For anyone new to this site, you should remember that that Quran quote which Raymond gave at the beginning uses special 'Islamspeak' when it says that Muslims "enjoin what is just, and forbid what is evil".
The words 'just' and 'evil' in that verse, seen in the context of the Ummah, do not mean what we kafir mean by 'just' or 'evil'.
'Justice', in Islam, means sharia. 'Islam is to dominate, and not be dominated'. It means a state of affairs in which male Muslims rule - without limits - and everyone else...women, non-Muslims...is at their disposal, to be used and abused at will. If one examines sharia, and reflects upon its various provisions, one discovers that it is set up, at bottom, to promote the amoral unlimited exercise of Power, by Muslim males, over everybody else. Sharia permits wife-beating and slavery...that should really tell you all you need to know about sharia.
What is 'just' or 'good', in Islamspeak, is whatever is good for Islam..that is, whatever enables Islam to dominate, which boils down to - whatever enables male Muslims, to obtain and hold and exercise and display power over all others who are not male Muslims.
What is 'evil', in Islamspeak, is whatever harms Islam, which for all practical purposes means, whatever inhibits or prevents male Muslims from gaining and exercising power - unlimited, amoral, brute power - over all others who are not male Muslims.

Hopefully the Israeli government will pay attention to this and realize that the indirect "peace" negotiations with Syria, through the Turks, are utterly mistaken. They're mistaken both because the Syrian regime is completely insincere ("War is deceit" said mo) and because the muslimised Turkish government is insincere as a mediator.
