One guy in the crowd says that they want to educate people about the "true Islam", and that if people really understood Islam, they'd realize that it's part of their nature. In other words, killing apostates, killing daughters who show any sign of independence or intelligence, beating wives, raping as "uncovered meat" any woman whose clothing reveals enough of her to be sure that she is a woman, and mass-killing or enslavement of all those who still don't "understand" -- all that is part of our "nature".
If all that is part of human nature, then humans are no better than some of the lower forms of the animal kingdom.
But they're wrong. If their beastliness and foulness were part of human nature, then Judaism and Christianity, and Hinduism and Buddhism, along with many other religions, including many of the pagan creeds, could never have arisen and flourished.
In the case of Moslems beyond childhood, maybe viciousness, treachery, and violence are part of their nature now, such behavior having been beaten into them since infancy. Even so, at least some of them are able to see Islam for the lie that it is, and leave it behind.

I'm sure they're all making a terrific contribution to the US economy too.

While I would agree -- and the same holds true throughout Europe -- I so not think we will see this. I expect the politically correct rhetoric that Mr. Bush has been propagating about Islam and the domestic the Islamic threat to intensify during the Obama reign.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida... that is unbelieable. We have a very serious problem on our shores. I never have thought it is that bad. That lady shouting "go back to the ovens" should be tried in a Court, an obvious Hammas recruit.

One positive aspect of the protest, we have clear evidence about those who support Hammas a banned terrorist organization.

When the local cops could not handle it, they called in neighboring Oakland's, PD, called the 'Blue Meanies' by the leftists. Because they had blue uniforms and helmets...They were not called 'meanies' for no reason...

I entirely agree on all your points. It seems to me all this politically correct "Islam is peace" rhetoric from President Bush and other leaders is coming back to haunt us and bite us.

For those who write or think, "So sad for America..." I suggest you put your big boy or girl pants on right away and understand that that attitude is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

A principle I try to teach at my blog because I've lived it on the street is that if you're hurt in a fight and you stop to feel sorry for yourself or to tend your wounds, your adversary will surely take advantgage of your self-concern and finish you off.

That's for those of you in the fight.

My belief is that in the next three years, what we who understand the dangers of Islam do, DO, will decide the fate of the sheep.

People in Florida suffer from mush brain (except my old friends, right guys?). I'm not surprised by this at all... unfortunately.

My God, what have we done to ourselves? This reminds me of the sixties and seventies anti-war demonstrations but with foreigners leading the riots, their American left-wing useful idiots in tow. These demonstrations are carefully orchestrated in the mosques and there must be an islamic national network at work to ensure that they occur wherever there are large muslim populations. The communist groups are always itching for a good riot and an opportunity to bash America and they'll participate in any anti-American street brawl.

Where were the Jews? I know there are many Jews in Florida and they should have been out there defending Israel. I hope the public is paying close attention to the muslim behavior and rhetoric in these demonstrations of hate. The bad thing is that there are so many in favor of the "Palestinians" and so few defending Israel that this alone could sway or influence public opinion. I know that muslims outnumber Jews about 300 to one in the Middle East but surely there aren't more muslims than Jews in America. Surely there aren't? The biased news media will defend the underdogs and Israel will be universally condemned for defending itself. It just makes me sick.

Muslims are the masters of dramatic grievance theatre and there are always throngs of them available to congregate when summoned by the imam. If we hope to ever turn the tide against these bellicose invaders and disprove their malicious lies and propaganda, we will have to counter their demonstrations with bigger ones and expose islam and its agenda. These mob rallies seem to always take place on week days within conventional working hours, so it may be up to clergypeople, Uni students or shift workers who have 'down time' coinciding with the rally time, housewives and retirees and currently unemployed-but-looking-for-work Infidels who may have to step into the breach.

It should not be beyond clever, inventive and cooperative Infidels to come up with demonstrations that catch the eye and ear, not by violent screaming and ill-spelled slogans, but by energy and creativity and placards that happen to tell the TRUTH.

I sent a link of this vid to Fox News to see if they're brave enough to report it. People I work with think I'm afraid of Muslims. I'm not.
