An aide to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed that if the Islamic republic is attacked by the US or by Israel, Teheran would "blow up the heart" of the Jewish state, Reuters cited a report by the official Iranian news agency on Friday.
According to the report, Mojtaba Zolnour threatened that "Even if one American or Zionist missile hits our country, before the dust settles, Iranian missiles will blow up the heart of Israel."
In March, Iran's deputy army chief made similiar remarks, warning that his country will eliminate Israel if it attacks the Islamic republic.
"Should Israel take any action against Iran, we will eliminate Israel from the scene of the universe," Gen. Muhammad Reza Ashtiani said at the time in Teheran....

Their plan is to eliminate Israel even if they do nothing. Israel's very existence is an affront to Islam. They will attack when they feel strong enough, regardless of what the US or Israel do. We need some realists in positions of power who realize that.
If they atom Israel may God have the fallback blow back on them! And may the might of Israel make Iran repent.
Now that Obama has the Nobel Peace Prize (WFT?), Israel will have to go it alone.
I'm sure the warm and fuzzy photo-op with Chavez didn't hurt.
Of course the statement supposes that the One would actually make such an order. But in reality, a couple of B-2's at night, the Iranians would then be waking up in the same frame of mind as we in the US are at the One's winning of the so-called "peace prize." In utter disbelief. But then the reason why the One won the prize is precisely why the statement by the official is superfluous.
They will fire a few scuds like Saddam did and would not hit the broad side of a barn. What a joke. As a great man once said..."Bring it on!".
