Secretary of State Hillary to name advocate of engagement with Muslim Brotherhood as her top adviser on Mideast, Iran

Ross: Brotherhood advocate

Surrender? Complicity? Cluelessness? Some combination of the three?

The Muslim Brotherhood “must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

That's from "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America," a 1991 presentation by Muslim Brotherhood operative Mohamed Akram.

This is the group with which Dennis Ross thinks the U.S. should be working.

"Incoming secretary of state Clinton to name Dennis Ross as top adviser on Mideast, Iran," from The Associated Press, January 10 (thanks to Jeffrey Imm):

Dennis Ross, a former Middle East peace envoy who served under Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, will in all likelihood be appointed a special adviser for the Middle East and Iran under incoming secreatry [sic] of state Hillary Rodham Clinton....

The incoming secretary of state also plans to name former UN ambassador Richard Holbrooke to be special adviser for Pakistan and Afghanistan, they said....

Ross was the lead U.S. negotiator in Mideast peace efforts for both Presidents George H.W. Bush and Clinton. He played a major part in an interim agreement between Israel and the Palestinians in 1995 and worked on the failed effort to arrange peace between Israel and Syria and the ultimately unsuccessful 2000 Camp David talks between Israel and the Palestinians....

Holbrooke brokered the peace deal that ended the 1992-1995 Balkans war....

Jeffrey Imm also sends along some background links:

-- Dennis Ross' role with U.S.-Muslim Engagement Project, which calls for engagement with the Muslim Brotherhood and a change in the U.S.'s stance on Hamas and Hizballah

-- Background on the U.S.-Muslim Engagement Project Report

-- U.S.-Muslim Engagement Project Critical of U.S. Government's Stance on Hamas and Hizballah

-- Dennis Ross was previously with the Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP)

When I read "engagement" I thought it was in the military sense. Of course in this case it means supine feebleness.

You know it as well as anyone else Robert. In order to gain control of another country that is impossible by outside force, one has to infiltrate the inner circles and take control from within and start changing it.
Gramscian Hegemony is being used by the left and Islam with which to gain position of power with which to completely change and destroy the current culture of Western Countries.

The question is Robert, if people are gaining positions of power in the West with which to change our culture and society so as to impose their culture upon us, what can we do about it? By law if we try to stop these people we will be arrested, as you no doubt know with the UK's laws on Incitement to religious Hatred and Hate Speech, which seem to only be directed towards those who oppose Islam.

I think this author is right on the mark. Why haven Bush and Rice been hysterically suing for peace in the United Nations Security Council as they did during the second Lebanon war? Why hasn't B. Hussein Obama condemned Israel for killing "innocent" Palestinians as is his want?

Israel’s Unspoken Goal in Gaza
By Richard Miller
Author, “In Words and Deeds: Battle Speeches in History”

.....Of course, Israel can’t announce that its goal is the restoration of Fatah in Gaza.

That would discredit Fatah in the eyes of its Palestinian constituents. So naturally, news programs are filled with Palestinian Authority (PA) and Fatah officials engaging in the ritual denunciations of Israeli aggression. But that’s what Israel’s goal is — pure and simple. And with Fatah waiting in the wings for Hamas’ demise, it could happen. Behind the restoration of Fatah in Gaza would come a tsunami of Western cash and Israeli concessions.

Obama invites Abbas to the White House and the “peace process” rolls on. As for the Palestinians, well, Abbas fools ‘em as he rules ‘em.

The many times I saw Dennis Ross on FNC, he was, in balance, pro-Israel. When did that change?

Show me who controls the police and the military, and I will show you who runs the country and governs the masses!

OT: About that Catholic Church in Italy -- not a peep or a word about it in the America media as far as I can see.

But, can you imagine the stink wafting through the newsrooms if there was an open air Christian mass outside of Hagia Sophia?

Remember the outrage over the Pope's comments?

When islam does try to force its will on the sheep they call the "American People" I have a feeling that there will be another kind of stink wafting about; and it won't be perfume in the streets either!

Maybe FEMA will put all those hundreds of thousands of "polyvault casket liners" they've managed to stack up all over the country, to use; as well as the $385 million taxdollars for KBR's (Halliburton affliate) now empty concentration camps:

Perhaps the islamic masters will use the camps for "re-education centers" for islam as part of the REX-84 program after all?

Of course I'm being a little tounge-in-cheek and maybe some of us are a "little nuts."

On the other hand, I'm not the "nutcase" that designed the camps; or the "whack-job" that signed the deal apporving the building of the camps; or the "crazy" who oversaw the project management of the jobsites; or the "nutjob" that allocated $385 million that could have been better "wasted" on real schools for America's kids!

There are crazies who suspect things are amiss; and there are crazies who have the power to force their will upon others -- and it looks to me like the islamics are appearing more ominous by the day -- or do I exaggerate -- thanks to the nutjobs to whom we have handed power!

We're in for it with this.

Play palsy-walsy with the Muslim Brotherhood?

The idiocy is astounding.

Sarcam on/

I have better advisers for Mrs. Clinton: Wafa Sultan for the Middle East and Salaman Rushdie for Iran.

From the article: "He played a major part in an interim agreement between Israel and the Palestinians in 1995 and worked on the failed effort to arrange peace between Israel and Syria and the ultimately unsuccessful 2000 Camp David talks between Israel and the Palestinians...."

