Oops: British Medical Association loses track of 132 "refugee" doctors

“There’s no suggestion ALL these missing guys are terrorists. But we have to think of nightmare scenarios. If the BMA can’t maintain records and have lost contact with potentially risky people, it could have serious repercussions for our nation’s security.”

Quite so. "132 refugees are missing in the UK," by James Mulholland for News of the World, December 20:

More than 130 refugee doctors have disappeared in Britain — sparking fears there could be MORE terror cells operating in the NHS.
British Medical Association watchdogs have admitted to losing contact with 132 medics from Islamic terror hotspots like Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Somalia.
The revelation comes days after Scots-based doctor Bilal Abdulla was jailed for a minimum of 32 years for masterminding the attacks at Glasgow Airport and in London in June last year.
Intelligence sources say MI5 is monitoring at least 200 potential terror gangs throughout Britain.
One insider said last night: “Not every doctor who comes into Britain is a fanatic intent on causing terror — but after the Glasgow attack, there should be tighter controls. It seems there are a number of doctors who have simply disappeared from the BMA radar.”
Iraqi Abdulla, 29, worked at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley while he plotted to cause mass murder at the airport and at the Tiger Tiger club in London. According to figures released in June, there are 1,199 doctors registered on a database of refugee medics seeking work in the UK.
Three hundred and fifteen hail from Iraq, while 49 come from Afghanistan.
Another 111 come from Iran while 47 Somalians and 20 Algerians are also registered. The BMA has “lost touch” with 132 of them. A security insider said: “There’s no suggestion ALL these missing guys are terrorists. But we have to think of nightmare scenarios. If the BMA can’t maintain records and have lost contact with potentially risky people, it could have serious repercussions for our nation’s security.”
Terrorism expert Dr David Capitanchik said more care had to be taken in monitoring doctors from countries with a tradition of Islamic extremism.
He added: “In the past hospitals have tended to focus more on looking at people’s medical qualifications. But attitudes now need to change.”
Last night a Home Office spokesman refused to comment on the medics.
He added: “We do not elaborate on specific plots or individuals.”
The BMA denied those classed as ‘missing’ were a risk to security.
A spokesman said: “These are professional individuals. By us losing touch with them, it could mean they are more likely to be settling into British society than planning some kind of atrocity.”

As the prosecutor remarked at the start of Bilal Abdulla's trial, "who would have suspected two doctors to have been involved in such planning?" The perception of low odds for trouble doesn't excuse the BMA from its responsibility to keep track of its personnel.

If one of them is a psychiatrist, and they ever find him, they should have him examine their heads.

"Intelligence sources say MI5 is monitoring at least 200 potential terror gangs throughout Britain."

"At least" 200 potential terror gangs are being monitored throghout Britain, at great expense, no doubt. Is it impossible to round up everyone being monitored and simply deport them? Why not? What's holding the British government back? How much money, how much time, how many resources of all kinds, will be spent "monitoring" these "potentail terror gangs" of which, we are now told, there are "at least 200"? Is there something that I'm missing? What is it?

Why did these doctors "disappear from the BMA radar"? Why have they not kept in touch with the authorities at every possible opportunity? What's wrong with them? What is it perfectly reasonable, under the circumstances, to assume about them, and to act against them, when found, on that assumption?

That's putting it mildly. What Infidel, aware of what Islam inculcates, nowadays feels perfectly unconcerned if assigned by the National Health a Muslim obstetrician, or heart specialist, or any other kind of doctor? Indeed, it is now becoming difficult to find non-Muslim obstetricians in parts of England. Why? And why should people have to add this to their worries when they use the National Health Service?

The lone madman, the killer M.D. of the Crippen or Shipman sort, is bad enough. But what about those who may, impelled by a hatred of Infidels, a hatred that might have been kept under control but could flare up for all kinds of reasons -- and we have examples among the terrorists who have been rounded up, or unfortunately not rounded up, in time, of an outward exterior of perfect peace and placidity, the he-wouldn't-harm-a-fly accounts of bewildered Infidel neighbors, that are by now practically expected in any of the accounts of police raids or arrests.

And it may not necessarily be a case of killing patients, but of withholding important information, or making the right diagnosis deliberately, or witholding or delaying treatment needed at once. One more damn thing to worry about. And one more thing for hospitals, and the malpractice insurers, also to worry about. Because there will be such cases. And there will be lawsuits. And there will charges that those hiring Muslim doctors should be held to know what the ideology of Islam inculcates -- and successful malpractice lawyers may well be studying up what is in the Qur'an, Hadith, and Sira. And so, if they know what is good for them, will hospital administrators and those who are in-house counsel.

It will come to this.

Does it hurt when I do this, kuffr? What about this? Or this? Allahu Akbar!

Seconding the concerns expressed by Hugh.

I do NOT feel safe, at all, at all, at the thought of Muslim doctors, or indeed, at the thought of any sort of Muslim working anywhere in our health services.

The job of doctor, nurse, pharmacist, medical researcher, epidemiologist, public health inspector, or even just hospital cleaner/ tea lady/ cook/ janitor...all of it offers appalling possibilities of ill-doing for any Muslim who feels, carefully concealed from those around them, that contempt and active malevolence toward non-Muslims which are explicitly taught by Islam.

