NICOSIA, Cyprus (AP) — A Cypriot official says authorities will conduct a second search of a ship suspected of carrying Iranian arms to Hamas militants in Gaza.

The U.S. military stopped the vessel in the Red Sea last week but could not legally seize its cargo.

Foreign minister Markos Kyprianou said Saturday a first inspection of the Cypriot-flagged container ship Monchegorsk was complete. He said authorities are still trying to determine if the ship's cargo contravenes United Nations resolutions....
