, given what has been known for a long time about the man. But seeing the cold numbers from Saudi Arabia makes my blood run icy.

you can also thank Clinton for selling out to the chinese aka chicoms, so you see billy boy is whore for who ever will buy him. no surpise here.

poetcomic1: Very satisfied to see you mention Calvin Coolidge as you did. He has been underestimated to this day and is relevant far more than many would think. Now for a little tale if you don't mind (it has relevance where the 42nd President {and his wife} is concerned).

Back in 1988 I visited Plymouth Notch, Vermont, where Calvin Coolidge haled from. It's a remote setting to be sure. Just a little village on top of a mountain. Well, I came across the twins, quite aged by the late 1980s, who were there that night as young girls, in August of 1923, when Calvin Coolidge, then Vice-President of the United States, was awakened in the dead of night and told that President Harding had passed away a few hours earlier in San Francisco.

Coolidge, after being told of the situation, arose and stated, "I think I can swing it" (classic Coolidge), and was then administered the oath of office of the Presidency of the United States by his own father, who was a justice of the peace in Windsor County-----and if this isn't one of those great moments in history, I don't quite know what is.

Anyway, I asked the octogenarian twins, since deceased, where Calvin Coolidge was buried. After discussing ancillary matters, such as Silent Cal's keen awareness that all was not right with the stock market, they told me how to get to his grave site. It was a remote location to be sure. Down this back road, up this other back road, turn right, then turn left and so on. Well, when I arrived at the appointed place, I walked through the very atmospheric graveyard and eventually found the tombstones of the 30th President of the United States and of his lovely wife, Grace. On his tombstone it simply read, "Calvin Coolidge 1872-1933." There was no mention of the fact that he had had a distinguished political career. That he had risen in the ranks of Massachusetts government to eventually become Governor of the Bay State. That he had been Vice-President and then President of the United States. I was flummoxed to some degree by the dearth of information on Coolidge's gravemarker.

Well, I made my way back to Plymoth Notch where I found the aged twins still sitting and rocking on their front porch. I asked them about what I had found and why Coolidge had nothing on his tombstone but what was there. The reply of one of the twins is one I remember quite distinctly to this day. She looked at me and said, "Oh, sonny, if Cal had put anymore on that stone of his, people 'round here would have thought he was braggin' and he knew that."

Enough said, no? Can you even begin to imagine that kind of humility coming from the self-absorbed, deeply corrupt (e.g., Whitewater, Castle Grande, Travel Office firings, Jane Doe #5, Rose Law firm billing records, Filegate, Lewinsky episode, etc.) Clintons? No way.

From Coolidge to Clinton represents the descent into the moral abyss that now plagues America in the present era. Would that another Calvin Coolidge would come along, one possessed of great political skill, common sense, moral intelligence and a patriotism that could never be compromised by money or vulgar reaches for power. Ah, where is such a person today? We'll need that kind of person sooner rather than later.

Article One, Section Six of the U.S. Constitution:

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.

This statement on that piece of paper called the Constitution of the United States, if followed, makes it a conflict of our laws for Hillary to hold the office she is seeking.

At least there is hope.

Islofob IS-1: Believe me when I say I am no fan of the Clintons. I hold them both in very low regard, but your post above citing a specific provision of the Constitution (Article One, Section Six) does not bar Hillary Clinton from becoming Secretary of State. The office of Secreatary of State was not created during Hillary Clinton's Senatorship nor has its remunerative feature, to my knowledge, been increased since Clinton was elected Senator. And by resigning her Senate seat, Clinton will also not be in violation of the Constitution respecting the "Continuance in Office" provision. Better luck next time.

Wellington;

This issue is under review, and have been following it. It may not provide a block on her appointment, but it is interesting.

Hope springs eternal.

to protect The Constitution of the United states against all enemies foreign and domestic... how soon money makes one forget. We The People...

Wellington: I'm not sure you're right that HRC's resignation from the Senate makes her eligible to become Secretary of State. The relevant portion of that clause is: "during the Time for which he was elected." The Framers probably chose those words to deter a Member of Congress from voting to increase the pay of, say, a Secretary of State and then resigning from the Congress to take the job. HRC's motive in taking the SoS post isn't to get the money. But she may be covered by that clause until the Senatorial term for which she was elected has run out.

