Wow. I noticed recently that it was harder to use (I can't remember what I was looking for) but didn't know why.

So now you have to know what you're looking for, and exactly where to find it, before you can find it. That doesn't exactly facilitate honest inquiry and self-directed learning.

That's deceptive.

I know for a fact that some newspapers, including the WaPo, verify Islamic quotations via that particular site before publishing letters to the editor.

Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week is working. People are becoming more aware of what's in those texts. I think it's great, not because I'm big on censorship, but because it puts us one step closer to defunding the Hamas-front MSAs and MSUs. The IUB MSU pulled the link to those texts and to ISNA after I wrote the President and Bloomington Provost about them. I linked to and copied many of the genocide passages, and I told them about many of the other values which those texts promote, such as the mutilation of corpses, polygamy, slavery, pedophilia, female genital mutilation, incest, wife-beating, plunder, extortion, and the obligation to keep all women and little girls in a permanent state of sex slavery. I would hope that they are monitoring the MSU, who, btw is going to be at a human rights march for the victims of the Mumbai massacres, if you can believe it. I'm debating whether or not to go and hold a sign saying "Islam promotes genocide."

I prefer to reference the Hadith through Abul Kasem's exegeses. He's great at picking out the juicy parts. Sina's Challenge also picks out the most damning passages.

I believe that the line, "The Hour will not come until a ..." actually is part of the Hadith, "Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him..."

You would have to already be familiar with the exact wording of this Hadith, however, for this line in the middle of all that verbiage to do you any good.

It is the usual--if the content of the texts is recognized as embarrassingly incendiary, simply baffle them with b*llsh*t (crude, I know, but also, I think, apt).

And as for the "Center For Muslim-Jewish Engagement", I think we all know what sort of "engagement" Muslims have in mind for the Jews. "Ministry of Peace", anyone?

Again, these texts should never have been expunged from the historical document! – a stupid mistake to celebrate this. Demand should be made only to repudiate the texts, not eliminate them from the record.

USA Provost, C. L. Max Nikias, pretending to do something positive – spineless university officials are experts at this - only had the text be removed. Nikias should demand, under penalty of loss of USC affiliation, that these (and probably some other horrid texts) be repudiated by the MSA. Of course, I don’t expect him to do this and as a result of his malfeasance we have all this whitewash and subterfuge.

Nikias should be a target of criticism for his lack of real responsible action – can’t Horowitz et al figure this out?

No, FM. Provost Nikias should have banned the MSU for linking (a) having linked to the texts in the first place, for (b) refusing to sign David Horowitz's Declaration Against Genocide, which was the chance they were given to repudiate the ahadith and its message, and for (c) simply being the MSU, a Muslim Brotherhood front group. Every other university in the nation, especially state schools which receive funding from our tax dollars and the Dept. of Ed., should have demonstated their solidarity with the Provost and done the same.
