A Gaza man is being held on suspicion he bludgeoned his daughter to death with an iron chain because he discovered she owned a cell phone, human rights groups said Wednesday.The groups added that the victim's three brother's were also detained.
The woman, a 27-year-old divorced mother of five, was the 10th victim of a so-called "honor killing" in the Palestinian territories and among Arabs in Israel this year.
