That mostly depends on what mood Allah is in when Carter arrives...
I think Allah likes Jimmy almost as much as he likes Mohammad.
Jimmy has worked hard in Allah's behalf, and I'm sure He (Allah) notices...He does know everything.
Most likely Carter will not go to Paradise, instead Allah will find him a cushy job, maybe building new habitats for dead jihadi's (room additions), or making sure the lakes of wine never run dry. Basically a maintenance man...could be worse...
The hardest, but best, job in Allahs Paradise is furnace attendant. Most kufrs don't go willingly, so it is a struggle to shovel them into the fire. Sometimes Allah himself shows up to help with the shoveling. Here you will find Mohammad...He does not shovel, just supervises...
