Try actually reading the Geneva Conventions, you leftist fools! For the hundreth time, the conventions under article IV only apply to actions between individuals of an actual state. The Gaza ran by terrorist mobsters is a territory and not an actual state. Therefore, the Geneva Convention again DOES NOT APPLY! So a bunch of thugs cowardly hiding behind their women and children can not appeal to you liberals via these conventions, when their supplications to their blood-thirsty moon-god has failed them. The Israeli defense minister has to spell out the dirty tricks conducted by Hamas during the operation. Ploys like using human shields, ambulances carrying munitions, storing munitions and rocket launchers in schools, land mines and booby traps around schools, gyms, the public zoo, and the likes have to be brought out to the public eye. They cannot let the UN task force on Humanitarian Abuses besmirch them.
Afterall, the UN task force was made up of mostly Islamic representation, was it not.

They are welcomed into positions at the UN where they can issue scurrilous reports like the Goldstone Report, which is then lauded as impeccably-researched truth by their comrades-in-arms in academia and broad segments of the media. The object is to criminalize Israel's self-defense, and down the line to criminalize all support for Israel. They are working with groups like J Street who try to undermine support for Israel among American Jews through an aggressive soft-sell technique which is actually a real "psych" play in the American media. The Left keeps repeating the mantra "war crimes" over and over, together with their Muslim cohorts (who by the way contribute money to J Street). After a while, they expect it will stick in the collective global psyche. The Palestinians in the UK have not won this particular battle against Ehud Barak, but they have again succeeded in getting the good name of Israel into the media along with the words "war crimes".