Fox News just covered the story. Good for them.

Purchased loyalty is more of a problem than most people are aware of. The Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen, who used to be a great man for his country, appears to have been bought off with promises of high positions and 'influence'.

Colin Powell, who suddenly endorsed Obama with a flurry of meaningless cliche's, apparently also has been promised some good position for that.

The European Union hardly consists of anything else, and that leaves behind a dearth of independent experts about constitutional matters, Turkey, standing up to Islam, defending free speech & constitution and other, well, important things. The EU tends to pay lip service to these, but step down into rotten compromises instead of taking the required confrontations.

There are only us citizens left to do what needs to be done.

Think of it as helping the balance of payment deficit. It may ease the pain a bit...

Emmm...No.

"All power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely".

Democracy has been turned into a whore and Clinton, just like Blair and Kissinger are pimping for it to the highest bidder.

I'll think of it as persons receiving money in a way that proves that they don't deserve it.

I hope that's understandable :)

American politicians bidding for India!
That's a first!

Clinton spoke recently in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The tickets to the event were around $200. Personally I wouldn't pay $2.00 to see this man. He is a cheat, a liar, a dhimmi, and a whore. And his wife is no better.

It looks like the Clinton and Bush haters are still stewing. Cool down. Like 'em or not, Bill and Dubya are our guys, not stooges of the real enemy.

Tex, I am Danish and refuse to cool down. When all Hell broke lose over the Motoons, we expected that our standing staunchly with the US in Afghanistan and Iraq would be rewarded with immediate and unconditional support for our freedom of press.

The support was in no way immediate - it took a *week* - and when it finally arrived, after repeated requests by our government, it was so poor that our minister of foreign affairs requested the real document, for he thought that by mistake the Dept. of State had sent the wrong letter.

The indebtedness of Clinton, Bush (we should remember Carter, too) to the enemies of civilization is undermining our ability to say 'No' when we need to say 'No'.

We need a new elite. The current one doesn't measure up. Anyone out there..?

Could this news, in effect, stop Hilary Clinton from becoming the Secretary of State? I should imagine in the light of this evidence from Robert Spencer, it should send shock waves through the House of Representatives and the Political Establishment in the USA. Am I correct in my assumptions? Could this effectively end Hilary Clinton's Politicial Career as well as a possibly Federal investigation into the Clinton Foundation?
I am not up on American Politics but I see this as nothing short of treason.

It looks like the Clinton and Bush haters are still stewing. Cool down. Like 'em or not, Bill and Dubya are our guys, not stooges of the real enemy.

Our guys? These are traitors. You are either ignorant or naive. Which is it?

Prince Bandar, Saudi Arabia's longtime ambassador to the United States, once told an associate that he is careful to look after American government officials when they return to private life. "If the reputation builds that the Saudis take care of friends when they leave office, you'd be surprised how much better friends you have who are just coming into office," Bandar observed, according to a Washington Post source.

"Sleeping With The Devil," Robert Baer, page 60

Investigative journalist and author, Craig Unger is little doubt a leftist; nonetheless, I believe his book "House Of Bush House of Saud" is worth reading. I've yet to see anyone discredit his central premise: this "secret relationship between the world's two most powerful dynasties." The Clintons have apparently joined the club.
http://dir.salon.com/story/books/feature/2004/03/11/unger_1/print.html

No, Wild Jew, they are not traitors. Don't embarrass the rest of us with your anger.

We have a similar 'Club mentality' with the Bilderberg Group. Leaders of press, politics and business meet in secret, with unpublished agenda and no reports published. About 130 of the most influental persons meet like this on a regular basis. The exact participant list changes from year to year, but some - like editor-in-chief of the Danish daily Politiken (worse than New York Times) - have participated for over a decade.

Our Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen had a report on file in his ministry from the meeting. Mysteriously, it 'disappeared' when the press requested to see it. Participants claim that 'nothing important' is discussed at the meeting, and refuse to divulge details. They may be right, but I want them to prove it.

Businessmen can meet whoever they like, of course, But our elected parlamentarians, and our Prime Minister in particular, should chooose:

Where does his loyalty really lie?

