Dennis Hale, President of Citizens for Peace and Tolerance, called today for a public investigation of the Boston Redevelopment Authority’s sale of land to the Islamic Society of Boston (ISB) for the construction of New England ’s largest mosque.Hale noted that officers of the largest Muslim charity in America , The Holy Land Foundation (HLF), convicted in Texas last week of funding Middle East terrorism, have ties to the ISB and its close affiliate, the Muslim American Society. “The convictions in Texas are a victory in the government’s efforts to prevent charities from being used to support terrorism,” said Hale. The Holy Land Foundation and five of its organizers were convicted for sending more than $12 million to the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas. “It is shocking to discover the ties between the HLF and the leadership of the Islamic Society of Boston,” said Hale.
Hale enumerated the ties:
“Hossam Al Jabri, President of the Muslim American Society’s Boston branch (MAS Boston), which now controls the ISB Cultural Center, personally donated money to the HLF while they were sending funds to Hamas,” Hale said. “And the Islamic Society of Boston as an organization sent thousands of dollars to the HLF as well.”
“Jamal Badawi, an ISB Trustee, was a frequent speaker at HLF fundraising events, and was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the HLF prosecution.”
“Osama Kandil, the ISB Board Chairman, founded the Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA), which provided venues for HLF fundraising events where Hamas members made explicit calls to murder Israelis.” For its role in Hamas fundraising, MAYA was also listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the HLF trial.
"Now,” Hale continued, “the mosque, which was built by the Islamic Society of Boston, has been taken over by the Muslim American Society (MAS). MAS was founded by top Muslim Brotherhood leaders and states that it is guided by Muslim Brotherhood ideology. The Brotherhood inspires and provides the justification for the anti-West Jihad.” Hale cited a document from the HLF investigation, which describes the Muslim Brotherhood’s goal in America as a “Grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying Western Civilization from within.” Hale noted that “this same document praises the contribution of ISB Trustee Jamal Badawi to the Muslim Brotherhood’s efforts.”“And finally,” Hale said, “the Boston Phoenix published last week an expose, ‘Menino’s Mosque,’ which shows that the BRA did not perform due diligence when it approved the sale to the ISB of public property at a steep discount for the construction of a mosque financed mostly by Saudi Arabia. The Mayor intended to help a group of local African American Muslims build a house of worship. Instead, he wound up giving the mosque to a group controlled and financed by the Saudis,” Hale said. “The BRA role is further complicated,” according to Hale, “by the role of Muhammad Ali-Salaam, an official of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), who was also an ISB member and fundraiser for the mosque. The BRA recently told a judge that their records on the ISB matter have ‘disappeared.’ Today we call upon the FinCom’s chairman, Paul Minihane, and its Executive Director, Jeff Conley, to initiate a long overdue investigation into the conduct of the BRA.”
CPT is an interfaith citizens group. It was sued by the ISB for “defamation” after asking questions about the radical leadership of the ISB in 2004, based on news reports that the founder of the ISB, Abdulrahman Alamoudi, was serving a 23-year prison term for a terrorist conspiracy and fund-raising for Al-Qaeda, and that an original ISB Trustee, Yusuf al Qaradawi, was calling for the wholesale murder of Jews and homosexuals, and is now barred from entering the U.S. Also sued were the Boston Herald, Fox 25, and over a dozen individuals and organizations. The ISB dropped its lawsuit in 2007.
Most likely every Mohammadan organization, and mosque in the US is tied into Islamic hegemony, jihad and terrorism somewhere, to some degree. After all, these are 'brothers'...and 'sisters'. Their unity is in Allah and the Prophet...and their sacred duty is to expand Allah's sphere of influence, by removing obstacles, until only Allah is worshipped. The only rule in this game is to win.
The gov should expand investigations into Islamic affairs in the US...Shake that bag upside down, and all kinds of 'stuff' will come tumbling out...
If the charges prove true, I say bulldoze the mosque to the ground.

Why should an organization which is dedicated to overturning the constitution of the United States and replacing it with the rule of Islam (sharia law) be allowed to built anything in the United States?
For those not from Boston, BRA is the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Was the construction of this mosque subsidized by the people of Boston and Massachusetts through their taxes (aka jizya)? What if the BRA were to subsidize the construction of a Catholic Church? What about "separation of church and state"?
The "Boston Phoenix" is a left-wing free paper, sponsored by entertainment news and personal ads. The Phoenix would be especially sympathetic to the gay community.

Kudos to the "Boston Herald" newspaper and "Fox 25" TV. It is notable that they didn't sue the liberal "Boston Globe" or other Boston TV channels: PBS 2, NBC 4, ABC 5 or CBS 7.

