Is any sort of vigil or rally planned for Orlando, Florida, on the day? It should most emphatically NOT be a Christians-only rally (and the Christians present should be of as many different varieties as can be got together); visibly Jewish, visibly Hindu, visibly Sikh persons should be present, and persons declaring themselves to be of no religion. The sad thing is that it would be difficult for other apostates from Islam to be present unless they did something to disguise their identities - wigs, clown makeup and dark glasses, anyone?
Flyers with the relevant Islamic scriptures and juridical rulings concerning apostasy - or even printed-off-the-internet portions from Samuel Zwemer's classic 'The Law of Apostasy in Islam' - could be handed out to passers-by. The relevant portions of the Constitution and of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights could be put on placards and banners or handed out on flyers.
It might be useful to hold up placards with a list of all those who are known to have been murdered for apostasy from Islam, in the past twelve months. Lots of Somali names would be on that list.
And placards with names of those who have received death threats, from Muslims, after apostasising.
Not a word on this case in the UK.No surprise there then!
Me? Well I am a somewhat lapsed Christian but I WILL pray for this poor girl. And Gold Stars to her legal team.
Now then Mueller of the FBI was rather quick to condemn the Scottish Parliament about Megrahi (and personally I always had serious doubts about his conviction). Will Mueller actually get off his fat arse and DO something about the Noor Centre (and many others) ? Won't hold my breath waiting.
I was told by my computer that the address Charlie.Crist@MyFlorida.com has been disallowed.
If one is not already out there, is it possible for JihadWatch/AtlasShrugged to create an online petition for Rifqa Bary's case, which readers can sign onto? Needless to say, the petition ought to be brief and to the point of the case, without distracting stuff.
I am not sure if this link from Wikiislam, with relevant material, has been posted before, but here it is as a refresher:
Persecution of Ex-Muslims
It worked for me, I sent it to the same address...
In fact, here's the response.

UK posters may like to bring Rifqa's case to the attention of Baroness Caroline Cox and Lord Malcolm Pearson, Earl of Rannoch.
And here is what the Barnabas Fund are currently up to - a campaign against the Apostasy Law.

They are collecting petitions which will be presented formally not only to Islamic countries but - which is, I think, more important - to the governments of non-Muslim countries: most notably Australia, Germany, the USA and France.
Print off your copy of the petition, US readers: tell people about Rifqa Bary, give them the information from this website, and see how many citizen signatures you can get.
Irrespective of what happens in Rifqa's case, we have *got* to get it through the heads of our politicians that all they need to know about Islam is that it is an Organisation, the leaving of which incurs a death penalty that can be carried out at will, with impunity, by any other member of the Organisation who chooses so to do. *Why* on earth would we permit signed-up self-identifying members of such an Organisation - a classic cult that operates, vis a vis its identified members, *exactly* like the Mafia - to enter our free countries in ever-increasing numbers?
