I guess the Copenhagen Post didn't get the memo from the UN and OIC, declaring it illegal to insult Muslims.

"Fisketorvet" means "Fish Market"; only a Scandinavian city would give that name to a shopping mall. Were the Muslim "youths" offended by Christmas and Hanukkah decorations?

I wonder how Al-Beeb would have reported this. "Some 300 allegedly Asian youths at a shopping mall were dispersed by the police when their celebration of an ethnic holiday became a little too exuberant..."

Maybe they are Greek.

When they round up the little monsterous muslim youths, deport them back to their favourite cesspoolstan of your choice.

This is the fault of the city leaders of Copenhagen and its mall owners for mis-managing the holiday season. Everyone who knows anything about this season for muslims knows that the mall should have had 300 goats available so that the exuberent youths could cut the throats of the goats to spread the seasonal cheer. Youthful productive energies should have been better harnessed slaughtering animals in respect of muslim customary norms. This lack of basic civility towards the religious customs of muslims at this time of year proves the Danes to be racist and deserving of the fatwas made against them for allowing the dissing of mohammed.

Points to note.

The headline states plainly: "Copenhagen: Muslims riot on Eid al-Adha".

No beating around the bush, but there it is in black and white - MUSLIMS RIOT.

Then, within the article, again the all-important identifier, no weaselwords:

"300 *Muslim* {my emphasis - dda} young people who caused disturbances...".

Maybe the work of people like Fleming Rose, Lars Hedegaard and Kurt Westergaard - and, doubtless, many, many others - is beginning to have an effect.

If the Copenhagen Post keeps this up - no apologies, no euphemisms, just the facts ma'am, and when it's Muslims rioting, it's MUSLIMS rioting, dammit - they'll be in line for an anti-dhimmi award (media division).

Think tipping point. If just a few papers can start consistently stating the unpleasant facts, and if this leads to increased subscriptions and advertisements by those who appreciate the truthtelling, this could lead to something.

At the risk of being entirely politically incorrect (which, of course, I would welcome), may I state here, without reservation, that even one Muslim in Denmark is one Muslim too many. Islam and Denmark have absolutely nothing in common where mankind's better interests are concerned. The former is in the vanguard of intolerance through the centuries and the latter is an exemplar of tolerance, even to the point of being self-defeating. Denmark is not bettered in any significant way by Islam. No way at all. I would welcome any response that would try and prove me wrong.

Darcy, I don't think that Muslims put the burqa on the Danish mermaid. I saw the pic of that on Max's blog and I asked Esther from Islam in Europe about it. She said that people put all kinds of stuff on her out of protest. If she were in America she would have a UAW hat on or something. The burqa was in protest of Islamization.

We're edging ever-closer to a world war and no European nation with the exception of maybe Italy is going to do anything to stave it off (for which they will be kicked out of the EU -- boo hoo!), and Hussein Obama sure won't go to war to bail them out, since he thinks our military is evil and serves us best sitting in barracks at home. I would actually like to see them all recall their troops from Iraq and Afghanistan in order to protect their own nations. Maybe the Phillipines will be forced to push out the Muzzies and then Europe can learn from their example.

But yes, we're calling a spade a spade here.

And that is even more important than it might seem, for it causes embarrasment in the Islamic circles, that they can't control their youth. They'll have to respond to this, or slither away, doing something useful instead of representing Islam.

A systematic campaign of embarrasment against anything Islamic, exposing everything in their proper terms and proper context, might be very effective to make Islamic leaders give up. It's just so embarrassing to represent an embarrassing religion.

Don’t get too excided about the anti-dhimmitude some Danish papers once shoved. Jyllandsposten, once political incorrect by publishing the famous Muhammad cartoons, now follows the msm-pack of the Danish PC media.

Only one Danish newspaper, The Copenhagen Post, was actually doing objective journalistic reporting about the disturbance caused by muslim youth at Fisketorvet (The Fishmarket) in Copenhagen.

The headline in Jyllandsposten reads:

"200 YOUNG PEOPLE MADE TROUBLE AT FISKETORVET"

The only reference to Islam in the article reads like this:

“The excited youth who gathered for a Muslim holiday were doing a bit of fighting among themselves and provoked other visitors in the Fisketorvet.”

Just having a bit of fun you see, in accordance with the grand traditions of Islam.

I have spent much time in Denmark since my first time there in 1992 and have good Danish friends that live in Dragor. I spent almost all of Sept. 2007 in Denmark and was totally surprised at the number of Muslims that are now in the country and also it is apparent that they do not try to assimilate into the Danish way of life. I found that they are very pushy and arrogant and not all that enjoyable to be around. In spite of this, my Danish friends saw not much wrong with their being in their country and this feeling is shared by many. What will wake people up? More 9/11s, more Mumbais, who knows?

The Danes will dither as their cities burn. It is their turn to pay the Danegeld to the Musslemen.

As I previously wrote, you don't have to sell me on the insidious alliance of the Islamo-Left. I've been one of the harshest critics of the Left on this web-site, and am occasionally scolded by Hugh or others for my denigrating references to Liberals.

Meanwhile, I appreciate your efforts to draw attention to the Islamic connection to the Greek riots. The media has uniformly portrayed them as indigenous.

Predictions are that Spain is next to go up in flames. Its unemployment rate is skyrocketing, its balance-of-payments deficit is insurmountable, and its Muslim immigrant population is characteristically disaffected.

Sorry if I was a bit grumpy in my last few comments.

Basically the rioting was an Muslim/leftist affair up until the shooting, and as far as the MSM is concerned that is when the whole thing started.

What is very alarming, is how well organized both the muslims and the left are when it comes to demo,s or rioting, it doesnt take them long to get the numbers on the streets.

If there was to be an anti-islam demos, at a push no more than several hundred would turn up, yet the would be several thousands showing up for a counter demo. Worse still the anti-islamist would be met with violence, such as in Brussels and Koln

The left have a very strong network in Europe such as Indymedia, and because of this network most cities in Europe could have riots much the same as we see in Greece at the moment.

If a riot breaks out in say Copenhagen, the news is spread all over Europe within hours. So it doesnt take long before anarkos from Berlin, Hamburg, Sweden and Norway start arriving, some can even come from afar as Ireland. It is no problem for them to react swiftly as they are on benefits or engaged in small crime, and mostly live in squats.

What is scary is this riot could topple the present government and bring in a more muslim friendly one. Not good as, Greece borders quite a few muslim countries.

More alarming is this latest incident is being overlooked by nearly every anti-islam site.

The police have not always know how to handle those buttheads. Have you fogotten Allotria, when the police wanted evict it. A force of about 100 police had been mobilized, and the BZer,s realized that they stood no chance against such numbers. I lived a couple of weeks at Ryesgade 58, before moving into the Baldersgade squat, and stay there a few months. I missed the battle at Ryesgade but took part in a few at Baldersgage and Jagtvej 69.

You are quite right, these groups are very anti-Israeli, and all the squats at that time where infested with pro-Palestinian propaganda. Even back in the 80,s there was always actions against Brugsen,s because they sold Israeli oranges.

These groups are dangerous, and should be watched especially when they are prepared to resort to violence and are aligning with the muslims.

I'm tired of this. There's only one answer for violent riots, whether instigated by Muslims, Socialists, anarchists, whatever. The police should shoot to kill. End of violent riot. End of problem.
