The security services in Morocco have arrested 24 members of a "terrorist network" linked to Al-Qaeda that recruited volunteers for suicide bombings in Iraq, the interior ministry said Wednesday.
In a statement carried by the official MAP news agency, it said the network -- coordinating "with terrorists in Sweden, Belgium and the Syria-Iraq zone" -- also sought recruits for Al-Qaeda to fight in Afghanistan and Somalia.
The suspects -- now being questioned by police -- were arrested in several cities in Morocco, said the ministry, which did not specify the date when they were apprehended.
In a related story, I just heard on FOXNewsthat al-Shebab is claiming that one of the Jihadists who recently attacked peacekeepers in Somalia is an American.
This hasn't been confirmed, but it would not surprise me, given the number of Somalis who have recently left such civilized places as Minnesota and returned to the savage warzone of Somalia upon hearing the siren song of Jihad.
Now, along with the hapless Europeans, we have become *exporters of terror*. See the benefits Muslim immigration have brought us? I am sickened--and I believe we are seeing just the very beginning of this appalling phenomenon.
