BAGHDAD — A woman wearing an explosive belt blew herself up near the entrance of a revered Shiite shrine Sunday morning in Baghdad, killing at least 37 people, many of them Shiite pilgrims, according to the Ministry of the Interior. As many as 53 others were wounded in the attack, which occurred during a Shiite holy month.The suicide bombing outside the Imam Moussa Al-kadhim shrine in the Kadhimiyah neighborhood came nine days after a Dec. 26 car bomb killed 24 people and wounded 46 others after it had exploded on a busy road near the same shrine.
The timing and location of each bombing appeared to be intended to reignite sectarian violence, from which Iraq had shown signs of emerging in recent months.
Sunday’s attack, which occurred at about 11:30 a.m., came during Muharram, among the holiest months for all Muslims but particularly for Shiites, who prepare to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. Imam Hussein was killed during a battle against the forces of a Sunni caliph in 680.
The suicide bomber may have been targeting Shiite pilgrims from Iran, who were at the mosque in large numbers at the time, said a Ministry of Interior official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media. Of the dead, 24 were Iraqi and 16 Iranian, while 32 of the wounded are Iranian, with 14 from Iraq.
Yet if you ask the OIC, the biggest problem Muslims face is "Islamophobia."

With Obama, we should be backing out of Iraq more quickly. enabling the chaos to flourish. My only worry is: What happens when order is restored by the inevitable process of Darwinian selection of survival of the most ruthless?

Nothing, they get nothing. Mohammedans chose the wrong path. A path of mental torture and physical and spiritual pain.
That being said, the problem arises is when they want to get the rest of humanity into the prison of Islam. Their delusion and blindness of Islam makes them blind to the realities of the condition of their Ummah. But, what is more important is the importance of emulating Mohammad through the Hadith and Suna becomes the measure of being a devout Mohammedan.
They love chaos, violence, death, carnage, plunder, rape, sodomy, pedophilia, deceit, bigotry, looting, vandalism, robbing, pirating, bombing, killing, all the savagery that Mohammad practiced during his life is seen in the Islamic world. We can now see this behavior in Mohammedans in civilized countries as well. There are no redeeming qualities to Mohammad.
To them these despicable and vile behaviors are normal of Mohammedans. That is who Mohammedans are.

Vee, I can't decide if that's real or made-up. Which shows you how terrible Islam is. I wouldn't put anything past them in recruiting their Mass-Murderers.

Here's my guess. The usual fate of a female admitted to the Islamic Paradise is to become one of the many virgins allotted to each male "martyr". But a female "martyr" gets to avoid this and be a mere bystander enjoying the rivers of wine, while the run-of-the-mill females are raped endlessly by hairy criminals and ruffians.
By the way, where are the mass protests by Moslems against these murders of 60+ of their co-religionists? I'm sure that if a Jew had bombed a Moslem gathering in Europe, or an evangelical Christian one in America, or a Hindu one in India, there would have been massive protest-marches.
This women most likely got caught with the wrong man, not wearing a sac, leaving the house without a male relative, or any other number of islamic no no's so it would be killed by either strangulation, stoned to death or become a suicide murderer bomber. you see she chose the islamic by killing others, instead of going after the males of her cult. cowardice is the code for islamists.

I've grown rather fond of Muslim civil strife. We need to find out who speaks for Islam, Shia or Sunni? Let them duke it out and may the best Muslims win.

This is just like the oddly worded reports on the Mumbai attacks, that were said to be an attempt to provoke hostilities between Pakistan and India--when instead the attacks *were* an act of hostility against India.
Same with Gaza, where rockets into Israel are, for some reason, not seen as violence in and of themselves, but only as possible provocations of violence.
Likewise with this--blowing up a crowd of Shi'ite pilgrims *is* sectarian violence--not just an attempt to reignite it.
This is not just semantics--it is an attempt to minimize the existence of violence. And, especially in the case of Israel and India, there is a strong implication that it is not really violence until the more civilized state responds.
From today's headlines, "Thousands" of Muslims are marching in Lebanon and Turkey to protest Israel's attempts to defend herself from rocket attack.
But a Sunni woman mass murders Shi'a? Yawn, no reaction of disapproval whatsoever in Dar al Islam.
Well, if they start killing each other, who am I to step in the way?
