Here is a link to what you've all been waiting for: the Turkish-language Muslim Google!
Muslim Google?
I expect that there will forthwith be a Christian Google, a Jewish Google, a Hindu Google, a Buddhist Google...
Won't there?
UPDATE: It turns out there is a Catholic Google (thanks to Christian).

I wonder what the top five keywords and websearches will be.
1) Zionist pigs?
2) George Bush USA Shatan?
3) Free Palestine?
4) Allah Ahkbar?
5) Al Freedom Fighters?
I expect that there will forthwith be a Christian Google, a Jewish Google, a Hindu Google, a Buddhist Google..."
...Don't get high hopes as google only celebrated their first Veterans Day "graphic" this past year.
I googled "Jihadwatch" on it and nothing came up......
OLDEngland:
Going along with what the top keywords can/will be, will Muslims press google to ban pro-Israel, pro-free speech types of searches? Thats not to say that the top searches here in the Unites STates are much better, with Brittney Spears and other useless crap being among the top keywords.
What is the letter 'L' suppose to represent, a missile? hehehe
Asalumu agoogleum
I would be satisfied if Google was just even-handed.
They are so slanted towards islam ("palestine") it isn't funny.
It looks like a freelancer. The site is registered to:

Google takes first place for the next Dhimmi award! I can dream can't I?
Google, thank you for making our world a safer place / sarc off.
Hey I tried the same thing. I googled Robert Spencer. Jihad Watch. Jihad. Obama. Osama bin Ladin. Christians. Jew.
All I got was YASAK. YASAK. YASAK. YASAK. YASAK.
Either that means, "Suckers, there's really no Google for you Turks," or it means, "Infidels, keep out."
It is good for the Turks to have this. Didn't google do that key stroke search analysis, which found that Turks were the #1 searchers for "gay porn"? I may be incorrect, but does anyone else remember that? Was it Turkey, or Egypt? I forget.
Yes I do believe in hell. I believe it will freeze over in one second or less if Google had anything exclusively targeted to Christians in a positive light.
I wonder what would happen if someone types in "allah olmuyor" (allah doesn't exist.) Could they try to track down that individual and try him for, er, "blasphemy"?
All I've got for "allah olmuyor" was YASAK too, hahaha!
Google has been openly pro Islam pro jihad anti west since the early days ,Youtube has reflected this as well.
The most researched terms in SOWdi Barbaria and in Turkey are things like donkey sex" and "child sex".
There are stats to that effect on Google.
I bet they don't like that one bit so this moslem search engine will definitely get business.
Not a bad idea though, if this is really a freelancer and not Google doing this.
Whoever is doing this will make some coin.
"Not a bad idea though, if this is really a freelancer and not Google doing this."
Eh, it seems it IS a freelancer and I'm sure Google will shut his *ss down. Heheheheh. It was still fun to try and google on it though.
YASAK. YASAK. YASAK.
And you can bet that those champions of truth and freedom at "Don't be evil" Google will be busily implementing all of the sharia and jihaddi censorship requirements ASAP.
They'll be producing empty search results for terms like Copernicus and Galileo. And Israel ?!?!? Hah!.
It's the thought that counts...
It just shows that someone is thinking...hard...
Can't be a Mahoundian, must be google...
I got YASAK'ed for searching "Muhammad pedophile" as well LOL.
YASAK for something re. their "prophet" which, if I repeated it here, might get me banned ;-)
YASAK = †yrqish for you suck?
Maybe they're trying to limit their vocabulary since they all think the same.
Thy have need for only one book, so why not go even more minimalist?
Lawyers? Where are the real Google lawyers? I can hear the sounds of thousands of briefcases closing. Boy, is this guy in trouble......
Guess what YASAK means?
F-O-R-B-I-D-D-E-N!!!!!!!!!!
Hahahahahahahahaha!
How low can Google go and how much subservient with they get?
How low can Google go and how much subservient will they get, when it comes to the demands of the Islamics?
I posted something related to this yesterday:
http://streetcat.wordpress.com/
Apparently the "Brass Crescent Awards" have a category for Best Non-Muslim Blog.
And if you are wondering what that means exactly, here's their description:
"Which blog writen by a non-Muslim is most respectful of Islam and seeks genuine dialogue with Muslims?"
Creepy.
did you try typing it in backwards?? KASAY KASAY, lol.
/end sarc.
Actually, they came up with a CatholicGoogle, complete with logo. That didn't last long (days?), and now when you go to the site, it says "Cathoogle" instead, and the logo doesn't look like the Google logo anymore.
It doesn't work for me. I can't even type anything into the search slot.
I wanted to search for "Ermeni Soykirimi" (= Armenian genocide).
Funny how the muslims standing up for their palestinian brothers are using (and defacing) Google, a search engine created by two Jewish students. Again Jewish ingenuity being highjacked by those who want a world without Jews. Its so sad.
"Funny how the muslims standing up for their palestinian brothers are using (and defacing) Google, a search engine created by two Jewish students."
Even funnier, or sadder, is how those Jewish students are blind to the problem of Muslims and think Islamophobia is "evil".
Hey I tried the same thing. I googled Robert Spencer. Jihad Watch. Jihad. Obama. Osama bin Ladin. Christians. Jew.