I would have no difficulty trusting an anaesthetist, pathologist, GP, paramedic, you-name-it within our health services, who was Jewish, Christian, western nonreligious, Hindu, Buddhist, Confucian-Taoist...but knowing what I now know, I simply could not and would not trust any such health worker who was identifiable as a Muslim. Far too much like playing russian roulette.

what is disgusting in my area, its difficult finding a doctor that is not a #!@#$@#$ muslim! send them back! l cant believe they cannot find in GB! put out wanted posters, and reward for turning them in, and voila all those muslim doctors will be jailed and ready to be deported asap.

It seems our friends in Ingland are about as on top of keeping tabs on visitors to their shores as we are in America.

Maybe if we didn't have so many immigrants, we wouldn't need to put ourselves in the hands of doctors coming from countries with a "tradition of Islamic extremism". (A nice choice of word - "tradition" - makes Islamic extremism sound so, well, TRADITIONAL).

England is in severe crisis, and still afraid of action.

Lets see, I want to choose my words wisely here - That's-just-GREAT!

Just find them. I hope there's not some weird professional courtesy which doesn't allow immigration info to be divulged, you know, like God forbid, America.

Cause, let's face it, the 'culture' in question has it's share of shoe bombers, and has it's shoe throwers, but not really enough shoe shiners - if you catch my drift.

My take is that they're being hidden in a sort of protection program, and this 'release' or leak is a bitch and moan about it; I know some Iranians who were hidden in protective care, set up in business and all, in rural America, who were refugees of the Shah when that went down; they were always paranoid of the 'government' as if they would be sent back any moment - really a tough card to draw, but you know.

Wait a minute!
These are doctors, individuals working in a monitored and highly regulated profession. They are required to maintain a license, and take continuing professional education and prove that education on a yearly basis to continue their right to practice medicine. As part of proving that education, they must register their address.

Can't find them, lost track of them?

What kind of medicine are these doctors practicing? Are they they performing illegal-cut rate liposuction in their garage office? Is that why they are completely off the grid?

Or since they are unqualified and unlicensed, maybe they are cab drivers and not really doctors at all.

The story doesnt make sense. The BMA is an organisation that accepts voluntary subscription from doctors who wish to be members. It is not obligatory for a doctor to be a member. Less than 50% of UK doctors are members of the BMA. On the other hand, the General medical Council is the registering board for doctors and every practicing doctor has to "subscribe". However, they dont keep track on people and any doctor can choose to remove his name from the list voluntarily if he/she wishes not to practce medicine.

hmmmm, Al-Zawahari was a doctor, so too were there London Airport bombers, as were a couple of honor killers....there have been reports of Muslim doctors quietly killing patients with covert bad treatment and misapplication of medicines..

Folks, if you go to a Muslim doctor...you need to have your head examined..

hmmmm, Somalis missing from the US (some have turned up dead in Somalia), Muslim Doctors missing from England, Muslim youths missing in Sweden (rumored to be in Pakinstan)...and according to the Muslim authorities Islam is being hijacked by just a few misunderstanders of its religion...

We are told "Do not associate Muslim terrorism with Islam"...

I suppose we are supposed to assume Muslim terrorism is the direct result of Yoga Masters chanting to the tunes of small finger bells and chants of OMMMMMM...

A Hindu and fellow anti-Islamist told me that 40 Muslim physicians who are jihadists are recruited into Britains health services each year.

They intent on death to the infidels.

A guess would be that they are off to medically assist wounded jihadists somewhere.

If any are staying in suckerhearted Britain and not practicing medicine, maybe it's because they can no longer stand to help the infidel that the Quran insists are lowly creatures and bound for hell anyway.

This proves that Muslims who come here for education do it just to get here and plot jihad, not that there should have ever been any question about that, since all Muslims who live in Dar-al-Harb are by definition here for jihad, as that is the only reason under which Islamic law allows them to settle here, and it is settlement. Stop all student visas now. Who goes to a doctor, even if he hadn't vow to kill and terrorize the infidels, who was educated in a 3rd-world hellhole? I won't go to a doctor who was educated in the Latin world, let alone the Muslim world.

Immigration needs to stop granting visas to Muslims. There are only 1.3 billion Muslims. That means your Immigration department can pick and choose from the other 4.7 billion people in the world. I am sure some of them would like to visit and spend money, get an education, get a job or have a safe place to live because Muslims are killing them back at home.

You bring the shit home it is bound to stink. Somebody needs to explain to the Brits the NIMBY concept (Not In My Back Yard). Or wait a minute, these are Muslims in a Muslim country - no problem there.

Rather than being allowed into the UK, these refugee doctors should have been told to migrate to countries more in need of trained medical staff.

The Somalian doctors could go to Afghanistan.
The Afghanistanis could go to Algeria.
The Algerians could go to Pakistan.
The Pakistanis could go to Iraq.
And the Iraqis could go to Somalia.

After all, aren't these countries Islamic paradises and therefore infinitely more appealing than any decadent western nation?