If he is more loyal to his nation than to the Bilderberg group, he ought to break his pledge of silence towards the group and inform his electorate about the meetings, in honest detail.

Tex, you should be angry yourself. That you are not leads me to question your judgment. I'm sorry if you don't like this assessment. Don't make yourself an apologist for evil-doers. These are traitors. Mr. Bush is a traitor. Only a traitor provides aid and comfort to the enemy, especially while we are at war. These people are our enemies. Contrary to what Mr. Bush insists, they are not our friends.

I skimmed thru all the posts above. Funny but I never came across the good old-fashioned words BRIBE and BRIBERY. Hmmm... must've banished them from the dictionary.

BTW, someone above mentioned about the Indian politician who paid the bribe. Amar Singh is no Indian patriot; an out and out crook, he has no certain source of income except his member of parliament salary. So it's a bit far-fetched that he paid out good money out of patriotic motives. I read some interesting comments on rediff today by many posters. A lot of salty stuff, but none complimentary.

Wild Jew, I think 'traitors' may be an exaggeration. 'Grossly incompetent' and 'without principles' should describe them sufficiently.

In the Lonely Planet guide to travel I love the reader's inside tips for visiting hellholes, for Equatorial Guinea they say: "When they leader's son drives around in a limousine and throws money out the window don't pick any up or the locals will hate you and think you a greedy white person."

We are just a few decades away from living in a country where the leader's son drives around in a limo and throws money out the window. It's getting that shameless.

The word 'bribe', as I understand it, would usually be used in context with an explicit (illegal) service being done in return for the payouts.

These Islamic leaders are rich enough. They can pay in advance and expect their Return on Investment at a later date. Their weapon of choice, in case they don't get what they want, would be to stop inviting Clinton and the like to give those expensive 'lectures' that form the cover-up for many of these money transfers.

Tex, there have been many traitors to their countries that have held positions of power. From this article by Robert Spencer, how on earth can you state that the Clintons are 'our guys'? Of you mean they are Americans, I cannot deny that, but if you are saying they have America's and the American people's best interests at heart I will flatly disagree with you.
It seems that there has been far too much Islamic finances into the Clinton's estate, worse still from Terrorist states. The links provided above by various posters are worrying indeed.
Dubya, has been responsible for the deaths of many Allied servicemen and women for a war that was not needed. America and the UK should have attacked Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Syria long before Iraq or Afghanistan. All Dubya has done is create another Islamist state in the making.

I think it is you Tex, who are being ignorant and naive.

From here in the UK the cards are very much on the table with the Clintons.

Politics is a dirty, rotten, nasty, but profitable business. We can see who rises to the top of this compost heap. We can then watch them enrich themselves.

Because of temptation, many politicians convert the publics interest into their own...This conversion is called stealing. This may not be direct theft, but it is indulging in ill gotten
goods, usually money, or expensive gifts, or being taken care of by the Saudi's, as noted in post above.

The idea is to hire the politician who will steal the least...This has certainly not been the Clinton's, who have stole a lot and are still stealing.

We have yet to determine how much 'stealing' went on with Bush, and The Prophet Obama (PBUH) is yet to be seen.

I'm sure that all the Bushes are well watered by Saudi cash, as has been with the Clinton's.

Presidential Libraries are nothing more than fancy
money laundries, that clean up 'payoffs received'.

Someone smart thought that one up, now someone smarter should shut them down...

DID SOME ONE SAY COOL DOWN THEWRE OUR GUYS LOL "I MUST BE DREAMING" AFTER ALL THATS HAPPENED.
What exactly tex are they feeding ya in texas magic mushrooms.

QUESTION-1Exactly how much have you taken from foriegn sources
2-How have you voted in favor of those bribes.
3- Name the sources

When sources of influence found no longer use them then bring every single guilty politician which i believe to be at least three quaters and hang them mussolini style in washington.

Then first create a politician police force to serve your books must be truly wide open.

Henrik, I do not believe traitor, as it applies to George W. Bush is an exaggeration whatsoever. I am a lifelong conservative Republican. I voted for Bush in 2000, sadly. As far back as Ronald Reagan, I cannot remember ever voting for a Democrat for U.S. president. George Herbert Walker Bush (the president's father) was a big disappointment to many conservatives, including myself. I only reluctantly voted for George W., because he claimed, unlike his father, he was a committed Christian.