YASAK means FORBIDDEN in Turkish.
I understand there may be more to this that it might be funded by a Federal Department, maybe C.I.A or State Department.
This way they will be able to track internet use, I.P.'s, and chatter.
OT - But I think this is worth a look.
Headline: Pentagon: 61 ex-Guantanamo inmates return to terrorism
http://uk.reuters.com/article/usTopNews/idUKTRE50C5JX20090113
It should really read:
Pentagon: 61 ex-Guantanamo inmates return to terrorism (that we know of so far)
And President Elect Barack Obama wants to "start the process" of closing Guantanamo next week.
Doesn't work on my Apple.
I can't use it either. The text in the textbox says
"tarafindan verilen hizmet durduruldu". I used a web translator and durduruldu came out as nothing, so I shortened it to just "durulda" and got
"Tarafind Give It clarified service". No idea what that means.
The text on the bottom translates as:
"Franchise painting the question bound search routine They durdurul With beginning is the tour. Don't don't durdurulmak The checkup requests the reason hakkında was. We will try an mostinadequate expel as well to an problem unmake.
İslami the the search engine - franchise picture of muslim refill is supported. The
islam
is best search in the internet of a refill."
Sure, the best service is Islamic, spoken like a true Muslim. *rolls eyes*.
Are there any Turks here that could give a better translation than this? I don't speak the language and like I said, I'm using a crappy web translator.
The capital "G" of "Google" should have been a curved sword -- symbolic of making sure "not to do evil", or that the "wrong" people are prevented from doing "evil".
FUNNY joke!!!
Search on muslin gaagle and all you get is:
FORBIDDEN.
VERY FUNNY!!!
Must be an 'easy' life; no decisions or thoughts required.
the x'ian goggles version would probably say something like:
FORGIVEN.
is there a difference?
This site is not Google. I don't know what IP laws are like in Turkey, but given their desire to be a part of the EU, it could be there. In which case, Google can sue Selim Akyuz for violating their brand name. As it is, Google is pro-Islamic enough, and there isn't a justification for a separate Mohammedan Google.
Besides, shouldn't the Muslim Google be in Arabic?
It's totally just a deviant porn search engine.
What it says in that search box that you can't type in is: "Data service by Google terminated." The mysterious word "durduruldu" is the third person singular past tense of the verb whose infinitive is durdurulmak "to be stopped".
The reason that Foolster41 didn't find anything when he or she entered that string is that the second word is not, as he or she thinks, "tarafindan". If you look closely you'll see that the "i" has no dot. That is a distinct vowel in Turkish. The word means "by".
It's nice to hear from the only other anti-jihadist linguist every now and again, billposer.
This is like literally seeing the "writing on the wall."
Billposer: It's he (I'm not offended or anything, It's good to cover ones bases, it's impossible to tell on the internet. I've offended people before by using the wrong gender.)
I'm not offended or anything, but it's considered more polite to speak directly to people ("Foolster41: The reason you didn't find" vs. "The reason Foolster41 didn't find.") Some people might be more offended by that.
I assumed because of the repetition that "dul" was just a modifier the translator didn't understand, apparently not as "stopped" and "clarified" are completely different words. (I love language and trying to understand how it works. I'm a sort of amateur linguist. :) )
