Owned by a "Zionist millionaire."
"Iran: Italian fashion store attacked by protesters," from AKI, December 31 (thanks to Insubria):
Tehran, 31 Dec. (AKI) - A branch of the Italian clothing retailer Benetton was set on fire in Iran amid angry protests against the Israeli raids in the Gaza Strip, media reports said on Wednesday.According to the conservative Iranian daily, Jomhuri Eslami, the shop in Dowlat Street, in the north of the capital Tehran, had been attacked by protesters on Tuesday.
"Conservative." Yes, conservatives support the torching of silly fashion stores in service of the advance of a totalitarian, genocidal belief system.
Benetton is said to be "linked with the Zionist network," a government newspaper said.Several Benetton stores have opened in the past two years in Iran, where global brands have largely been absent since the 1979 Islamic revolution.
Last year a group of prominent MPs protested against Benetton's presence in Iran, alleging that it was owned by a "Zionist millionaire" and that its fashions were a bad influence on female consumers.
Islam and Mohammedans are a death wish to any creative and civilized society. It has been shown over and over again through out history that this barbaric ideology destroys. That is all it does is destroys everything. Humanity and creativity are held prisoners in Islam.
Why does UCB even have stores there in the first place......its all about the money honey
Next week: Hezbollah agent kills people for using the term "Catch-22". That novel was written by a Jew. It must contain Zionist propaganda, no matter what. B-B-B-But Hezbollah got offended!
Benetton, of course, is famous for so carefully including in all of its ads One Of Each -- that is, one of each race -- white, yellow, and black -- so much so, so systematically and programmatically so, that it has, at least in Italy, provoked bemused comment. I don't know if the Benetton people still engage in that kind of unsubtle appeal -- the same kind of thing is used for college and boarding-school catalogues, but possibly Benetton will rethink its treacly We-Are-The-World One-Of-Each approach. On second thought, it probably won't.
What comes around...
"...a 1994 cover illustration for Benetton's Colors magazine featured photographer Oliviero Toscani's computer-generated image of President Reagan covered with AIDS-related skin lesions."

Yes one can see that the "united colors" ad campaign really paid off in a big "peace dividend". (In concurrence with posters above.)
And a usual, in keeping with Euro/jihaddi propaganda Zionist=Jew.
Unmitigated Crassness of Benetton really miscalculated their brand appeal this time. In Iran, the inmates run the asylum; there is no najis kufr fashion sense in Islam.
Benetton Blues, Or, Tutti i colori di angoscia e terrore.
Sing it, Hughey!
Odd, where are the Iranian Fashion Police when you you need them--Oops, I forgot! They're busy torching Zionist enterprises!
In fairness to the Iranians, wearing Benetton is like wearing something from Banana Republic. Perhaps they're just fashion conscious!
;)
O, the anguish and terror of nonconformity to Islamic tastes! Zionist Blue & White is out! Mujahid Black & Green is in!
I can't help thinking that if Benetton was being run by Jews, it would stock something rather more exciting than insipid bloody cardigans in a range of styles and colours I have never wanted to buy.
As far as I know the Benetton family is not Jewish.
But what the hell, what does it matter? They're all infidels anyhow...