My goodness did he deceive his Christian supporters and he still does. The point is, the Bush family has a long established relationship with our Saudi enemies. Bush Sr. and James (f&%$ the Jews) Baker were prominent advisers in the Carlyle Group along with Osama bin Laden's brother Shafiq bin Laden. Baker and bin Laden attended an annual Carlyle investment meeting in Washington as the 9/11 attacks took place. Carlyle attendees were glued to the television monitors as the attacks took place. After the jet hit the second of the twin towers, bin Laden was seen removing his name tag. Soon thereafter Baker and bin Laden left in separate cars. Baker's law firm represents the Saudi Royal family in a law suite brought by victim's families of the 9/11 atrocities. Baker is a close personal friend of the president and his father. Need I say more?

George W. Bush has benefited greatly at the hands of these killers. Khalid bin Mahfouz, Saleh Kamel and other Saudi investors in BCCI bought Bush's failing Harken energy stock at a highly inflated price. These Saudi princes know exactly what they are doing. Bush knows exactly who he and his father are in bed with.

These are traitors. Do not kid yourself. Bush has sold out his own country for his Saudi friends. The blood of the innocent murdered on 9/11 by Bush's friends cry out for justice. Bush should be arrested, tried and punished for his crimes. One day I pray he will be, maybe by a Higher Court.

Focuseing on bush and not the whole problem solves nothing everyone one in office must be removed.

spcbat, I focus on Bush because he is the President of the United States, the leader of the free world, the most powerful man on the face of the earth, bar none. Bush is also the head of my party; the Republican party.

When Obama is sworn in, I will focus on Obama.

The point is, I expect leftist politicians like Clinton and Obama to seek to appease the enemy.

I do not expect conservatives to do this. Conservatives have a love of and an appreciation for history. "Conservatism is the accumulated wisdom of human experience. It is everything we have learned over the years, often at great cost. Conservatism is skeptism of quick fixes and Utopian schemes (like spreading Democracy in a region of world rooted in the 7th century)."

Bush has learned nothing. He is no conservative.

Good posts by duh_swami and Wild Jew.

Politics is indeed a dirty game. Many people may very well go in with honour and integrity and the will to change society for the good but when they become part of the elite, with their every material want and wish only a second away.

Bush, Clinton, Blair, Brown.....all politicians are corrupt. The only time politicians would start doing good for the people is when they start living like the people do.
Here in the UK, Politicians should be on £20k(instead of £70k before perks) a year income, so they would know what it was like to struggle with spiralling costs in living. They live in completely different worlds from the average Joe. I would also recommend a period of one year in office. Some people would say that's not long enough but the way I see it, they'd do the best they could in that time to see they gained election next year. It would also eliminate pre election lies and guarantee a more 'honest' politician.

Your right, but you have to start somewhere so the guy at the top (Bush) should be first.

The problem is, these people are so insulated, that only shooting someone in public would get them arrested....Brago got arrested, and he is still in office. Clinton got impeached but never left office.

Clearly there is a different standard for these people.

'Character' does make a difference. We need to elect people with strength of character...The last
president with character was probably Calvin Coolidge, as pointed out by Wellington above...
It's been downhill since then...

duh_swami, I'm sorry. People that say "leave the president alone, you've got BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome)," etc., are no different from the idol worshippers in the Bible.

These are emperor-worshippers. These are the people that bow down to and worship the Golden Calf. These people burn incense at the altar of George W. Bush. It's really sad. Most conservatives here in the US worship this traitor in the White House. That is why he gets away with all his criminal acts. Conservative idol worshippers worship this little man rather than hold him accountable.

I say, shame on all these idolaters!

What has happened in the USA is the same as what has happened in Europe. Socialism is crept into authority. One would imagine that the President of the USA should embody everything good about the USA, but look at Obama, he won't wear a lapel flag along with his wife hating America before her husband ran for president.
What has happened in the USA as what has happened in Europe is the left have sown the seed of hate for one's culture and heritage and love for minority cultures of those, ancestors were victors over in the past.
The prime example of this is the election of Obama, who the majority of whites, who loath America voted for. The majority of blacks voted for Obama which shows the clear racial divide in the USA still, as they voted for a man for his heritage and colour not his policies and patriotism. This is a very dangerous precedent that has been set and I'm sure America will see in the coming future of electing Obama.