It seems no surprise now why we heard someone commenting on the news before elections that obama was a chameleon and then shortly after elections we read on a site an article which stated obama was a "trojan".
People, in 2006 Obama went to campaign claiming they were christians, with his favorite cousin Odenga in Kenya to turn kenya into a "safe-haven" for terriorist to turn Kenya into a SHARIA LAW state. Had they won the elections it would have meant it would be impossible to try prosecute "any" terriorist anytime/anywhere for their illegal crimes. The terriorst would have to be shipped off to Kenya where they would have been "safe havened". Since they lost the elections there was a pre-planned ensuing blood bath where Christians were massacred and burned alive in churches.

What the globalism would do would be to make it possible for 'any" terriorist anytime/anywhere to apprehend "any" US civilian and US military and thru trumped up charges slam the US citizen into the UN international court and thrown in jail to rot without due process, without protection from double jeopardy and without fair trial and no one but no one would be able to do anything about it. The terriorist would not be able to be tried or prosecuted for these criminal actions.
As we see, how many people don't know that the UN also thinks our constitution is FLAWED-- because:
1. It actually "works" and provides us with the ability to protect ourselves and govern oursleves and to fairly, justly and legally protect others.
2. Because our constitution grants us freedom to govern ourselves and our finances instead of being relegated to the status of "servants" to a group of people whom don't care for our people, our flag our freedom or our seal.
The REPUBLICANS seeing the danger that globalism holds for our Nation; the REPUBLICANS have said it more than once this nations SOVEREIGNTY belongs to WE THE PEOPLE and it's not open for debate. However, how many Americans are still sitting around wondering what happened in Seattle yet?
However, how many people "still" don't know that globalism still looms as a threat to our Nation as a result of our refusal to tie our exit to political progress.
Now we just found out the bailout whom the DEMOCRATS so heartedly support will allow company's to engage in irresponsible business activities knowing that when the company funds dry up WE THE PEOPLE would be forced to pick up the tab. Rememba? during Campaigning obama said what he wants to do will take lots of money. Just foun out the bailout together with the DEMS track-record for "faulty fiscal policy" will derail the economy and hasten to bankrupt this Nation. And, we would wind up like cuba.

MORE ON SHARIA LAW AND THE BANKING INDUSTRY
Now today just found out that the administrator of the 700 billion dollar bailout is touting a seminar last week called 'Islamic finance 101". The closed meeting which was to provide treasury regulators with information on Islamic Finance, a rapidly growing sector also known as Sharia-Compliant Finance (SCF). In truth, the seminar was nothing more than a government-sponsored promotion of the subversive Islamist agenda carried out under the diguise of Sharia Finance.
The meeting was introduced by Neel KashKari the administrator of the 700 billion bailout.
It turns out no one from the SCF was there. the only one's there were those of the sharia finance promoters and practitioners and those with vested financial interest in the scheme and those of islamic backgrounds or both.
The "real preturbing factor with this picture is it was a "closed meeting" was not only completely bogus because the TREASURY dept of all US institutions whould know that and shouldn't allow such Islamist propaganda activites to be happening on it's premisis.

Boston and other cities have prepared a feast for predators.
The issue of the Boston Mosque addresses the combination of corruption, inadequate controls and the predatory nature of these Islamic groups. As you so adequately point out in "Stealth Jihad" they know, not only how and when, to play the discrimination card. They also know where.
Professor Hale is right to call out for an investigation. But in calling for the Boston Finance Commisssion (FINCOM) to address the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) is like telling the Indians the arsenal's on fire. Both are political plumbs, payable upon to demand to political cronies. FINCOM members could no more order an investigation than they can their office supplies. A FINCOM Member is a default title awarded by the Governor's Office. A grand jury is what's needed.
But Professor Hale, a very highly regarded legal mind, well regarded for expressions of ethical practices, of Boston College was probably being cynical to the extreme. Like him, I've become cynical to the degree of sickness.
The fact that the BRA had a mosque shill on the payroll (the same guy who was awarded a puff from the FBI for outreach) is not even an outrage in this "city with a village mentality". (The same BRA has a twenty-year non-citizen employee authorizing assessments.)
As I wrote in "White Collar - White Thawb - (Crime)" there is a convenient symbiosis between crime and terrorism; and white collar crime and soft jihad ("white thawb") work the same way.
But more relevent to the outrage is the environment in which this takes place - not unique to Boston. Weeds take hold in when the garden isn't tended.
But, you know what? If I thought the American people could see this threat and would act, I'd be somewhat at ease.
But, like the former Europeans of current Eurabia, they see issues like this as 'distractions' and easily flip the channel.
I fear that not until small bands of American guerrilla's are forced to forage for subsistence outside the gates of the Boston, Detroit, Nasheville, Minneapolis caliphates the lessons of how and when will pass unlearned.
We are surrendering our franchise (rights) to other people who demand license and privilege. Again, we've prepared a feast for predators.
