Imagine having *15 seconds* to seek shelter. For you to seek shelter--for all of your loved ones and friends to seek shelter. Now imagine that 15-second alarm going off--day after day after day.
And then you wait for the rocket to hit. And then, if it missed you, and your home, you wait to hear if anyone you know was killed or injured, or lost their home or business.
It is hard to imagine any population having to live with this, year in and year out.

What would you think it would cost to run it as a prime time ad, and once paid, do you think any national broadcaster would have the guts to run it?
My guess is that based on the continued attack on free speech by special interest group hate speech legislation, and "potential violence" the ad would never run. However, the rejection of ad time purchase would cause the news segments of the same national broadcasters to publicize the video/ad and would achieve the desired result without the actual expenditure of the funds to run the ad.