What I believe will happen in the USA will be the same persecution of the whites as is happening here in the UK. People on here may see this as a rant no doubt by a British white man, but believe you me, when I came to London from Scotland, my heart was open, very liberal and eager to meet people of different cultures. From seeing the destruction of my own one, in favour of foreign cultures I have seen how my society has changed for the worst.

Everyone was horrified at the apartheid in South Africa, but I see the same thing happening here in the West as we give more people from minorities power, who will 'get revenge' for history. You may find that statement comical, but correct me if I'm wrong but are Black Americans still not vowing for reparation for the Slave Trade? Do we see the same happening in the Middle East and Arab Countries, the worst perpetrators of the slave trade?

I am not living in Africa. I am living in the UK and my culture is being demolished to make way for cultures that are far less superior to British ones. More and more I see my fellow man gladly renounce his heritage and welcome in some obscure African one, that can't even survive in Africa. Britain is becoming the place to come if your cultures have failed and this is the place to start all over again for a second crack at the whip.

I must also emphasise that my partner is a Black woman, but most certainly not African or West Indian. She has grown up here, with a good education and her culture is a British one. Too many people like to lump all people of colour to Africa. This is the biggest mistake anyone could make. After all, British culture is far different to a Turkish one and there really is very little difference(if any) to appearance of nationals of both countries.

Love for one's country will protect us all from outside and inside attack. Nationalism has no colour, well not my Nationalism anyway. We have seen how Western society is becoming decadent because of the fall in Nationalism and globalisation. Remember all, that the wars fought in the past against other countries were to protect our heritage and cultures. It seems as though we've now given up our defence and are quite happy for cultural immolation. This is very sad indeed.

Aileen: The time limitation you point out in the Constitution applies only to NEW offices created during such time or to offices for which the pay has been raised during the intended duration of the Senator's or Representative's term. Unless the pay for the Secretary of State (other than cost of living increases which wouldn't count) has been raised since Clinton's second term in the Senate began, there's no Constitutional impediment that I can see to her taking the job after she resigns from the Senate, even though I find her wanting, to say the least, in knowledge, experience and most especially virtue.

Richard the Lionheart: Your last post goes to a very deep problem posed by socialism. No, not that it doesn't work economically. It doesn't, of course. The best economic model to follow by far is capitalism (which must be infused with intelligence and morality or one gets what we have now with the mortgage meltdown mess------crony capitalism, a very different phenomenon). No, the other major problem with socialism is that it is incompatible with patriotism, with love for one's country. Socialism is too wrapped up with all men being brothers and all that gooey, sentimental rot to allow for deep pride in one's nation. One can go the national, capitalistic route and still have deep concern for all mankind. But this kind of concern is rooted in reason and true compassion, not emotion and sentimental nonsense as one finds in socialism time and time again.

Bush once yet again hosts a jihadist killer in the White House. Bush has met few jihadist killers (that are perceived to be important to U.S. "interests") that he has not embraced.:

You won't get any argument out of me on that one...

I always knew it but just didn't know how much.

3 dollar Bill finally made it to the big leagues. Before he became el Presidente, he never had a legal salary of more than $35K. Now he has over 1/2 Billion and lots of big oil Islamic friends like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, etc. Its no wonder he never wanted to identify our real enemies. He was taking money from them. I wonder how much our enemies gave GWB? Anything less than what they gave to 3 dollar Bill would look cheap. And now Obama. Anyone want to guess why our lawmakers don't allow drilling for oil in this country any more and why coal is soon to be history?

This may be a bit off topic, but I am wondering about the Obama selection of Hiliary for secretary of state and paving the way for a Kennedy to take over her elected senate seat, then Hill could "just not work out" as SS and the Clinton's would be gone.

I have such a suspicious mind.

I notice that we leave out the biggest corrupt us sell out here reagen.

Spot on... These people are all in bed with each other...Must be a very large bed...

Who ever changes the sheets knows the truth...

Bill "í did not have sex with that woman" Clinton is clearly in bed with a bunch of muslims whose intention is to undermine and eventually destroy america.

