Cherif Bassiouni, Distinguished Research Professor of Law Emeritus and President Emeritus, International Human Rights Law Institute, DePaul University, who took issue with my quoting his false statements about Islamic apostasy law:
I 100% agree with what Mr Cherif has written to you. He is right, you are Extremist and islamophobic. you are hate-filled person and as far as I know you have the roots to be a ZION who are the most islam hated people.go to hell.
It's ironic that Bassiouni accuses me of incitement, and yet it is his invective-laden rhetoric that is echoed by a murderous thug, who obviously finds it simpatico.
The Koran is Islam's source of hatred. One only has to quote it to make Muslims incensed.
Regarding the "go to hell" closing above, don't ALL Infidels go there anyway?

This is actually a good result. The enemies, or at least those not willing to defend it, of western democracy are being exposed and are choosing sides. The issue of whether Dr. Bassiouni personally believe Muslims should be killed for apostasy is irrelevant. The only question is, what does Islam say? Egyptian cleric Yusuf al-Badri recently called for the deaths of several named Arabs who have become Christian. At staringattheview.blogspot.com I've been blogging recently how the Islam presented by Muslims living in the West is often much different than the Islam taught and practiced in the homeland.

This is what happened to Udo Ulfkotte in Germany who also writes critical books about Islam. In his book "SOS Occident" he describes that he got warning calls and is told to watch a certain Youtube video. In this video a young German girl gives a seditious hate speech against Muslims, Turks and Mohammed. The girl is totally unknown to him, but people allege that she is Doris Ulfkotte, his wife. He and his wife get more and more death threats, and a former address of theirs is posted under the video, their present address is undisclosed, of course. Nobody can tell me that it wasn't the Muslims who put that video on the internet.

Islam is often in the news these days. News articles that relate to Islam sometimes refer to the Shariah. What is the Shariah? The Shariah is the Islamic Sacred Law which was developed hundreds of years ago by Islamic jurists using the Koran and hadith (remembrances about what the Prophet Muhammad said and did during the time he was alive) as guideposts. The Shariah outlines a complete way of life in a legal framework which tells you how to do everything from how to pray to how to go to the bathroom. What does the Shariah law actually state? Here are some examples of Shariah law:
1. Offensive, military jihad against non-Muslims is a communal, religious obligation;
2. A person who is ignorant about Islamic legal opinion must follow the legal opinion of a scholar;
3. The penalty for a Muslim apostate (someone who no longer believes in or no longer follows the tenets of Islam) is death;
4. When slaughtering animals for food, a knife must be used to cut the windpipe and gullet;
5. A woman is only eligible to receive half the inheritance of a man;
6. Marriage may be forced on virgins by their father or father’s father;
7. A non-Arab man may not marry an Arab woman;

9. A Muslim man cannot marry a woman who is a Zoroastrian, an idol worshipper, an apostate from Islam or a woman with one parent who is Jewish or Christian, with the other being Zoroastrian; a Muslim woman cannot marry anyone but a Muslim;

11. Retaliation is obligatory in most cases when someone is deliberately murdered except when a Muslim kills a non-Muslim, a Jew or a Christian kills a Muslim apostate or a father or mother kill their offspring;

17. Sodomites and Lesbians must be killed;
18. Laughing too much is forbidden;
19. Musical instruments are unlawful;
20. Creating pictures of animate life is forbidden;
21. Female circumcision, which includes the excision of the clitoris, is obligatory;
22. Slavery is permitted;
23. People may be bribed to convert to Islam;
24. Beating a rebellious wife is permissible; and,

The Koran passage, 17:104, refers to a command by Allah (Who in the Muslim mind = Yahweh) to the Jews at the time of Moses to go "dwell in the land" (i.e. Israel). Then it says, And when the promise of the next life shall come [to be fulfilled], we will inaugurate the Last Judgement.
However, a funny thing happened on the way to the Coliseum, so to speak: the Romans intervened and occupied Israel, and before that, the Babylonians -- two major irrevocable disruptions of Jewish residency in Israel. Then a few centuries after the Roman disruption, the third and most tumultuous disruption occurred: the Muslim invasions, which resulted in occupation of Israel by Muslims for almost 2,000 years (with significant but short-lived interruptions caused by the Crusades; then in the 20th century by the ascendancy of the West and the exigencies of World War One then Two requiring British control of the region).
Add to this long arc of historical context the fact that Muslims consider themselves to be the True Jews and consider actual Jews to be betrayers of Yahweh=Allah, and it could easily be argued in Muslim terms that Koran 17:104 was already fulfilled in the 7th century A.D. when the "True Jews" (i.e., Muslims) (re-)conquered Israel.

Barring spoofing, it looks like this IP address is in DJIBOUTI, a small country just North of *Somalia*. According to the CIA, the bulk of its population is very young and has less than 5 years of education.

Hmmm--it's also ironic that someone who claims Islam does not mandate death for its apostates finds a supporter among someone who sends you death threats over your criticism of Islam.
I think its pretty clear that this thug has no problems with the idea of threatening to kill those who criticize Islam.

Isn't it a wonderful thought to realize that a little country like Israel should command the jealous attention of the whole Muslim world.
Imagine when God promised that he would give Israel to the desecendants of Abraham for ever and made good his promise, even through the use of alien nations, anyone with a even a modicum of sense must realize that making claims which call God a liar, as to who owns Jerusalem, or Jericho, or Joppa, are rather futile, as it is HIS own property.
He has also called Babylon "the fallen city, never to arise" and in this last 2 decades he has proved his point, for Saddam tried to rebuild Babylon, having his image and name stamped on every brick, yet it is still a "haunt of jackals".
