I just got back from the pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah rally the Muslims held (and our much smaller counter-rally) at the McNamara Federal Building in Detroit. A lot of very violent, anti-Semitic slogans were shouted, some of which I think I caught on video (am new to this). Will try to edit and put up later.But for now, please note that once they discovered who I was--which they didn't detect for hours--the Muslims were surrounding me, wouldn't leave me alone. They also got an Egyptian Detroit Police officer to ask me to stop filming them on public property. So much for my civil rights, which the National Lawyers Guild attorneys there to "monitor the rights of Muslim-Americans" didn't seem to care about "monitoring."
The Muslim HAMAS supporters were deliberately bumping and trying to trip me, then telling police I touched them. They became more and more enraged when I wouldn't engage them and answer their questions. I feared for my life. So did the Detroit Police Department who had to escort me back to my car, so I could get away safely. One of the two gentleman DPD officers told me he feared for my safety. Many thanks to these chivalrous officers.

When are we going to say enough is enough?? This is BS, that terrorists can threaten Americans on American streets to the point that they have to escorted by police officers? Are any of us willing to stand up and be counted here? Well, I know we on JW would if we were there. But what? We are going to let these thugs push us around. Aren't there any lawyers out there that can take these terrorists to task using the law?? Surely there must be??

Huh? This was a public demonstration on public property, right? So how is it that the police officer had any authority to direct anyone present NOT to record what they saw?

I might add, I thought I saw one of the pro-jihad crowd, a small, dark man of late middle-age, pointed out by one of ours to the police and then escorted back across the barricade, was among us filming us with a videocamera--which didn't bother me--I think, in an effort to spook and intimidate us. We were certainly no threat to that phalanx of alien-looking people well across the barricade from us, waving a mass of Pali flags.
Another thing I recall, is that, as we concluded our rally, singing the Hatikva and Star-Spangled Banner, we saw a number of pro-Palis with their flags, trying to flank us by detaching from the bulk of their crown, and attempt to come up on us, by going around the other side of the Federal Building; however, they were intercepted by the police before they came close to us--if they had, they would have blocked our way as we dispersed, and there would be no barrier in place to forstall clashes.

I saw 300...The Spartans put up a valiant fight but lost...All the Spartan actors looked like body builders, rippling stomach muscles and all.
It was a good depiction of sheer determination...The only reason they lost is because they were outnumbered about a million to one. At least that's the way it looked in the movie...
This unholy war is coming at us whether we like it or not. The West should be thinking of overpowering and occupying the middle east to defeat Islam. Muslim's, being inherently violent, will not be subdued by any other means. We have to protect our civilisation, or we lose it. Israel should be supported in every way possible.
How about we just overpower and occupy the free world? Screw the Middle East except for Israel. Free immigration for ME Christians.

I am reading a pretty good history of Iran, one of the commonplace knowledges from that area of the world is that the best way to handle the westerners was to bribe those who could be bribed, many took money and were able to weaken early persian empire encroachments on the west. As for the unsinkable debbie schussel, it was good to bring a video camera, hopefully while she was being told to stop filming that one of her other friends was filming that also. I do not think that filming others in a public space could come under any sort of restrictions. A lawsuit could be filed I think. It would make our imported morons a little less likely to destroy the religion of peace big lie.
Whenever anyone goes to those types of demonstrations it is always good if lots of people have cameras to use as evidence, wether of police acting to suppress the news evidence or of the demonstrators rhetric and appeals to the consciences of their coreligionists.
Of course the ACLU would be all over it if a police officer asked a Muslim to stop filming a pro-Israeli rally. I hope she has this police officer on film. That guy needs to be exposed.

This is downright scary, folks. Kind of like the old saw "give them an inch, they will take a mile." When and how do we stop this outrageous hate-filled behaviour? How soon will it be before they gather the courage to turn a so-called "peaceful" demonstation into a full blown riot and begin breaking windows and setting vehicles afire as they march down our main streets, waiving their flags, shouting not only death to the Jews, but death to all Infidels? Will our police force stand aside in fear, and tell us to go home and lock our doors because their hands are tied by the ACLU and wishy-washy public officials who are afraid to stand up and say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"? Just what will it take before Joe the Plumber wakes up and makes himself heard?

I wouldn't go so far as to say Hillary Clinton is a "staunch friend and ally" of Israel. Let's not forget that smooch with Suha Arafat on the White House lawn back around '94-'95. And don't forget Hillary did her college thesis on Saul Alinsky.