As bad as the Clinton Machine was it is back again courtesy of Obama. Obama brought back the Clinton Machine and no one can stop it.

When Obama will say "God bless America" how sincere or insincere will he be?

God help America!

Wellington,

Isn't socialism such a scourge on humanity? Does it not make you realise more and more that socialists are devoid of any common sense whatsoever?

What really amazes me most about socialism is that if socialism is allowed to control society and spread around the world like a cancer then it will eradicate all cuture, race, religion and what makes us all unique - difference.
I'm amazed by this as it seems as though all the futuristic nightmares that we've read about and seen in countless sci-fi films actually are based on left wing societies and not right wing ones.
The creation of an automaton society is the very ideology of the left.
As a nationalist, I welcome other cultures, it gives us difference, it gives us competition, one of the reasons of the human race, to better themselves. However, in a socialist society, we are all the same, look the same, speak the same, think the same, of course that is apart from the upper elite in society - the champagne socialists, who live in their bubble, segregated from the rest of society.
In a socialist society there would be no competition or excellence as that would mean not following the mantra of equality. They fail to realise that our very DNA makes us different to one another, making some stronger, some faster and some able to think with precise precision. We all have something unique to offer society and yet this would all be dead in a socialist society.

It further goes to prove the success of the west and non socialist society to see just where we have got to, without socialism.

It's the very ideology that destroys difference and creates similarity. Many of course would see this as a good thing as it would stop war as we would all be the same, but they forget that it wouldn't as there would always be an elite. More so, who gets to decide which race and culture remains and while all others are merely assimilated into one big collective(have I not heard that somewhere before?)?

If only people could see how socialism is inherently bad for humanity.

You need to include George H. Bush and good old Jimmy the dhimmi. Jimmy the Dhimmi even wrote an anti-semitic book in support of our Islamic enemies. All his Jew-friendly employees that worked in his library resigned after that book was published. They must have known something.

Ever notice how Jimmy the dhimmi is out front defending our enemies? That must be an easy way to raise money for his library. I'll bet the checks just roll in after he does that.

"For from love of money all sorts of evils arise; and some have so hankered after money as to be led astray from the faith and be pierced through with countless sorrows."
1st Timothy 6:10 [weymouth translation]

"When the upright have power, the people are glad; when an evil man is ruler, grief comes on the people."
Proverbs 29:2

See the pattern developing here???

Richard the Lionheart: Socialism is indeed a scourge of the first order. At the heart of the problem with socialism is that it is hostile to human freedom. It prizes equality over liberty and that is a huge error. Equality should only exist under the law and nowhere else. It is freedom, more than anything, which makes man great. The principal reason why Great Britain created the empire it did and why America became the most extraordinary polity of all time is due to freedom. The socialist never gets this.

spcbat,

wild jew has replied adequately. Besides, remember Bush touted himself as a 'christian' to get christian votes, but NEVER stands up against enemies of Christians (namely muslims), Bush tous himself as a 'war-president' and many believe Bush means 'war-on-terror'. But take a close look and you will find that Bush faught the Iraq war for his 'family and friends' in Al-Riyadh. Remember that Bush took Bandar (of all the homeless Americans) as his family (making him Bandar-Bush). Finally, at crunch time, Bush did all he could, for Saudi Arabia by, AGAINST America:
- Ecorting Bin Ladens out of USA (when ALL flights were grounded).
- Removing pags on Sudi Arabia from 9/11 Interim report.
- Increased, yes increased Saudi student's visas.
- Took Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, the two countries that fed, nurtured, rised and funded Taleban, as his 'allies'.
- Contrary to common belief, 'war-on-terror' is a war for Saudi Arabia against Saudi enemy Saddam.
Right after 9/11, Bush promised to get Bin-Laden 'dead or alive', only to make a complete U turn, when the twin-tower dust had settle.
Finally, you forget that Bush and his family feed off the tax-payers, who they are duty-bound to serve. But, Bush family has used American votes and tax-dollars to help the enemy of America (Saudi Arabia and Pakistan), while lining the Bush family pockets.

If that is not a traitor, who is?

Only for the Iraq war lies, Bush should be impeached: http://in.youtube.com/watch?v=73KIpzrUXI8
