Once again, in fear of naming an actual enemy, "terror" is anthropomorphized. Can't blame the Indians for being subtle, though, considering Pakistan has already evoked nukes. "India to take tips from Israel on tackling terror," from the Times of India, December 5 (thanks to Jeffrey Imm):
New Delhi: A known 'softie', India, could now take some tips from the battle-hardy Israel to tackle the rising menace of aviation security threat.Hah! And you thought it was going to say "rising menace of radical Islam," or some such thing. "Known softie" indeed.
Earlier this week, this issue featured at a joint working group of India and Israel to discuss counter-terror strategies. Israel is learnt to have offered help in combating civil aviation-related terror.Since the west Asian country has been able to operate almost foolproof operations from its Tel Aviv airport despite being surrounded by hostile neighbours all around its limited airspace, India could do well to take lessons from it.
An Indian senior aviation official said Israel had four main reasons because of which its airline and airport remain foolproof. "They rely majorly on gathering ground intelligence that can nip in the bud any nefarious plan of a terror group to attack their aviation industry. They have a strict no entry into cockpit policy and deploy highly specialised sky marshals. Their crew is trained to handle such situations," he said.
I'm not surprised. The dhimmi indian gov't and dhimmi media make you figure out who is behind the 'rising menace of aviation security threat.'
At least we have the israel gov't behind us.
I think Israeli pilots are armed, too.
Pretty sure they are. Most of them.
Pretty sure they are. Most of them.
I'm impressed that the Indians have chosen to consult the Israelis about this. Unfortunately, much of the Israelis' success is also because of profiling, which I hope the Indians will be willing to do, in spite of their 10% muslim minority.
Maintaining good airline security is one thing. The Israelis have shown they can do that very well indeed, and India will do well to learn from them.
Knowing how to defend yourself against a merciless and neverending jihad, which is aided by a massive fifth column within your own borders, and whose final goal, openly stated on many occasions, is the annihilation of your sovereign non-Muslim state, the absorption of your entire territory into dar al Islam (as it was once before, after brutal jihad conquest and subjugation), and the extermination or expulsion of the majority of your non-Muslim population followed by the reduction to dhimmi near-slavery of the remainder, is quite another thing.
Neither India nor Israel appears to have fully grasped that that is what is at stake: not a quarrel over borders, over the status of disputed ground, Kashmir, or Judea and Samaria and parts of Jerusalem, or over 'human rights' of a discontented Muslim minority population, that can be 'solved' by 'doing more' for the Muslim minority, and by a 'peace process' and 'two states living peacefully side by side'; but a war to the death in which *any* concession to the Muslim side will merely lead to more, and more demands and more and more violent acts of aggression.
I will post here what Mr Fitzgerald once wrote about the 'peace process' and the 'two-state' solution, in the Middle East: slightly edited to apply also to India.
"Neither Israel, nor India, nor many in the outside world, seem willing to comprehend that there is no solution, one-state or two-state or n-state, to the Jihad.
"There is only the matter of remaining overwhelmingly -- and perceptively -- more powerful, capable of wreaking great damage on those who would attack.
"No treaty with Infidel states, and Israel and India are Infidel states, can conceivably be permanently honored by a Muslim signatory.
"Pacta sunt servanda is a Western idea.
"In the Muslim world, treaties – if made with Infidels - are not to be obeyed,
"but to be violated, as soon as the Muslim side feels itself strong enough to press its advantage.
"The model for all time -- see Majid Khadduri, War and Peace in the Law of Islam -- is Muhammad's Treaty with the Meccans in 628 A.D, the Treaty of Hudaybiyya. "
– Originally penned by Hugh Fitzgerald, here on jihadwatch, on 15.8.2006
If the non-Muslim Indians, and the Israelis, were to grasp Hugh's point, and plan and act accordingly, TOGETHER, then I think we'd see some jihadis and their patron states getting seriously worried.
true
From above: I'm impressed that the Indians have chosen to consult the Israelis about this.
Me too. Since both of them are long term victims of Mohammadism, they can compare notes, and maybe fill in a few blanks.
This is a case where two heads are better than one.
Israel are very good at secret warfare, exterminating foes, such as the mobile phone bomb.
Lately they have been lousy at ground wars, especially the Lebanon. They managed for the first time to unit the Christians and Muslims against the Israeli armed forces.
From above: Israel are very good at secret warfare, exterminating foes, such as the mobile phone bomb.
Actually Allah invented that. US Patent #666...
He also takes credit for the shoe bomb, the liquid bombs, and the bomb belt/vest. Allah is so big into bombs that we might call him bombastic.
Israel will get a lot better at ground wars, when Bibi takes over...
Let's hope those tips are restricted to terror, and don't include how to negotiate with enemies while under pressure from the US, or else, one will see Kashmir, and even Jammu & Ladakh be on the negotiating table.

God help India!
Security is all about a state of mind, a strong sense of self preservation, a feeling of pride in ones culture and doing everything to preserve it but above all, a fear of mortal danger.
Indians (collectively) falls short on all these counts.
For while Indians flock to visit sites of their islamic slavery like the Taj Mahal, while they show no revulsion in glorifying and indeed falsifying the mogul rule as taught to their children in their history books and while, finding it important to change names of their towns and cities given by the British, under whose rule their subjugation came with a moral compunction of the ruler, but still cannot bring themselves to change the names of their roads and cities given by their islamic rulers who showed no mercy and very very little regard of their Hindu subjects.
Israelis feel that they have a culture, a religion and morality that is superior to its hostile and demonic muslim neighbours, while Indians (collectively)on the other hand, have no such respect for their own heritage.
Only in India one sees symbols of horrible islamic rule that visited evil of unimaginable proportions being venerated and woven into the fabric of its own culture.
God!
The idea of the average American airline crew trying to handle a real hijacker gives me the cold willies.
Ordinary American citizens, OK. We saw that on 9/11.
But an airline crew?
Brrrr..... Scary.