Key words: failed, ultimately unsuccessful.

But as our most vocal critics here of the Bush Administration have insisted so often, Obama couldn't possibly be any worse in dealing with the Islamic world than W has been.

Think again, suckers.

Hillary doesn't really need this guy. She has Huma Abedin, her deeply conservative Muslim scheduler from Saudi Arabia. Ms. Abedin has already been promoted as Hillary's best adviser on all things relating to Islam. She is quite the mystery lady, but for all intents and purposes, Abedin is the new US foreign secretary for all things Muslim.

It was whispered last year that she and Hillary were lovers, but I think that rumor is to misdirect eyes from her actual role.

Islam has the winning hand already. They keep our eyes fixed on the far away Afghan landfill and the impenetrable wild lands of Pakistan. Bin Laden is hiding on top of K2 perhaps. Meanwhile subversion is rampant under our noses.

Ditto to what Richard said. With Obama as president now, the Muslim Brotherhood will get him to play the Muslim card. Of course, that will increase his chance of being assassinated - Obama is not the sharpest pencil in the box - but it will be the toughest decision for him to make.

Robert, I love you and your site. Thank you for bringing us the truth, not only about Muhammad, but about so many things; including the truth about this Ross guy:

"This is the group with which Dennis Ross thinks the U.S. should be working."

It's like watching a catastrophe in the making, and you feel powerless to stop it. What is Clinton thinking? Surely she knows the MB agenda. My God, woman!

But as our most vocal critics here of the Bush Administration have insisted so often, Obama couldn't possibly be any worse in dealing with the Islamic world than W has been.

Think again, suckers.

The only REAL suckers here are the ones who believe that BO, Clinton(s), and the Bush-boys are
not working together toward the same end.

One day, one is the BAD cop the other the GOOD cop; the next day one is the GOOD cop, the other is the BAD cop; each day they take turns switching roles.

Yup, vote for the cop of your choice; do you want the GOOD cop or will you choose the BAD cop?

Decisions, decisions, descisions -- so many choices which way shall we go? It's so confusing...so, let them lead the stupid oxen by the ring in their fat little noses.

It's the easist thing to do.

Witness...One day, one is the BAD cop the other the GOOD cop; the next day one is the GOOD cop, the other is the BAD cop; each day they take turns switching roles.

Ok, but where does Jimmy Carter fit into this?

The public will continue to suffer cognitive dissonance...On one hand we are told how wonderful Islam is, and on the other hand we can plainly see ugly...

But the ugly is getting uglier, and soon Islams nakedness will be visible for all to see...

It may be difficult to turn the tide, but turning the tide is do able...

Ok, but where does Jimmy Carter fit into this?

A garden variety le gume who dosen't know beans!

I think it's time for the militias in the United States to clean the guns and prepare for the second American civil war to take back our country. I would rather be dead than be subjected to Islam and it's US puppets.

I know that is a radical statement but I fear that is what it is going to come down to unless Obama gets a pair and tells all the islamist to F-Off and die. I would rather we make war with Islam for a thousand years than submit to them. Actually I would rather we just nuke every damn Muslim country into oblivion and be done with it.

WITNESS: "The only real suckers are those who believe that OB, Clinton(s) and the Bush boys are not working together toward the same ends."

RESPONSE: This is the kind of absurd, muddled thinking that continues to afflict the anti-Jihad. It's our own version of relativism.

For all Bush's faults (and we just learned of another one today, when it was disclosed that he nixed the Israeli attack on Iran), no one can deny that he's been the most pro-Israeli President since Reagan. The great criticism of the liberals, that he neglacted the peace process, was his principled refusal to engage in blind diplomacy for as long as the Pals continued their campaign of violence.

The very idea that the policies of Bush and Obama - vis-a-vis Israel - are indistinguishable - is ridiculous...and we'll soon see just how much.

Typo:

"Secretary of State Hillary to name advocate of engagement with Muslim Brotherhood as her top adviser on Mideast, Iran"

Should read:

"Secretary of State Hillary to name advocate of engagement with Muslim Shithood as her top adviser on Mideast, Iran"

This may not be as bad as it sounds. This has not been a good day on Jihadwatch gentlemen. This is surely rheteric to cool tensions, while Israel does its thing. The US abstained from the UN vote on a ceasefire. France has the lead. Let's see what happens. I'm not going to judge the Obama/Clinton foreign policy yet. That said, pray. If you do not pray, what do you want from me? Write letters. Send emails.

Meanwhile we've got black masked spooks on the streets of London. Police moving counter protests away for their own safety in Germany. Oslo, LA. Jesus H. ...pray the democratic party in the US isn't as stupid as we think they are. I don't want to be Europe without the vacation time. With the vacation time? ehh. You got me, I'm in.

Bush is about as anti-Israel as Arafat in my estimation.

Every single time Israel was about to defend itself as a free and independent nation, he sent in hamas' secret weapon -- Condi Rice and IMPOSED the "peace process" which cost the lives of hundreds of innocent Israelis who otherwise would have been alive today.

Bush and Obama ARE working toward the same end -- the TOTAL DESTRUCTION of national sovereignty be it Israel or the US.

These are globalists who have zero loyalty to anything other than a fast buck that will line their own pockets.
